Went here pretty close to opening. Be warned there gonna be a line. The line got even longer when we left. Which makes sense given some of the deals that can be had here for merch direct from Disney. Obviously some of the stuff is going to be here for a reason like any other outlet. But we were able to score some nice clothing at cheap prices that sold out in reasonable sizes after we left. My brother was able to score a nice lightsaber that's usually sold in Galaxy's Edge for half off. If we had luggage space, I would have bought a Mando helmet for half off. My wife was able to score an Aulani bucket hat she lost on our last Hawaii trip for $7! Score! Overall, worth the trip if you have time. I'm especially happy to see that bulk buying and later returns are no longer allowed...this helps increase availability for everyday shoppers and prevents resellers from clearing shelves and returning items if they don't sell. Who doesn't love a good deal?? A trip to Disneyworld is not cheap so why not save some money & get some cheap souvenirs! This is an official Disney merch store but with out of season items. This store isn't the same as your average Disney store outlet. They carry a lot of Disney Parks merch, esp past-season items and/or overstock of Epcot world showcase stuff. Lots of Disneyworld shirts. Some kids shirts were marked down to $4.99, Alice mickey ears $4.99, Halloween glow in the dark Stitch Halloween spirit jerseys for $14.99, Baublebar mickey pumpkin earrings for $12.99. Dooney & Bourke cats shoulder bags for $134, & there were some Harvey's seatbelt bags too. They had Lilly Pulitzer women's clothing too. Went on weekdays & just a like outside but it went quickly. A few years ago, they did a virtual queue thing where they texted you when you could get in line. Not sure if they still do that. I've been to this store about 3x. Love it! read more

I almost bailed because the line wrapped around the side of the building on the day I went (around noon on a Wednesday), in the full sun, but I decided to tough it out. So glad I did. This place is legit worth the wait! It sells old theme park merch for great prices. Apparently inventory and stock turns over quickly, so you never know what you'll find inside. I was on the lookout for clothing for my Disney Nuimos, and I was happy to find a few things (although the selection was kind of a bummer in that department). On the day I visited, I bought a Disney black Starbucks refillable cup, Nuimos clothes, a couple of pins, a Yoda santa hat, and keychain. I was excited that they take Disney gift cards as payment! Score! Some things are better deals than others, so it helps to know your prices or have your phone handy so you can research. I personally found the clothing selection to be overpriced, as were many of last year's Food & Wine Festival offerings. The biggest discounts and best deals were on the Disney Starbucks tumblers ($7.99), LoungeFly backpacks ($24.99), and mouse ears ($7.99). I paid under $2 each for the Nuimos outfits. I did get the feeling a lot of customers (maybe even a majority of shoppers) were there buying for resale, which is kind of a bummer because it takes away from the spirit of an outlet. If you ARE a casual shopper or visiting tourist (like me), the store offers shipping so you can mail your purchases home! Note that this place is crazy. They monitor how many people can be let into the store at once, which I appreciated because it was already stuffed to the gills in there. Checkout was fast, though, but be prepared to wait in lines. Also, the outlet mall does not have enough parking, so bring your patience. If you're a Disney fan or collector, you have to check this place out. The secret is out, just go. read more

If you love Disney merch, this is the place for you! Note that if you go during busy times (namely weekends) you will encounter a line. We went once after work during the week and didn't wait at all, and then went on a Sunday and waited in line for about 20 minutes (it moved fast)! Keep in mind this place is busy, so if you want a casual browsing experience this isn't for you. You may try to set up a logical 'flow' through the shop but with so many other people you may find yourself just kind of moving wherever the crowds aren't. If you do brave the crowds, you'll be rewarded with good prices on overstocked merch. I've definitely gotten Loungefly bags for $30 and spirit jerseys for $30. I even got a pretty rare Disney Cruise Line European one on my last trip! I've also seen lots of RunDisney merch there as well (though usually in less-desirable sizes). Keep in mind that this is overstock merch, so if you're looking for something super popular, chances are it will sell out before it would get to the warehouse. If you're willing to deal with some lines/crowds, you can score some good deals here. read more

