It was in the way everything was presented, including Paul's magnetic personality. It's all in the details. Thank you Blake Team!

In every real estate transaction there are moments that are more difficult than necessary and this…read morecan happen with any agent no matter the experience. Amy Z came through and went beyond our expectations in many cases. In selling our home, the buyers agent was terrible, especially at managing client expectations during the process. They wanted a lived-in home to be turn-key and complained about normal wear & tear after closing (and multiple inspections). I'll save you the ridiculousness and say that Amy made sure that we were able to focus on our move and not the drama created by an unprofessional buyer/agent. Our home sale wasn't smooth but Amy did what she could and far beyond what I think many agents would be willing to do.

Once we were in Colorado she walked us through the home buying process and was there to answer our questions every step of the way. She was awesome enough to actually drive myself and my son around to showings, she had snacks for my son, she treated us to lunch several times, and she showed us around the local area. Once we put an offer in on a home she fought for us every step of the way and got us a great deal on a beautiful home. Fast forward four years, and Amy was the listing agent on the same home. She had professional pictures taken and had our home professionally cleaned. She had tons of information and resources to guide us through the selling process. She was available to answer our questions and work around our crazy schedule. We also appreciated all of Amy's client appreciation events and pop-by's over the course of time we were in Colorado. She truly cares about her clients and is not only a wonderful realtor, but a wonderful friend and person as well!

This result was after the Feds had raised interest rates a couple of times, not during the wild market. HOW we got there: We wanted a 'mountain', not a city/Denver agent. Extensive research led me to Erin. We interviewed several agents. We chose Erin because: 1. She came prepared to share pertinent data with us relevant to home sales in our immediate area (as opposed to Denver stats). 2. She LISTENED to our goals for the sale, and helped us to establish the highest sales price within the context of our sales goal. 3. She has a personality that blended well with mine and my husband's very different personalities. After extensive online research to find realtor stats, I gave up (it's almost as if the real estate industry doesn't want consumers to be able to find statistics). The fact that Erin came prepared to our initial meeting with this information that was very important to me, was a compelling indicator for this data-driven consumer. Hire her! IMHO, you will absolutely be pleased!

Robb Green of Caldwell Banker was hired by the absentee owner of the townhome next to mine to fix…read moreup her property and put it on the market. There were crews in and out of the property for several weeks at times with limited or no apparent adequate supervision. The air conditioning was frequently left running 24/7 with doors and windows open. On more than one occasion, the balcony doors were left wide open all night when no one was present. Gates were left open in spite of frequent requests to keep them closed. However, the kicker came when one of the workers decided to pour remaining concrete slip on to the common grounds landscaping on the left side (when facing the unit) of his client's property. Bucket after bucket was poured out on the landscaping and witnessed. Photos of the damage were taken by the witness. The next day, I also noticed that slip (appears to have been mixed with paint) was also poured out at the base of the small aspen that is located the main courtyard lawn area. A photo was also taken of this. I confronted the man who appeared to in charge of the construction crews. Instead of an apology and promise to clean it up and see it didn't happen again, he was rude and abusive claiming it wasn't them doing the damage in spite of photos and eyewitness report to the contrary. I contacted the realtor, Robb Green, confident he would be as appalled as I was at both the dumping and the attitude of the contractor and would take immediate action to not only clean up the mess but to be sure the individual(s) responsible for the dumping and the inadequate supervision were immediately removed from the job. Unfortunately, appropriate action was not taken. He and the head of his design team were dismissive and patronizing. Although he agreed the mess should be cleaned up, he did nothing about those responsible other than making excuses for their lying by bringing up a certain political figure who also frequently lied as if that made it ok. Ethics and truthfulness are important to me. After this incident, I would think twice about using Robb Green as my realtor. There are many good realtors and construction teams out there that do quality work and would have ensured their client's property was secure at all times, construction teams were properly supervised and polite to neighbors, and team members, who deliberately and repeatedly did damaging acts, such as dumping slip on the complex's landscaping, were immediately removed from the job. In my opinion Robb's inadequate response to this incident shows that he condones their actions.
