I brought in the dog I was dogsitting, and their dog got to meet mine:) It is dog friendly inside, which is a plus! They walk you through the process and take time to explain all aspects of aftercare and cleaning. They steady and gentle hands made the feeling less fearful. They laugh with you, hold your hand during the process, and they create an environment that invites you in and not make you want to leave. The front staff helped explain the aftercare and guided me through picking my stud. They had a LOT of jewelry to choose from. Since I knew id have to keep this initial piercing in my nose for nearly a year, I opted for something simple. I would definitely go back later to get one of their more unique pieces of jewelry, though. My piercer, Kalei, was professional and friendly. She made sure to explain the piercing process and in no time I had my nose pierced! It's been about 6 weeks and my nose appears to be healing great I will come back to Electric Strawberry when I'm ready to swap it out for a new piece. The one negative was even with an appointment, the wait time was a little long as they appeared to have a lot of walk-ins. But I also understand that some piercings/appointments might take longer than expected.
