Adam did my ear piercing and listened to where I wanted the new piercing and Adam double checked before we proceeded with the piercing. But what most impressed me was how he prioritized Sanitation. I think he must have changed his gloves four times after he touched every item needed for the process. He explained aftercare very well. Checkout was wonderful too, they made sure that I knew how to contact them at any time if I had any other questions or concerns after the fact. Oh, and they made sure I knew what the end cost would be even before the actual piercing so there are no surprises at checkout.

As time passed, the jewelry began to embed itself into her skin, which should never have happened with the right jewelry in the first place. We returned to the shop, and Adam helped change it to a floating navel piercing -- the type she should have received from day one. He apologized and even took a photo of the damage because it was obvious something had gone terribly wrong. But the damage had already been done. Within a week, she developed a severe infection -- one that urgent care later confirmed was likely due to the original jewelry creating a gaping wound that never healed properly. Despite following aftercare instructions to the letter, she ended up on two antibiotics and hydrocodone just to manage the pain. Yet when we returned to the shop a third time to request a refund and share what she was going through, the staff were incredibly dismissive and refused to take any responsibility. They immediately shifted blame, accusing her of neglecting aftercare, even though we were meticulous. No effort was made to offer a solution, express genuine concern, or show even the slightest empathy. Just said "well, do you want to get it pierced again?!" ... no! Her belly button area now is completely bruised and mangled because of this place. We will never be coming back here again. To make matters worse, the owner was outright disrespectful and condescending over the phone. When we told him that medical professionals advised removing the piercing and draining the infection, her arrogant response was, "Why would they do that?!" as if she knew better than actual doctors. That tone alone spoke volumes about how little they care once they have your money. We asked for a refund because of all the trouble we've been through after the negligence of the first piercer, now having to pay for urgent care visits and medication. I chose this shop based on their glowing reviews, but let me be clear: if you're considering any body piercing here, don't. They might be decent with ear piercings or tattoos -- but when it comes to body piercings, especially anything more complex, they are careless, unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to take accountability when something goes wrong. My sister went in for a simple piercing and walked away in physical pain and emotional distress, and not once did they offer real help, only excuses. This shop failed her. Completely.

just don't. i got a finger tat here with joe, line work wasn't good in the first place and in less…read morethan a month half of it was faded (that part is sorta expected, i have multiple tats including hand/finger ones so i understand that they hold ink differently). so i go in to get it touched up since i was told that i get a free touch up. im getting it done and half way through he TELLS me (doesn't ask beforehand) that he's using a thicker needle this time, which i didn't ask for, i simply asked him to go over the faded part. the moment it was finished it was clearly blown out and somehow the part that was faded the most was literally still faded. afterwards he told me id have to pay for any more touch ups even though it had only been a couple weeks and half of it was gone (which is fine because i wouldn't plan on going back if it was free). im sure that there are good artists there but this one really didn't give a fuck if i knew what was going on, didn't care if i was satisfied with my tat, and decided to make changes without asking me. it sucks bc a lot of his work is really good but i'd go somewhere that cares more.

We had a consultation in September (this is how popular she is - I waited a little over 2 months for my date and it was so worth it) where I told her what I was looking for and she talked about ideas that would work with it to make it even more lovely. I am an avid knitter and hot air balloon enthusiast so I was looking for something like a hot air balloon that looked like a ball of yarn. Beeker explained that a ball of yarn might not look enough like a hot air balloon and came up with an idea to do a balloon with a picture of a yarn ball on it in my favorite colors. As far as the actual experience went, the shop was nice and quiet and clean. Beeker and one of her coworkers were bantering back and forth and making me laugh so hard that I had to bite my tongue to keep from shaking my arm. There was another lovely couple getting a tattoo and they actually bought me a bubble tea! Isn't that the sweetest? Oh, and weird thing to compliment but their bathroom is decorated really cool. And since they are cash only, they are kind enough to provide an ATM onsite. Can't wait to go back sometime soon so that my brother and I can get matching tattoos!!!

Someone will let you in and explain the jewelry selection that they have. From what I know, the prices for titanium ear piercings (I chose this) were fairly standard compared to other places. Once I chose my jewelry, I filled out an online form and waited for my piercer. Once Colin took me back to the piercing room (very clean room), he walked me through the process and explained in depth what to do and not do with a new piercing. I was able to ask him some questions about my existing cartilage piercing and I'm so grateful that I got some advice on it! My piercing process was quick and painless and I highly recommend Colin for any piercings.
