I have purchased several items from here for my daughter and she always gets compliments on them. Yes they may be a little more expensive than the department store but you are getting something different than off the rack at Nordstroms or Macy's. The idea is to stand out from the crowd. The first time we visited we did have the pleasure of meeting the big black lab and that won me over because I have a black lab also so of course I got along with the staff as we are fellow dog lovers and appreciate cute clothes.... The have quick turn around on the clothes so if you see something you like---you better not wait to get it...

They fit all wrong and weren't flattering....all for the bargain price of $230! I was mostly put off when she kept raving how great I looked, and I kept wanting to ask are we looking in the same mirror? Somebody was trying to make a sale, and I felt it. In general, I thought everything was over priced and trying too hard to be trendy. Nothing really reasonably priced to pick up for fun, though I didn't feel that I found much that really fit my body or my style. I did pick up a super cute dress by a local designer for $50 at Drama next door though!

We weren't looking for anything in particular, just passing through, but it was a blast to see what they had. There is a try-on area and a three-sided mirror, with someone trying on a beret - just peak vintage shop vibes. The staff members were all dressed to the NINES - they are their own advertisements for what expertise they offer. Don't expect thrifting prices here - this is a higher end, curated vintage shop and prices reflect that. If you're a lover of all things vintage, you've gotta come check this out!

Everything was really cute & well-displayed, which made shopping a breeze. The staff were also really helpful, especially since most of the jewelry is in cases. As far as vintage stores go, I thought the prices were really reasonable (Coach purses for around $70 & tiny hair clips for $3), so that's refreshing! All in all, I would absolutely recommend this spot & it will be come one of my favorites to come back to :)

Wow, such a fun shop to poke around in!…read more I've come in twice now: once with a friend during a thrift weekend, and once before eating at Hazel's across the road. There's always something to find here! There's a lot of vintage, secondhand clothing here - and nothing is boring. Think bold colors and patterns, quirky designs, and out-there materials. Statement pieces for sure! There are certainly some staples as far as accessories and footwear goes, too. But much of the accessories are quirky and unique: think doll hands for earrings kind of vibe! There's a decent amount of knick-knacks and giftables here as well, that are more local artisan made or new. The store can feel a bit overwhelming at first entrance, so take it by section and putz with an open mind. Prices were on par with higher-end vintage stores, but they do run some sales a few times each year. There is a dressing room with a curtain for trying things on!

I am totally used to it. BUT, if you are average size or slender...hit it up. Seems to be great pricing too. Everyone I have encountered who works there seems very down to Earth. I love this place, you have to check it out.

What a great place!…read more Super cute, well cared for vintage clothes that are reasonably priced. The owner Hailey is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fun. When I said my head was too fat for a hat she said "we don't allow the f word here at Lula" and showed me the way the hats were supposed to be worn. I was there to sell some vintage items I inherited and believe that her offer was fair and the process was easy. She has everything cleaned so you don't have to worry about getting it all dry cleaned before bringing it in. In hindsight if I could change anything I would have made an appointment where she comes to your house.... except then I wouldn't have seen the store so I guess I wouldn't change anything. She seriously makes the process super easy! You contact her by email and describe your items, she replies with what times she's available, you meet, sell her your stuff and you're done. Everything in the store is really clean and organized. The layout or the way things are arranged make it easy to browse through. It doesn't feel like you're hunting for a needle in a haystack as most vintage places do. It's much more like an upscale boutique. You might even forget you're looking at vintage and drift back to your inner self of the 50's or 60's. There isn't a parking lot so it's street parking only . Since I haven't parallel parked in 20 years I went around the block a few times to build up courage . I didn't hit anything, there weren't any limbs sticking out from under my tires and I got a spot almost right in front of the shop so it all worked out great. If you're looking for women's or men's vintage clothing and accessories or if you're looking to sell some items, I can't imagine a better place than Lula. Five star everything!

So this place isn't your typical consignment store. There's so many around the area that that market is saturated and boring. No, this is a store for high end clothing that is slightly imperfect. This could mean a makeup stain from someone who tried it on in the store, a small fabric tear, a broken zipper, or a snag in the material. The imperfections range in size and severity. These clothes have never been owned--the luxury brand tags are always still attached! Annex gets shipments in 6 week cycles. The first few weeks are full price ($15-$25...still dirt cheap for high quality brands!) and the clothes that usually go during this time are the nice brands with very small imperfections. Next, the store marks ALL clothes down to $10 for a few weeks. Then to $5 for about a week. Then......$3 for two days!!! I pretty much only go during the $3 days because I love to hunt for the last treasures standing. I get the best deals here. Michael Kors, Free People, and Loft are a few of my favorite brands I get here for dirt cheap. You do have to be willing to either stitch up an imperfection or live with a slightly impaired product, but if perfection isn't a requirement for you, you have to check this place out! They have awesome bags and shoes too, but these don't go on sale typically. Shoes range from $5-$25--some have no visible imperfections, but stay away from ones with broken straps or other things not worth trying to fix. Bags usually have a little black mark or something easy to look past, and they sell great bag brands like Michael Kors and Cole Haan. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this place. All my friends know when I wear something new that I got it for $3 at Annex. If you're willing to fix a small imperfection or look past it, this is the place for you! Happy hunting :)

She frequently finds dresses that are as low as $3 and simply need the zipper replaced. If only I had that kind of time and skill! Again, if you have the time and the ability to mend clothing, you'll have a heck of a time shopping here.

I felt as if most of the clothing probably looked better on the runway than it would on a live person, which can be a problem with designer clothing in general.
