This is the local go to bike shop. They will go out of their way to help with customer service…read more They can fix any bike with any problem. They have a nice assortment of bikes as well as can order bikes for you. They are light in clothing and accessories for women on the floor yet they will order whatever you need. They also have a nice assortment of bike snacks, energy bars and drinks for your rides. Before COVID they used to have group rides a few times a week. Those are temporary suspended yet once they start those up again highly recommend them. Great community of bike friends come to this store. They have a new mechanic, Dino. He is fantastic. I showed up with my bike on the back of my car hanging from the bike rack. My bike had a flat tire. Dino came out to my car, popped off the tire. Replaced the tub & quickly put the tire back on my bike, filled it up with air then checked the other tire filling it up with air. I was in/out in 15 mins. Now that was an example of outstanding customer service and being efficient! These little things keep me coming back.

This is a really fantastic bike shop, or LBS (local bike shop) now that I'm learning the lingo…read more I ended up at their Pasadena location recently as it's close to home. I haven't cycled since I was a kid, but after getting fed up with running injuries, decided perhaps a return to cycling would be a better option for me. The staff at the other location were extremely helpful and spent a long time talking to me about what I was looking to do, the pros and cons of various models and options, and then made some recommendations. They called over to this store to ensure what the computer was showing as in stock was actually there so I wouldn't waste my time driving, and then I was on my way to try out some bikes as I required a frame size that wasn't on the floor at the other location. Same as I had experienced at their other store, the staff at this location were very helpful and all about getting me into the right bike for me, and not getting me up to a certain price point. The models I had been looking at online, and expected to pay for, ended up being more than what I needed, and they made sure I knew that there'd be no advantage to me going up to that level. I did some test rides, and went home to think on it with zero pressure from them. Came back the next day, ended up with a bike for me, one for my wife, some accessories, and an awesome rapid-release/attach Topeak rack and child seat for both bikes that my wife and I can easily snap the child seat on and off of as needed. There was no charge to install any of the accessories. When I came back a day later to pick everything up after they had installed the options, turns out my vehicle was not quite large enough to transport both bikes. They offered to follow us home with the bikes free of charge. That's incredible service and worthy of patronage, loyalty and five stars. The store has a large selection of bikes, from $50 kids models to $15,000 competition models. They have all the accessories too, from electronics to clothing to shoes (including the various shoe mounts to match all the random attachment options). What I learned today while getting the bikes dropped off is that this location also offers classes, from cleaning to patching flats, so don't overlook that if you want to learn.

They have Mokwheels, Rad, cargo e-bikes, seats, helmets, trailers and so much more!! Loved talking with the new owners and meeting their son's! Great family-owned biz!! I can't wait to rent an e-bike and ride on the Pinellas Trail or to Honeymoon Island. They are running a few sales and they even have an awesome interactive (or it might be called intuitive) touchscreen tv where you can go online and/or buy/build your bike. Nice, clean, super helpful, and accommodating! I heard them on the phone, while I was there, help a customer who didn't even buy their e-bike from them and help them fix their e-bike and offered to even give them a loaner. That alone would keep me coming back! Definitely stop in and let the new owners, Molly and Jerry, help you out! I'm sure they can help find a solution to your problem, need, or desired e-bike!!!

I want to continue to ride with my husband but need some help on the longer rides. After visiting other stores, we visited this store twice over a few months. We ended up buying my bike here. They listened to what I would use the bike for and where, e.g. casual riding along the Pinellas Trail and on vacations, and suggested a few bikes for me. We found one within our price range that we liked and hubby actually rode the bike home! They answered whatever questions we had about the bike and e-bikes in general. We had a very good experience at this store.

The owner (Chris) and customer service here is a nightmare. They do not communicate at all. You…read morecould drop your bike off here for a battery issue or a chain upgrade, and it will sit in their shop for months at a time with NO update. Even if you babysit them and call multiple times for an update they will act like you are an annoyance to them. I have had to replace the locking mechanism for the batteries on the two bikes I bought from here FOUR TIMES. Never has there been an explanation as to why the battery keeps getting stuck, I had to wait weeks every time, and the owner makes you feel terrible for trying to get him to honor the warranty. One time my bike came back with the bike bag and the bike lock inside of it missing. When I asked for them to compensate me for the loss, the owner, after once again giving a lot of attitude and gaslighting me into thinking it's my fault, threw in a cheap bike lock and made the chain upgrade he did free. But since then he's held a grudge against us like WE stole our own bike bag. The last time I came in to have something fixed Chris ranted at me about how we were costing him so much money, and wasting his time, JUST BY HONORING THE WARRANTY THAT HE GAVE US. He was completely unprofessional and talked to me like I was a misbehaving toddler. Basically accused me of lying about the previous bike bag situation and insinuated that we were intentionally causing problems for them. I just stood there while he berated me. Terrible customer service, psycho owner, horrible communication. Do not give these people your business. And Chris you suck dude.
