We submitted an offer and recieved an acceptance from the seller, only to hear the next morning that they had encouraged thier client not to honor the deal and seek additional offers. These people are unethical and have been reported numerous times to the Colorado Real Estate Commission. They were once agents for Caldwell Banker and were fired because of thier lack of ethics.
