Jeff attended to every detail with calm poise. He was a skilled advocate, a master educator, and guardian over the process. After doing a little research, I found that I wanted to go through the 'Colorado First Time Homebuyers' program and came across Daniels page. I sent him an email and that next morning he was responding and already trying to help and figure out what the best pick for me was. Within 24 hours he had a few places all lined up and was ready to set up times to do some showings. He was very flexible and was always willing to work with my schedule on when we could meet to look at these places. After a month or so of looking I finally found the perfect condo (credit to Daniel of course) set up a time to look at the place and fell in love! Daniel took into consideration everything that I was looking for in a place and was able to succeed in finding what matched my preferences and budget. After I went under contact, he still succeed to go above and beyond with helping me out in the process. Along side that, signing all the documents he needed was so easy since it could be electronically signed from his website. He would just send me an email explaining the documents and it was just one click away and the document was signed and sent straight to him - perfect idea for clients with busy schedules, like me! Furthermore, Daniel was so helpful and genuinely caring about what was best for me and what I was looking for. Not to mention his recommendation of a lender through First Cal Mortgage Company, Bryan Johnson, who was also a huge help in my process! If you want to find an agent that goes beyond expectations, cares about your needs during the process, and also checks up how things are going after closing. I HIGHLY recommend going through Daniel at Keller Williams!

Daniel Herron, my Realtor, was very professional and helpful…read more He helped me sell my home, provided numerous tips, and arranged showings. This allowed me to sell my home at a price point that gave me a lot of flexibility as I looked for a new home. I gave him a list of my requirements for the new home and he quickly put together a list of properties that met my requirements. As we looked he was very helpful in pointing out things to consider and in narrowing down the choices. Likewise, after settling on a new home, he helped with the walk through pointing out things that needed to be fixed. He provided a lot of hand holding which I appreciated since l had not sold and bought a home in many years. The mortgage company he suggested was quickly able to provide an approval letter. The loan process went very smoothly.

I previously had positive things to say about Red Chair Realty, but unfortunately my experience…read moreover the past several months has completely changed my opinion. My primary concern has been an ongoing air-conditioning problem throughout the summer. I repeatedly reported that the system was running without adequately cooling my apartment. What followed were months of follow-ups, confusion over responsibility between management and the HOA, vendor visits, delays involving owner approval and parts, and ultimately four attempts to address the HVAC problem. After the fourth repair attempt on August 14, my apartment was still approximately 75-77°F despite the thermostat being set substantially lower and calling for cooling, even while outdoor temperatures were considerably cooler. Communication was one of the most frustrating parts of this experience. I frequently had to initiate follow-up simply to determine what was happening. For the most recent repair, I received a brief text at approximately 9:30 a.m. informing me that an appointment had already been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. the following morning. Nobody had contacted me beforehand to ask about my availability. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be present because I did not want to delay the repair any further. Throughout this process, I tried to cooperate. I accommodated repair appointments, documented temperatures, communicated repeatedly with management, contacted the HOA when directed to do so, and continued following up in an effort to get the problem resolved. The prolonged conditions also significantly affected my comfort and ability to sleep in my home. I eventually requested a $2,400 rent credit based on the duration and impact of the problem. Red Chair has now formally denied that request on behalf of the landlord. In its response, management pointed to unrelated late fees, notice-posting fees, and utility increases that the landlord had previously waived. I appreciate accommodations that were provided in other circumstances, but I do not believe those matters address how this HVAC issue was handled. Management also stated that its HVAC vendor considers the system to be "working as designed" and that Red Chair believes the repair was handled as professionally and timely as possible. Based on what I personally experienced over the course of this issue, I respectfully disagree. I understand that a property-management company cannot control every contractor, equipment problem, HOA issue, or decision made by a property owner. It can control communication, coordination, follow-through, and how tenants are treated when something goes wrong. I continued paying my full $2,400 monthly rent while dealing with this problem and repeatedly trying to get it resolved. I am now preparing to move out and simply want to complete that process professionally. I don't leave a one-star review lightly. In fact, my previous review of Red Chair was positive. Unfortunately, after months of dealing with this issue, four repair attempts, extensive follow-up on my part, and management's ultimate response, one star accurately reflects my experience.

