Sergio responded quickly to my request for a quote here on Yelp and was able to come out within a couple of days. He spent a several hours working on my gutters and made a neat pile of all the debris by my curb. He even removed some moss that was growing around a skylight. Sergio was very congenial, and I was very pleased with his work and his reasonable rates. Had I known he also did gutter guard installation, I probably would have booked that for the same time. But I was just happy to get the gutters cleaned before the coming rainstorm. Afterward I asked him for quotes on exterior window washing and power washing my deck, then added on the gutter guard quote request. Again, Sergio responded promptly. He told me his installation fee and suggested I could purchase gutter guards at Costco myself to save some money. He estimated how much I would need and confirmed the brand at Costco (sent him a screenshot) was one that he recommended. Fortunately the gutter guards were on sale! The installation was quick, and Sergio had calculated the amount of material needed within 6 inches, so there was no wastage. The only downside was that the storm right after he cleaned the gutters had dumped quite a bit of leaves and other tree debris in the sparkling clean gutters. But Sergio flushed them out again before installing the guards. I'm very grateful to the person who recommended Serema on ND. I am still planning to have Sergio come back for the windows and the deck, and I recommend him 100%. I just wish I'd known about him sooner!

I created a Yelp project to gather at least a few estimates and the cost was about the same from every business. We decided to move forward with Jose's Window Cleaning based on the fact that they have a lot of good reviews and have been in business for a while now. There was a lot of contact leading up to the work, so I was never worried if they were going to show up or not. The day the work was scheduled, Jose and his team completed the job quickly and our windows are now spotless/sparkly clean. Highly recommend hiring this business to clean your windows. It's not too expensive and it makes such a difference!
