I called this location Wednesday last week to see if I could come in and get four hats embroidered with my company's logo on it. I was told absolutely come on in. It will take two days. I go in there was a limited supply of hats available, but I managed to find four that would work. I paid $29 for each golf hat... They kept the hats in their back room and then told me I had to send them my logo to be sent to their corporate office to be digitized and sent back and that would take two days. OK fine that was all taken care of and the logo indeed got digitized in a timely fashion after I paid $28 (fair). Yesterday I got a message from Jayla telling me Embroidery was ready and I could come in and get the hats embroidered. Not understanding why I would now need to make another trip in there to have the job done. I called. I spoke with the manager. I believe he said his name was Ian... He informed me that they don't have a embroidery machine at the moment it's broken so yes, I could come in and pick up my blank hats and take them up to a Sister store and they would embroider them for me which would then mean another trip back to the mall to pick them up once they are embroidered. This is the most insane process I have ever heard of. I said to the manager, can you not just take them up there and have them embroidered nope we can't do that until they're paid for. I said OK I'll give you my credit card over the phone. He said nope we don't have any way to take a credit card over the phone. BEWARE....
