They took my review down because i wasnt specific...for those of you in dire need of specific circumstances ill give you two. In February of 2016 i called twice on the same day before i came in to donate to make sure of how much i was getting paid. i was told both times by two different people that i would get $35. after donating i only got twenty. i called back and was told i was given wrong information because these were new people. i was told their weeks start on sunday and the day i came was somehow outside of the schedule...this has happened more than once. Last week i came expecting to receive $35 for my second visit. i came on sunday which they say is the beginning of the week then again on wednesday which should be the second day of the week. again i was only paid $20...when i called in the manager...who was either eric or derek then tells me even though sunday is the beginning of the week the pay week doesnt start til monday...yet again that minute detail was omitted all the times they claimed the week started on sunday. eric or derek was very rude on the phone not letting me explain and his attitude was oh well too bad for you type attitude...the next morning i called and talked to manager kelly who was worse than eric or derek. she accused me of trying to get something for nothing because i asked to be paid what they said i was going to get paid. And some of you truly believe these people care about you??? Get real...its a business...all these jerks care about is making money off you like a herd of cattle. its not as much the $15 as how i was treated and the fact they dont back up what the say. then they turn around and blame their screw ups on some poor new employees. twce in a months time is not the fault of some new employee...they just want to cover over their error with BS and not accept responsibility. go here at your own risk...make a manager confirm your payment before you donate and dont put up with their lying misleading bullshit read more

I guess my previous review was taken down. So I will try again...This is a good place to earn a little extra cash. However DO NOT come in here if you are in a hurry, every time I donate there are people in the waiting area mumbling and cursing because they are having to wait. You WILL wait, every single time! The first time you donate, is at least 4 hours give or take and after that initial donation it is about 2-3 hours. They are so short handed, only use about 1/2 of the screening booths at one time and about 1/2 of the donation beds at one time because they do not have enough help. Staff is always talking about difficulty in getting breaks because of this. It has only been this way the past 6 months or so, before that the wait was about 1.5-2 hours, with most booths running and most beds filled. The staff they do have is GREAT! I have never had a problem with anyone. After the special amount you get for being a new donor (I cant remember exact amount, but the first few weeks you get quite a bit more) you get paid $20 for 1st donation of the week and $35 for the second donation of the week. It comes in a debit card, which has limits on where you can use, and fees to use. But I can't tell you exacts because I just save it up, then go online and transfer to my bank account for free. They run lots of specials so you get a little more money here and there, and have raffles occasionally giving away tablets, headphone etc. (not sure why not gift cards or something, I mean most of us are there for extra cash) My only complaint is the fact that they are short staffed. Staff is good, Movies they show on tvs are good, free WiFi that works most of the time. So instead of sitting on your couch staring into your phone, you can come here and stare into it or listen to music and get a little extra cash in your pocket. read more

by far the best place to go to make a quick buck .. the employees in there beyond amazing and caring .. I've been going for about 4 months now and cant find one bad thing to say about them. when it comes to cleanliness it gets a 5 star in my book. the products they use are always fresh never used, tampered with or expired. in total time I average about 2.5 hours from the time I go in to the time I walk out ... and the best part is when you referrer some one new to come in during the week, you get + $40 if you referrer someone on a Saturday, you will earn + $80 when they donate the second time. around. so if you would like to make a quick $100 week come to Talecris Plasma Resources.. read more

Don't go here. They are racist, sneaky, perverted, rude, and any negative thing you can think of. They always had issues with my veins because they were so little. I would walk out with bruises & scars . I remembered being scarred for 5 months !! These phlebotomists need to be retrained. HIGHLY unprofessional. They got mad at me some months ago for not letting them dig in my skin and I told them it hurt so they got mad and deferred me for telling my truth. Everyone leaving this fucking racist ass place . Thank God I'm not white because if I was , I'd kill myself. White people mexican people and some black folks here are ugly spirited. I would never ! read more

This is the only Plasma Center I go to. Its very clean and very well organized. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lovely young lady named Niecie assisted me last time I went in. She's cool and professional. One of my favs has left..We'll miss u Frank. Ms.Angie is as sweet as pie. All of the staff members are friendly and juss plain cool. To me its like a family feel amongst the staff and donars. Alot of times it is very crowded but what do u expect? I always go when its dead..Its been quite awhile since I have had a long wait period. Overall, this is the cleanest, most organized Plasma Center..I highly recommend this location. read more

My body had a really hard time with the donation process, so after two tries, I won't be back. However, the staff was very kind to me the entire time! They brought my ice packs, fanned me, and assured me everything was going to be okay. They did a great job about not making me feel bad about what was going on nor was I embarrassed. So if you're good with needles and can handle the whole process then I recommend going. The pleasant staff made it a decent experience! I've recommended my friends and family try it out. (Don't be deterred by how long the first time takes - after the first time it's a very fast process!) read more

