It is my desideratum for studded 100% cotton black pants, which is a hard find. EVEREVE satisfied all my desires. This review is based on a online website order and shipping. There is no human interaction exchange as I did not need. Studded Good Legs Straight Jean, Good American $178.00 This pants' appeal is very chic and I wear it with a cool cashmere sweater, wrap wrist studded bracelet and rubber boots. The touch and feel of cotton is comfortable. However, it is not stretchable cotton to contour and adjust my slightly over weight waistline for button snap with zip closure. It is slim leg of ankle-length hems. It contain several spare metal silver studs. I hoped and thought these silver were large and bolted or fasten into the pants like rivets rather than glued. The metal silver studs fends me a rockstar appearance. Shipping was free via USPS. The standard email order received notification contains a caveat: "Please note your order can no longer be canceled or modified at this time." AKA 'All sales are final' or colloquial terms "no cancellations and no exchanges." EVEREVE's return policy is untenable, unreasonable and intolerable. Ergo, three Yelp stars. My order placed January 5, 2026 and arrived January 10, 2026 in a reasonable timeline. The email notifications were prominently sent for situational awareness of my website order. Forward, seven days after my order arrival on January 17, 2026 I received an email requesting a product review for feedback, comment and follow-up. They do not let you cancel even if you just placed order a minute before. Immediately after placing an order, I realized I needed to cancel it. There was no option to cancel on their website so I immediately emailed their customer service. Customer service immediately emailed me back and said they could not cancel it This is terrible customer service considering my order probably hadn't even processed yet. I will not order from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else. read more

Terrible customer service! Wanted to exchange an item in store for a different size. The manager, who I was not allowed to talk to, told the employee that since I was 10 days past the return window, they would not even do an exchange for a item in a different size that is still full price in store. This was in the Reston, VA store. I also shared that I had driven an hour just for the exchange and they still refused. Sounds like many of the stores are the same. I never post bad reviews so this is a first for me, but felt this was necessary as I placed a large order online and needed to make a return and the online return was not working as it was not showing all my items due to the system update for the rewards program so there was a glitch. Anyway, I emailed customer service and going in 4 business days still do not have a resolution and the initial email states 2 business days. This is bad business. I had a great experience shopping in person at Evereve, but am disappointed with their online experience. I ordered 6 items from them and one came stained. I sent them a picture and they approved it for a return. However, they sent me to USPS. I do not have a store near me and they are notorious for being closed during open hours. It would cost me more money in time/gas to return it than just eat the cost which is really unfair since it is them that messed up. Will not be ordering online from them again. read more

I'm very disappointed & dissatisfied with Evereve for their return policy. I recently purchased several items at Evereve and decided I needed to return one of them. I was travelling so when I returned took it back. The item was still on hanger, with labels attached & just as I had purchased. They still have the item on their floor at the same price. It had been 6 weeks since my purchase. They absolutely refused to even give me a gift receipt and take the item back. I called customer service & got same response. Not only were they unfriendly but told me she'd send it on to a mgr (I wasn't allowed to speak to one) & she'd email me, but it would be the same response. I don't return often, but will always look elsewhere first to find an item. They've turned a good customer into a non-customer & seem not to care! Very disappointed! read more

This is quite possibly my new favorite store. They have a much more thoughtful and limited selection compared to Nordstrom. I love that it is geared toward a fashionable yet practical style. Feels much better than walking through some other places where I know I can't pull off more than half of the looks in the store. It is definitely on the more expensive side, but it's all high quality and I'm at a place in my life where I would rather invest in great pieces that will last. All the items I have purchased so far make me feel comfortable and confident which is top priority for my postpartum self. This location is also the biggest and best in the area. read more

After walking past this window a dozen times - a dress that I had been imagining buying for NYE (without actually knowing it existed) appeared in the HM window! I was surprised to see that they carried the designer Kinsie. Love it! To top it they had a nice sale of 15% off dresses. Double score. I purchased a happy camper without having to try it on! There entire walls are covered in sale items - however none of them are really my style. There are only so many "shopping weekend casual" clothes one can have... perhaps if my day job changes I'll be here more often. Hot Mama... I love this store! This location has a great selection of items that I would normally spend a few hours at Nordstrom trying to find. They carry Free People which makes me very happy. Outstanding service. Whenever I go I feel like I have a personal shopper. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and cheery. I left with a present for my Mom and also a few things for myself that I didn't know I was looking for. Prices are similar to what you'd find at a department store but the service is worth every penny. And if you catch them having a sale you can find some great deals! read more

I'm writing this update because of the fantastic service I experienced today. On a mission, I quickly ran into the store to make a return. FYI, they have a 14-day return policy, and today was my 14th day. I was totally preoccupied and a little flustered. The woman behind the counter remembered me (impressive, I can't remember people I meet 2 days ago, let alone 2 weeks), and asked me all about the event I had been on my way to the last time I was there. I do stop in here on a regular basis. I am tall and thin, and it is great to have a store that actually carries pants that are long enough. I just wish they had more selection for tall girls. They usually have a couple of jeans and maybe a pair or two of pants. Also, seems like their employees buy a lot of the best brands, so there isn't enough left for the rest of us -- example, Prairie Underground came out with some great jackets last fall. Every employee in the store had one, but all that was left on the floor was XL and L. I need a small -- just like the two employees who were helping me. read more

When I stop into this store, I leave with a smile on my face. They cater to women who are busy, overwhelmed and unable to spend a lot of time on themselves. Their philosophy to serve as personal shoppers who are friendly, thoughtful and helpful, but not too pushy works well. I went there on my birthday this year and left feeling like a queen with a couple new skirts, some cute tops and an awesome pair of jeans that fit me perfectly. Terrible experience. I went to the store to use a rewards card, tried a few things on and left without purchasing anything. Minutes later two sales associates came out to me on the street asking if they could look inside of my purse. I let them, and they said "Sorry, we needed to check because there was a price tag on the floor in the dressing room. We needed to make sure you didn't steal anything." I have never been so insulted. Evereve has beautiful clothes and wonderful sales people inside their stores. However, their customer service through their ecommerce site are rude, not helpful, nor do they even attempt to take one extra step to assist a remote/online. For someone who lives on the west coast where there are no Evereve stores, I order quite a bit online, and shop in their Oakbrook, IL and Lake Forest, IL when I am in town visiting. I bought a top in September at their Lake Forest, IL store. It was $70 and shrunk after the first washing. I had lost my receipt traveling back to my hometown in California. The customer service where unwilling to look in up, I gave them the date and time and store location. NOTHING from them. One email after the next telling me there was nothing I could do. When I called the Lake Forest store myself, the sales person located my receipt within minutes. I will not shop at Evereve again. Much of what they carry can be found in other stores, It's a shame. I was a frequent client. But when customer service is less than par, I chose to shop elsewhere. read more
