Recently, I brought in a piece of heirloom jewelry and a few other random pieces that had been sitting in a safe for years. It held a lot of sentimental value, but was dated and not my style. I decided to reimagine the old jewelry into a few custom pieces I'd actually want to wear every day. I met with Danny to talk about my ideas. I brought in my new seiko presage to have its watch band adjusted and the owner, Mr. Tran, immediately went to his work desk to change up its tightness after I had tried and failed to do it on my own. It only took about 5 min and the end result was my watch fitting on my arm perfectly. The owner is very friendly and offers service in both English and Vietnamese. Inside the store were lots of watches and jewelry which were fairly priced just like his services. This watch band adjustment only cost me $10 compared to a place like Jared's quoting me $25! The people inside get the job done with a smile and are hardworking individuals.

Making items you won't find in the big box craft store. They also have other materials like chains and cording. Basically anything to fulfill your beading project need. Prices are pretty good. There are some cheap items and some that range to pricey. It all depends on the quality of bead you're looking for. They have a room in the back as well where I believe they do beading classes. I've not experienced that to know how good it is but I would imagine they have some good classes for the beginner and veteran beader alike. Not a shop for everyone but if you're a crafter who likes to dabble in beading and jewelry making, Bead Bar is a must-visit.
