We loved our cabin, roomy even with the walker my mom uses. Very close to all we were doing. The pool and the place is decorated beautiful. The food was wonderful. There we nice snacks and drink choices free in the cabin. The only issue was no housekeeping came in. But still a great place read more

STAY ELSEWHERE! Moldy odors, very outdated furniture, uncomfortable beds, all undesireable but the worst of all, is the owner is rude, and cannot handle any criticism (check the reviews). With all of the choices in Eureka, this one should not be one of yours. read more

There are 42 people here from our town for the 1st Annual Jeep Invasion this weekend! Since there are so many of us, plus the event had over 450 jeeps in the event, we are all scattered through our Eureka Springs. Every business owner is very accommodating due to the influx of cash flow into the community before winter..... well, except these owners! This was a horrible experience and no one in our group will ever be back. We had a few people staying at Tall Pines resort. This resort has outdoor areas with picnic tables and fire pits..... so guess what, about 6 of us, who were not staying there went to hang out, since we won at the event to celebrate. We had families with small kids with us, not drinking, no music and not loud at all. We were grilling and enjoying the company. A man and women come out YELLING at us to leave. This is either the owners or manager, but very very rude. We have kids with us, keep in mind. He is YELLING at a lady in our group that is staying at the resort. First of all, she is a lady, very short and this is a grown man yelling at her. This place is 100% unprofessional, zero manners and rude as all get out. I was shocked by the amount of hatred that was coming out of this man's mouth. 100% unacceptable. I understand if that wanted is to leave, 100%. What i refuse to understand is why they thought yelling and being hateful was needed. Kindness and understanding goes a long way! I will make sure everyone knows how this place treats people. read more

My stay was wonderful beyond expectation. The owners were attentive, but also mindful. My cabin was clean, spacious, and loaded with all of the extras one comes to expect. Stayed here with a large group of friends last summer and enjoyed it so much that we returned this summer. The inn is comprised of 75 year-old log cabins, some of them single units and some duplex. This is NOT a generic chain hotel, but a charming slice of Ozark's history. Rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable, and for less than the price of dining out, you can pick up a delicious breakfast that is cooked on-site! (Ask about it when you check in!) There are fire pits, a well maintained pool, and plenty of places to sit outdoors under the magnificent tall pines. The owners and their staff are friendly, helpful, and hardworking people. Everything was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. We stayed in the loft - had champagne waiting for us, tasteful decor that made it feel homey and inviting, and a lovely little coffee bar in our room. Our room had two robes for us and they were so nice! Plus their towels are huge compared to regular hotel towels that barley cover anything. We loved their commons areas with fire pits and hammocks. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere and chatted with the owners for a bit. Loved every part of our stay. read more

Must say that Mrs. Michelle is WONDERFUL!!!!! ... She has definitely went out her way for me & my guest.. She was very kind when I called to let her know that we would be late, she explained everything to me and was very helpful and offered for me to call her if I needed anything.. but what makes her special is that she called me to make sure we made it safe to our cabin and that everything was to our liking.. Cabin #7-Res Cedar Cabin is so beautifully decorated with beautiful accent walls, and beautiful plaid bed with the most luxurious stone shower and gorgeous bathroom fixtures it is a stunning beauty!! read more

We've stayed twice now and will definitely be back. It's close enough to town to go be a part of everything but far enough out of town to leave the crowds behind. This is my first stay at the Tall Pines Inn, Veranda #28 cabin. Oh my, thoroughly enjoyed it... in fact, enjoyed it so much that we were supposed to leave Sunday Morning. But when we went out to our screened in patio we found it was raining, so not wanting to ride down the mountain in the rain, we just sat on the patio, listened to the rain as it bounced off the leaves of the tree's, and the birds chirping. And decided to go ahead and spend another night. Beautiful tranquility! Absolutely a fantastic value...... We have decided that *When* we come back, Tall Pines # 28 Veranda cabin will be our spot! read more

Very cute little standalone cabin surrounded by tall trees. Parking is available next to each cabin. There are lawn chairs for you to relax in if you arrive early at the center where you can start a camp fire or just sit with your roommate at your cabin's porch. We got one of the cabins without a jacuzzi suite for about ~$100/night AFTER TAX. The staff were genuinely friendly - like they've been your neighbors for years. :) If you want to sleep in a cabin but want the comfort of a hotel, tall pines inn is perfect for you. The bed was a huge comfortable king and was kept very clean. There are multiple lamps so the lighting is not a problem. There's a good sized flat screen TV accompanied by very comfortable, spinning lounging chairs. You are provided the WiFi password on your map if you don't want to watch anything on cable. The cabin also has AC and heating (electric fireplace!) so it's perfect to stay in all year long. My only complaint is that the water is the shower (no bath) and sink were cold. It took about 5-10 minutes to warm up. The water was never hot and it got cold in 20 minutes. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay and I would consider coming back. read more

