There are some really good brand babe stores here. However, the biggest downfall is the parking. While overall there seems to be a lot of parking, most of it is very far away and requires a lot of walking which can be tough if you have an impairment. I also think it's kind of gross that they charge $15 for valet or premium self parking for a fee. And it's always, always crowded, no matter the day of the week or time of year. But if you don't mind walking and you have a lot of patience you can find good deals on designer items. read more

I love the classic feel and design of most bags this brand does. It has a very professional feel. This specific location is an outlet, so the pricing is lower than at the classic boutiques you'll find in malls. Staff is quick to greet us every time we go in here. They usual have a number of sales associates working the floor, so you'll always find help if you need it. The store layout is pretty easy to shop, but you may want help on figuring out pricing or finding your shoe size. They have decent deals here and a lot of times they offer additional coupons for more savings. Overall: B Good deals, easy to shop. read more

The worst experience I've ever had at any Coach store across the country. 3 wallets I picked up I struggled to get the zipper open. No price tags found on a lot of the wallets I looked at. There was a 60% plus an additional 20% off the wallets, such a great deal, except, the wallets were poor quality. The zipper is a huge function, most that I liked had faulty zippers. read more

I visited this location while on a business trip about a month or so ago. I have an entire three drawer collection of Coach and money is no object. I entered seeking a leather tote for my laptop, a nice purse and maybe sunglasses. When I entered this location, I was not approached by a salesperson which is very unusual for Coach. I decided on a tote but had questions so I sought the assistance of a sales person. Asking for his assistance was clearly painful as he tried to dodge both me and my questions. It was odd watching someone squirm and run away. Mind you, I'm in designer business casual, with designer shoes, makeup and a Coach purse of my own on my shoulder. Given this was my appearance, I was treated as if I had leprocy and to get him to assist me, I had to chase him down and corner him (not exaggerating). What I did learn via my forced assistance was that, the tote I inquired about looked cheaply constructed because it was indeed cheaply constructed. The straps were cotton straps one would expect on a duffle bag or LL Bean tote and it was not made of leather, but rather manufactured leather. No, not patent leather. A faux pressed leather made of... PLASTIC. After learning that, I walked away from the tote. As I was exiting the store, a seemingly actual leather nude purse caught my eye. I inspected it and decided to purchase it. At the door stood an associate handing out coupons. She was actually aggressive in how she was forcing coupons in every single customer upon entry. This associate was not present when I had entered the store. I approached her and asked for a coupon, to which she looked me up and down and said, "you don't need it". I requested a coupon again and she reluctantly complied. I get in line to check out and again, I am greeted with another level of rudeness. No smile, no friendly convo... Just mean girl behavior. I am rudely asked where I'm from, what I'm doing in the area, and what I do for a living". I'm usually not guarded about this information, but when it being asked by someone clearly in contempt, I take offense. I remain friendly purchase my item and exit. As I go to leave I enter Cole Haan (see that review) and find an even better deal and customer service than at coach. I return my purse after visiting Cole Haan, and I'm again greeted with rudeness. I write a Facebook post about my "Pretty Woman" treatment and learn that my friends have recently had bad experiences at other locations, are not impressed by the finished quality of their products, and have since discontinued patronizing them. I've been a customer of coach long before they've become a trend for the young and long before they reduced their quality to what one would expect at Claire's or Hot Topic. I've since moved my business to Cole Haan. Effective that day, all of Coach lost my business. It's worse enough the try to trick you to pay a million dollars for plastic, but to have poor customer service. I tweeted by upset to Coach, to this day, I have not received a response. It was one of those days when you least expect to find what you seek and it finds you. On February 5th I went into the Coach store and was greeted by a young man Zechariah Mayer. I mentioned that I have been seeking for the perfect briefcase for over 6 months. I had my previous briefcase for over 10 years and it was time for a change. I'm a broker and needed a tough case to carry my documents and laptop which can handle the harsh elements of daily use. I was very content that he knew his products and gave me options to finally find the ideal briefcase with all the features I needed. Worst. Store. Ever. The staff is as helpful as possible, BUT, the moron tourists that come here with their unfed, sunburned spawn should really reconsider. They don't move out of the way, they grab things out of your hands, and smell awful. The merchandise is awful. None of these purses have ever even made it to the full price store. These are all lower quality bags made for the outlet specifically. The leather is low quality and the bags look like knock offs. If this wasn't such a cash cow for Coach, I'd think this embarrassment would be first on the list of closures. Every time I come here, I leave in an awful mood. This place is ridiculous. This is a man calling out to all women. Do not shop at this store!! All they want is your money. This is the most overpriced store I've ever witnessed. A little wallet with a total of 7 card holders is $40!!! I have an actual wallet better and big than that and I got it for free! Large purses are $300+ when you can a bigger purse and Vera Bradley down the walkway for around $100. This store is definitely for the upper class and tourists. Love this store. I'm a huge Coach fan and have been for years. You can really find some great steals here rather than going down the street to the Millenia Mall to the Coach store there and pay full price for everything. A lot of people think that this Coach Factory Outlet has the outdated, old styles and for a while I did too, but just recently I found an awesome deal! They had one of their new Spring 2013 purses at this store (originally over $600) and I got it for $250. While that's still expensive, it's a huge savings! The clearance section is where it's at if you can find something that you like. I was able to get a leather purse originally $450 for $120. They always give you somewhere between 20%-50% off the entire store when you walk in so you always get extra savings on top of their already discounted prices. Other things that are at great prices are the wristlets, umbrellas, wallets and sunglasses. This is where I'll always shop from now on if I want a Coach item. read more

