Unfortunately this place is extremely solid. Yes it's expensive but truly the overall experience is worth it. Today I got the Fresh bagel sandwich I think and it truly was delicious. Just be careful when you're sitting upstairs next to the railing because I'm sure I did accidentally knock some crumbs over the side. Overall so glad they're here and so glad they(the city? Heavenly! What a fantastic bagel. I got the cacio e pepe bagel with their daily special cream cheese - roasted garlic. It literally tasted like an Italian dinner and a warm hug in one bite! The otter edges were PERFECTLY cheesy and crispy I do wish the center had a little less cheese so it was like that all around but still great. I got the last one in the shop around 10:45 on a Sunday so make sure to stop by early! Not pictured but we also got a chocolate chip coffee cake and a green smoothie. Really enjoyed the coffee cake - it tasted like a muffin with a crumble on top - but I could do without the smoothie. There was something very unnatural about the flavoring. Will definitely be back to try more! My family member I went with told me they have great lunch as well so will be interested to try! read more

The place is nicely done inside and looks super clean ! Appreciated online ordering and was glad I did because there was a line and needed to be in and out. The iced honey nut with oat milk was soo good. Bagels were not good. I specifically selected toasted for both bagels. They were NOT toasted and the gluten free everything bagel was trash. Tried to call a few times and no pick up and no vm set up. Disappointed in the bagels. read more

What a beautiful location! We really enjoy tandem and had not yet visited the Ludlow location. Today we went for sandwiches there and we're really happy to discover this lovely place. Food was good but the ambiance even better! With its high ceilings leading to second floor seating, and the bright and windowed interior we couldn't have even imagined that in the back is a beautiful patio for sitting. It overlooks a walking path and a waterway. Peaceful and comfy. Staff was polite and friendly. We loved it! read more

Would like to give 0 stars I drove to Ludlow to buy bagels on a Sunday morning around 11am. There were about 25-30 people in line waiting to order. I walked out. Love tandem, friendly people, great food, awesome ambience. Love that they bring the food to you. My only suggestion would be to be able to get your coffee right away while waiting for your food. Nice to sip on coffee and chat with friends while waiting at your table. read more

Ordered pumpkin spice latte. Definitely no pumpkin in it. No whip cream no pumpkin pie spice. Orders 2 large lattes one was in a smaller cup even though order on cup started large. Also got 2 of the sweet bagels definitely no maple syrup on them. Very slow service there was only one person making coffees which on a Sunday morning there should be more. read more

I'm a big fan of Tandem Bagel and have visited most of their locations--but this one really stood out! The sandwich I got here was hands down the best--perfectly built, super fresh, and full of flavor.
