My daughter has a tendency to get easily distracted and she did wonderfully keeping her engaged yet still loving the therapy. In fact, my oldest daughter often wanted to join in on the fun. My daughter looked forward to her therapy each week and still asks when we can have Kelli come back. In addition to the in-person therapy, Kelli also provided us with fun exercises we could do on our own to supplement our learning and she also provided me support when working through an IEP re-evaluation. I couldn't ask for more!

She was kind, patient and instantly connected with our daughter in trying to pin point the best way to encourage her to open up on how she interacts with food. Would highly recommend.

On recommendation of our dentist, we tried some videos to help him with speech, but we were not successful on our own. After a Zoom call with Ariel and Ahmad, the speech therapist, we felt very confident and comfortable with Fairfax Pediatric Therapy. After the first session, my son made huge strides in his "sh" sounds - he was actually able to articulate it correctly, even if it was a struggle. Long story short, as of today (3 months after starting) Finn has met all of his speech goals and no longer needs the services. Both Ahmad and Finn worked hard to make this happen - and in such a short time. I didn't expect progress so fast, to be honest. Not only that - my kiddo actually looked forward to the sessions. Ahmad took the time to get to know his interests - chess and strategy games - and built the sessions around play. When we left today, for the last time, Finn said he was going to miss his friend. There would be some days I would come in to therapy and be like Bruce I didn't come to therapy to work hard today and he would laugh and say ok start with your warm ups. There I would go to start my warm up and he would set the timer. He always pushed me to do better and work harder and because of that I went back to work and was very happy with the progress I had made. It was a pleasant experience having therapy with Bruce. Our son not only receives quality services from a therapist trained in dealing with young children through adolescents, but ECC's selection of these therapists is incomparable. ECC's therapists are not only up to date in the latest proven methods but are all caring, compassionate individuals who invest in your child. The benefits our son receives through ECC extend far beyond OT services. He's built a relationship with his OT which motivates and inspires him as a person. I am sad I have to vent here but I have a sliver of hope that others will take this review…read moreseriously and will run from Lincare , I have been in customer service position for 14 years, different employers, small and large businesses. I have trained numerous C.S. personell, So must note the employee are OK trying to provide service to customers , yet not having a defenetive phone que system plus exteremely lengthy hold time , 45mins, to 82 mins. was my experiences, gets customers on the edge. Then they pass you on to another facility ( remote location) you then start from scratch. This has been going on for two month. I got my prescription early Nov. they got my insurance approval Mid Nov. They recieved the machine, early December , they noted we will call you in 48 hours to schedule fitting and pick up for the CPAP. today is Dec 20 th . I am on hold. Supervisor ( Kelly) tells me this is their normal practice and I should be happy that I have a machine,( I don't though) they have been paid god knows how much and I am on hold. Approximately one year ago, I needed to get a CPAP machine based on the results of a sleep study…read morethat I had conducted. I received 2 referrals to companies so that I could get fitted for a mask and paired up with the right machine. One of the companies was located in Alexandria and the other was Lincare in Warrenton, VA. I talked with both companies on the phone, and immediately, started to feel comfortable with this location of Lincare. I set up an appointment so I could go through the process of getting my CPAP machine and mask. When I arrived for my appointment, I was paired up with their resperatory therapist. She provided demonstrations of many of the available masks and machines. My one-on-one appointment lasted over an hour. However, I was very comfortable with the patience provided me to ensure I had the right equipment and felt comfortable with using it, adjusting it, etc. I later learned from a neighbor, who's brother-in-law went to the "other place" in Alexandria for his mask and machine. He was set up with an appointment - and there were about 40 other people in the same appointment. Getting fitted for a CPAP mask and machine is not something I'd like to do on a mass scale. I can really appreciate the one-on-one appointments that Lincare offers. Very professional!!!