This place is bullshit. I stopped going months ago and recently got a call saying they lost my physical information so I would have to come in and do another one. They said I would have to make an appointment so I did, 1:30 and they also said it would not be the usual long wait. So unfortunately I believe them and came in at 1:15 now 1 hour later i am still here waiting to be molested (getting a physical) by a nurse for the second time. I am never coming back to this godforsaken place again. If you are not patient and can't tolerate misinformation then stay away from this place. They make it hard to want to donate. read more

Dig it. Friendly staff, clean place. Quick for the most part. They play some damn good movies while you have to wait. They need to quit changing the steps leading up to the screening process. They have changed it up like 50 times in the one year I've been coming here. I guess it's all right tho cause they got a few really hot chicks on the staff. But for real. Step your Wi-Fi game up. It's been one year n I ain't EVER seen it working. Oh yea, y'all should have bigger kickbacks to those who commute greater distances. It takes me 12 bucks in gas just to get here. I dig it tho or I wouldn't be writing this here. read more

Talecris plasma resources is so awesome, the people are friendly and are always on guard to make sure that you are comfortable in your plasma donation, I have met many good people here, one named vic who has helped me and made my experience here very fun, you can also watch movies while you donate which is awesome cause you are kept entertained while you donate, also the people here are very helpful with your questions and are so patient with you which makes it even more comfortable. Thanks Talecris Plasma Resources for making my stay here the best! read more

Ive been going to this plasma center for at least 3 months, and i have to say its the best one ive experienced. The staff are kind and professional, they do their best to answer questions and seem to genuinely care about the experience you have. They get you through check in quickly and efficiently i rarely wait longer than 10 minutes before going to a booth to check my vitals. The facility is clean and comfortable, with a cool movie usually playing in the wait area and collection areas. I reccomend this company to anyone who donates plasma! :) read more

I love coming here to donate. The staff are always very nice and try to get you in as quickly as possible. Judie is the only person that can get my blood pressure on the first try and she is always so patient and kind to me. She make the process smooth and quick. Nick is such an energized person he puts a smile on my face every time I donate and just know how to connect to his donors to allow them to have a good donation. The facility is overall amazing and it may be a little wait but it's worth it they make the donation process pleasant. read more

I began donating plasma a few years ago. I have seen facilities come and go, but this one is very clean and sanitary. The equipment and process is very modern and state of the art, thus reducing the amount of time spent so you can get in with your day! The staff is very professional and friendly... Plasma is used for the production of important medication for burn victims along with a host of other treatments to help people. So if you want to help people by giving some of your time while earning a few bucks doing it, then come here! read more

The staff, as well as the environment itself is a lot different from what I was expecting based off what I was told about plasma donation centers. Its a lot cleaner well organized and the process wasn't as bad as I've heard, I was in and out b4 9 and I went right as it opened 7am. I took with me was my id it has my current address so I didn't need piece of mail I had with me. Beside the money you receive they have other ways to get more money through refer a friend and their own personal giveaways. read more

So I go into the grifols on Northern been there for awhile but every time I go in there is one of the employees that is the best his name is Nick so I wanted to take the time to say that every time I go in he always have a great attitude and he gives great customers service he always has a smile and he is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. You really need more people that go above and beyond but he really does I am thankful for him being there . You can see that this is more then a job read more

I have been donating plasma at Talecris going on 3 years. I would like to say a word about Raquel. When I donate, and Raquel is working, she is always very pleasant and professional. Her knowledge and experience of the process makes her a great instructor and I am always requesting her to stick me. I have scar tissue in my left arm and Raquel has never has a problem getting my donation. Not everyone wants to deal with it. Talecris is lucky to have Raquel on their staff! read more

I am so glad I found this plasma donation center. The entire center has knowledgeable, friendly, amazing staff that answer all your questions and make becoming a new donor incredibly easy. If your looking for a plasma donation center look no further. They are AMAZINGLY awesome, the financial compensation is better than any other center. I have donated plasma for 20+ years I donate to help save lives and the financial perks are really life saving to me as well. read more

I have been attended Grifols in Glendale, AZ for about four months now and they are great. The staff are all friendly and professional. The first visit took a little long because setting-up my account as a new member but after it only takes about 30 to 40 minutes to get on a plasma machine. It is not painful. Depending on the person it can take anywhere from 25 minutes to 45 minutes to collect your plasma. It is a good way and safe way to earn extra money. read more

I would recommend this place if you're looking to make a few extra bucks and save lives at the same time. Clean facility, nice staff, big screen tv's, and free Wi-Fi. There are incentives every month to earn extra money, if you donate regularly. Bring a small blanket or a light sweater because it gets cold. Some days are quicker than others so you'll never know how long it will take. Could be from 1.5-3hours. The first time takes the longest. Good luck! read more

Out of the 3 plasma centers I have been to this one is by far the most consistent in speed to get through the process. If you are able to choose one plasma center I highly recommend Talecris on 51st and northern, always and easy visit. The staff is always precessional and handles their many patients fairly and in order received. Plus if it's your second donation in 7 days they will make your strip even faster with their return donor fast track^_^ read more