Hoping I'm reviewing the right one..this is in reference to the outlet store.. CUSTOMER SERVICE: This part could be taken both ways..This one does not have the most highest rated customer service, but I don't really need someone holding my hand while I browse for a bag. I'd rather have them leave me alone than keep offering assistance, in this case. The actual coach stores (not outlet) has far more outstanding customer service, they are there for your beck and call, but if you are capable of doing your own browsing and math the outlet isn't that bad. I haven't experience anyone that was rude, they just aren't over enthused to assisst. CLEANLINESS: I usually go there at night, trying to avoid the mass crowds, they don't clean up too well, the shoe section is like World War III, so if you're looking for shoes, you'll probably get irritated, but I'm usually not interested in the shoes. Occasionally I'll notice a drink cup a customer was too lazy to throw away and placed on the shelf..that will go untouched for a while. DEALS: I never go here unless I have a coupon, without a coupon, you can get like 20-40% off the Coach Retail Price. Now, on the days preceding and following a holiday (Easter..Mother's day...Labor Day...Thanksgiving..Christmas..you get the idea) They hand out coupons, an additional 30% off..or 40% off your purchase(Black Friday they had an additional 50% off). This is what brings me, they usually have a decent selection and a big clearence rack--usually marked down 50-70%. The coupons are taken off your purchase price, not added to the discount %. (If a salesperson tells you otherwise, then ask her if a purse that's 50% off with a 50% off coupon makes it 100% free.) Basically, It's kinda like the Walmart of Coach. Yeah it's probably a little bit messy, but you could get a good deal if you time it right! read more

The Coach Outlet is actually pretty awesome. So here's the deal: If a style doesn't really "make it" in their main retail stores, it will end up at the Coach Outlet. And if a style, like the Hampton's Tote, is produced in every shape, color and size, it too will end up at the Coach Outlet. And wallets, sunglasses, belts, shoes, and scarves that fall into these two categories will too! Almost every weekend in the summer there will be a clearance event of some kind. You can grab an awesome leather bag for under $100 easily, and wristlets or pouches can be as low as $25 - $45! The outlet stores can get hectic, but Coach is a clean, white, leather-yummy-smelling haven. I've been a fan of Coach for quite a while and I like the wider selection of bags that they offer versus other retailers (Dillards and Macys). The customer service was fine and the staff members were very helpful. The checkout process was easy and we were in and out of the store quickly. The store was very clean and everything was in stock. Plus, they were running a sale for the day with an extra 40% off everything. In reading another review, I think that the rating for the store should not suffer over the clientele as that is not a direct reflection on the store - but on the people that chose to shop there the same time a previous reviewer did. The quality of the merchandise is great and I've never had someone approach me and say "hey, did you get your bag from an outlet?" Overall, I'm a fan and I've been a patron for years. While on a business trip I decided to check out the Coach Outlet to bring home a new diaper bag for my wife. I don't know the first thing about bags except that my wife loves Coach bags. I must of had a "deer in headlights" look when I walked into the store. The first associate I saw helped me pick out the best diaper bag for my wife. At first, I was very indecisive but she was able to walk me through the selections to make the best choice. When I returned home my wife was very happy with the purchase. I will probably be back when in the area to pick up my wife a new purse and who knows what else. read more

Their Free Shipping is a joke! I ordered a Christmas present on November 29, 2015 and still have not received it. They can not even tell me when I might receive it as it went Parcel Post to Hawaii. That means it went by boat! When I complained to them I was told it was not their responsibility to locate package as it was in the USPS hands now. As a local, I enjoy perusing the local stores and outlets in order to find the best deal possible, however, I also expect to be treated with a certain amount of respect and have the same expectations for my friends and family. So when my friend who went shopping with her 4 month old teething baby, and was asked to leave while she was in line making a purchase, I was absolutely appalled. She was told she was a bad mother and to leave. I'm sorry but the contempt and annoyance I have hardly seems justified in these words. In such a tourist-y area you should expect to have children, and babies in your store and the nerve you have for telling someone they are a bad mother. I'm appalled by the way you made my friend feel and who the hell do you think you are. Congratulations you have now lost MANY customers in the area. So as the gas prices raise, and airline tickets raise, I hope you continue to piss off locals and go out of business. read more
