N'etc. has the most beautiful goods, the finest fabrics--things in cashmere, silk, mohair, and lovely shoes, many made in Italy. I felt as if most of the clothing probably looked better on the runway than it would on a live person, which can be a problem with designer clothing in general. Bumbershute sells extremely high-end fashion, for extremely high-end prices. It's really not my thing, if only because I'd have to sell my soul to buy anything there (I estimate my soul costs around $500). Then when we asked about a different size, she again acted like we were rude for even asking her and snapped, "Whatever is out on the floor is what we have!!" and sort of shoved past us with an angry/annoyed look on her face. It was probably the rudest customer service I've seen in years. She should not be working in customer service. Talk to your employees about customer service or fire this girl. She's not right for this job. While my daughter and I like this store for the quality of product and affordability, we will not be physically shopping in this store anymore. I am getting married soon and looking for a gown for my welcome party. I browsed for about 20 minutes before someone approached me. She started a room for me and I continued browsing. Not once was it mentioned to me that I could not look at the bridal gowns on the back wall. I grabbed a dress off the back wall and was very rudely approached and told I could not take gowns off that rack and I needed an appointment. This is fine, but the worker acted like I was committing a crime and was extremely rude and unprofessional the way she approached me. There were no signs about needing an appointment or not removing gowns from the back rack. Sales associate with black rimmed glasses and short dark bob. will not be returning.