Last year, my Mom and I decided to take a quick, overnight road trip to Eureka Springs one weekend. We booked a cabin at Tall Pines Inn online, mainly because it was a great deal. I think the cabin cost around $50 a night, which seemed like a steal in comparison at the time. Don't get me wrong- this is not a 5 star resort, or even close. The cabins are older, yet well maintained. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The cabins were clean and had double beds, tv, and a fridge. A pool is available...but I am not so sure I would swim in it. Although, I did see others swimming. If you are looking for affordable, clean lodging in Eureka Springs, Tall Pines Inn is a great option for you. read more

We were in town for the Jeep festival and visiting a guest with other Jeep owners around the fire. Other guests complained, which is fine. It was no rambunctious drunken party. Just visiting and chatting. My problem is the owners who came storming out of nowhere yelling like we were teenage delinquents. I've never been treated so unprofessional and disrespectful in my life. Walking up to us and simply asking if we would vacate due to complaints would have been sufficient and we would have left. Their first words were screaming and threatening to call the cops. Looking at their replies to other poor reviews I can see their terrible attitudes are a trend for them. I thought the place looked nice enough to stay sometime but I would NEVER give my business to owners that can treat another with such terrible manners. I would suggest others think before they do the same. read more

First trip here found this place online. Great rates not fancy, very clean, owners are awesome and friendly. The cabin we stayed in didn't not have a refrigerator, stove, or microwave. Others on the property do. Grounds are quite and close to everything. I would highly recommend it for a long weekend getaway or vacation. read more

This was our second time, staying at Tall Pines, which is made up of numerous cabins of various sizes and designs, nestled here and there, on a property covered in pine trees. The first time, we stayed in the cabin across the road, with the big screened-in porch. We really love that one, as you feel like you are in a little house, rather than a motel room. It came with a queen size bed, jacuzzi tub, and full kitchenette. It also has a separate living room, which is good for us, as one of us likes to sleep all night, while the other tends to be awake a lot. We stayed several days for a writing retreat, and found the accommodations to be perfect, providing comfort and ambiance. On our second stay, we asked for the same room again, but when we arrived, we were greeted by an "odor" that we just couldn't take. After looking at several other room options, we decided the odor was from their cleaning products, because it was in every room that was cleaned that day. We decided to stay in the most expensive room they had, (without the odor), and were quite comfy there. It was more of a log-cabin feel inside, with a jacuzzi, a KING size bed, and a micro and fridge. It was lacking the kitchenette, which we didn't miss, as this was a short trip. Aside from the odor (I hope they change cleaning products, which would solve the problem), we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There is free wi-fi, a nice outdoor pool, and a bit of a walk to the ice machine. We enjoy the quaint, cozy feel of the cabins and will definitely return. read more

My family and I have been to Eureca Springs many times and this is the first time staying at the Tall Pines Inn and it was great. Really quaint little place to stay. Love the rustic cabins, which have some antique decor and are very clean. This is a very quiet spot, out in the pines but on the trolley route into Eureka Springs. Very cheap, most cabins are $68.00 to $100.00, which is much cheaper than any other area cabins. Our cabin came with a mini fridge, and coffee maker, was enough room for two beds, had two comfy chairs, and three lamps for lighting. Check on their website to see which cabins have a mini fridge, microwave, etc. It was a little dark inside due to all the pines outside, but I didn't really mind. Everything was kept very clean and tidy. Only suggestion for improvement is maybe adding a bureau or chest of drawers for those who like to unpack. I was able to at least hang up my shirts. Definitely somewhere you should stay in Eureka Springs! The Crescent Hotel has rooms that are not this nice for $130.00 (I got to visit one while on their ghost tour) so you'd be better off staying here and getting your money's worth! read more

My family and I decided to stay someplace other than the place we've always stayed, just for a change of pace, on our annual visit to Eureka Springs. The Tall Pines was more affordable, more charming and more secluded than the other place. We had a scheduling mishap and the office was very patient and fair with us. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. It's a great place if you have a group who wants to stay in three or four units but have a porch for gathering or a fire pit for roasting marshmallows at night.