TLDR: We give Todd our highest recommendation for his exceptional skills and attentiveness, and…read morewould hire him again in a heartbeat! We hired Todd to sell our house in Highlands Ranch. To say that our house sale had some challenges would be an understatement, and Todd skillfully helped us to navigate all of these challenges. Based on our experience, we can attest to the following as some of Todd's key strengths: a. Knowledge of the market: Todd was knowledgeable of market conditions, which is very important at all times, but is particularly crucial during a rapidly-changing market. b. Effective communication: One of Todd's greatest strengths is his communication skills, both verbal and written. He provided weekly updates; he emailed, texted, and called to keep us informed; and he communicated with all of the people involved in the sale in a way that moved the transaction along, but without being rude or condescending. He really knew what to say and how to say it, and with an understanding of everyone's perspectives and sensitivities. c. Project management: One might think, what does project management have to do with the sale of a house? What we've learned from this experience is: surprisingly, quite a lot! Todd is one of the most effective project managers we have come across, and that is a high compliment coming from us, as we both do project work in our jobs, and often serve as project managers ourselves. When there were unforeseen challenges that needed steady leadership, Todd rose to the challenge, communicating effectively, and making sure everyone was on-task and responsible to the team. We had so many challenges with our closing, and we can categorically state that without Todd playing a leadership role and coordinating with Lender, Title Company, Buyer, Buyer's Agent, and other relevant Third Parties, we would not have been able to wrap up our house sale when we did. d. Empathy: Todd was always there to provide warmth and guidance through the sale in the most kind-hearted and supportive manner, by listening and acknowledging our perspectives, but without being demanding or demeaning. Even when discussing areas where he did not necessarily agree with our perspectives, he was open to hearing our ideas, never put us down, and he stayed positive and enthusiastic about our house sale. He was a calming force through some challenging times, and helped give us comfort through some difficult events. e. Time and Effort: Todd went above and beyond what we expected in terms of the time and effort he put into the sale of the house. Given that we were long-distance sellers, as we had moved out-of-state just before listing our home, Todd was our local eyes and ears. He held multiple open houses, visited the property to check on things, and spent quite a bit of time and effort putting together the weekly updates specific to the sale of our house, which was very useful for our decision-making processes. We hit a snag and had to extend the closing date of our house, and Todd spent a lot of time coordinating things, leading everyone through the challenges, and he even drove to a town that was not close by to meet a relevant Third Party in person to keep the transaction moving. He genuinely made us feel like we were his only clients with the time and effort he spent on the sale of our house. f. Flexibility: When we first met with Todd, and he put together a plan for the sale of our house, we assumed that Todd may adopt a formulaic approach to the sale of our house. However, that turned out to not be true, and we later realized that the approach he recommended was suited for the market conditions at the time of our meeting, but as we progressed through the sale of our house, the previous approach was no longer appropriate, and Todd was very flexible and pivoted to address the changing conditions of the housing market. g. Pleasant to Work With: Todd is smart, funny, supportive, and very pleasant to interact with. Working with him felt like engaging with a wise friend who has your best interests at heart. In summary, we are so grateful to have had Todd as our Realtor, and we highly recommend him! -K & S in Highlands Ranch

We have transacted well over 20 pieces of RE over the years with some really good Realtors in Oregon, and the Verleger Team was probably the Best we've ever worked with! Their team approach left no stone unturned and no detail overlooked throughout the process. In a time of little RE transactions, they were able to find the perfect fit to our very specific needs. Once the property was identified, they helped orchestrate a very strategic purchase plan that allowed us to secure a very desirable property, in a competitive market place, without going into a bidding war and driving the price above market value. As a matter of fact, we had a very unique situation, but with their guidance we were able to secure the property and have it in contract in less than 5 hours of it being on the market.
