My wife was able to score an Aulani bucket hat she lost on our last Hawaii trip for $7! Score! Overall, worth the trip if you have time. Curious, my family decided to stop by after a long day of running errands and sightseeing. It's located in the Vineland outlets - there is another outlet mall on International Drive. It's near AllSaints and Gucci in the mall. There was no line to get in and staff were friendly. They did have to run to check in the back or ask other employees for pricing on some apparel items, but usually they tried to get you an answer in a timely manner. In addition to Prada, they sell Miu Miu apparel and accessories. Pricing is a little less than retail. Some items may be discounted further due to promotions, but I will say some of the apparel was still a little high. I believe most of the items are seasonal or trendy - don't go in here expecting to find Monolith boots or the Cleo bag for example. Parking can be a challenge depending on when you go. I went in the evening and managed to find a spot. They do offer an option to purchase preferred parking in advance if you want to avoid the hassle.

Large location, so many sizes for sneakers and clothing. Not too big of a sale this day, mainly 20-25% on clothes and extra 20% off back wall sneakers. The market is down for the most part so Jordan's that would have sold out years back are sitting below retail here. They had plenty of stock and sizing. It was super busy and crowded. Had some deals, but we were not at all impressed with the staff today at the front counter. While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The whole time there was a small line of customers waiting to check out. Whatever - eventually the one girl walks away, clearly flustered. We proceed to check out. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. I get it, people have rough days, but after witnessing how she treated her fellow employee in front of customers and the rudeness displayed to us, I felt the need to write this review. Today I arrived right as the store opened to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit my son. I…read moredidn't realize the tag was cut off but I had my receipt showing that I just bought them the day before. When the manager was called over due to no tag, she inspected the shoe to find something wrong with it to deny my refund. She said the inside of the shoe was dirty which clearly it was not since it was only tried on with white socks for size. I simply asked her what difference would it make if I came back and just went to the next person who would take them back. She rudely responded, "Who are you telling me what I can or can't do?" I took my shoes back home with me. While I was there, I purchased the additional pair for my son to try on at home. Later in the evening we returned and I did end up getting my refund from someone else. The shoes weren't even on sale, so I wouldn't really find them to be a true "outlet". I really wished I had gotten her name because she was the rudest retail manager I have everything encountered, especially during the holiday season.