I've heard a lot about the Disney Character Warehouse, but have actually never been to one. The last time I was in Orlando, we just didn't have the time to make the stop. This time, since I was in town earlier for work, I did have the time! I arrived about an hour after opening on a Thursday and waited about 30 minutes in line. The lines do move quickly though. I think it's a great place if you go in without any expectations and are just happy to browse and see what they have. If you're flexible, there's a lot of good stuff. I got a Loki hoodie for only $13! If you're coming in with a very specific item in mind, then you're going to be very disappointed. There are two Disney Character Warehouses in the Orlando area and this one is closer to the Disney World theme parks. We went here on a Thursday afternoon around lunchtime and the whole outlet was packed. In fact, it was very, very hard to find a parking space and eventually, we had to park across the street from where this store was located. When we arrived, there was a fairly long line to get in, but it only took around 30 minutes of waiting since the line moves quickly. However, in that Florida heat, 30 minutes can feel very long. As others noted, the workers here seem pretty miserable and when we actually had to interact with one at the cash register, she gave us a bit of an attitude since the price posted on a t-shirt was different than what she rung up. I'm going to guess that there is quite a bit of madness working here everyday, so I can sort of understand the frustration working there. Nonetheless, we did find a few items we liked including a Christmas ornament, sweatshirt, and a few t-shirts as gifts. Everything is significantly discounted than what you would pay in a Disney park, but it seems really hit and miss depending on what they have on sale that day. Also, others noted that they experienced a lot of resellers, which we didn't see at all. But we did see this at the other Disney Character Warehouse we visited. However, with that said, if we have some free time when visiting Disney World again, I think we would come here again. read more

It's busy for a Saturday, but the line moved quickly. I was probably 15-20 mins. I went to this location looking for a specific backpack that was sold out already. Someone posted the figment back pack for $35.00, and I did want one. After going to the one near international drive, the next day I decided to drive to this location. They didn't have it but I did buy the figment lug bag. Service was fast. There wasn't a long line. I was mainly looking for pins which they didn't have at either location. I got two shirts for $1.99 each. A hat that's reversible for 4.00, a Mickey Mouse sipper for 5.00. Can't wait to go back in October. read more

I think your experience here will depend on how lucky you get. I came yesterday around 2pm (Presidents Day Weekend) and had to wait about 10 minutes to get into the store. It was mostly seasonal stuff inside (Christmas, Halloween, and Grad 2022 items - but it's 2023 now) so I didn't really find anything worth buying except for some bags of Main Street popcorn for only $1.99. I think those usually go for around $8 at the parks but the caveat is they were going to expire in about a week. If you have some time like I did, go ahead and stop by but I wouldn't feel bad about missing it. Also my hotel had a free shuttle to the outlets so check to see if yours does too to save on transportation - because we already know Disney is taking all of our money as it is when in Orlando haha. read more

GOOD PRICES First time visit to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Among the stores we visited was the Disney Warehouse. What's a Disney visit without a line - there was a short line outside the store (around 5 p.m. on a non-holiday weekday). The small store was crowded even though a limited number of shoppers are allowed in every 10-15 minute. Mostly clothing and most items are marked off by at least 1/3 off listed price. * Lots of clothing such as 2024 Halloween and Christmas long sleeve spirit shirts ($30 range), 2025 Disney marathon shirts ($15 range) * Kids Stuff - hodgepodge of stuff like pins (under $5), small character toys, jigsaw puzzles, mouse ears. * Name brand items included Columbia baseball caps ($25) and lots of Vera Bradley (quilted bags $50 to 100) and Lily Pulitzer. * Houseware stuff included lots of mugs ($8 range), 2024 photo book ($3), Mickey trivet ($10) and food storage containers. Some of these items like the storage containers might still be in the Disney parks at full price. Parking Tip: the section of the mall near Tommy Bahama has a lot more empty parking spots than the chaotic parking area near the central part of the mall. read more

Location is very small. The Jasmine bag from Aladdin for example was cheaper in price but made cheap. For example the chain is plastic very light weight not like the one sold in the parks. The staff were very polite and no problems answering my questions. On the plus side it is located in a mall so I was able to keep shopping. read more

This store is about 8 to 10 minutes from the Disney Parks area. If you have a successful day at the store really depends on what you are in search of. When I arrived around 11 am on a Friday, there was a line of about 30 people waiting but it moved quickly. I waited about 10 minutes before it was my turn to enter the store. The checkout line inside was much longer and moved slower. It wrapped around the store. I lucked out with purchasing a holiday spirit jersey for $19 and sequins ears for $3.99. If you have time to stop here on your trip to Disney, I would. The customer service is also great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Also, the woman who was in charge of letting people in is very diligent and patient, please be kind to her. I noticed people get snippy with her because they had to wait on line. read more

They had some really good deals but they didn't have a huge selection beyond last seasons stuff. It's worth visiting because you can get the diamond in the rough. This location can get busy and crowded but there are plenty of staff at the checkouts and trying to keep the merchandise orderly and restocked. You can't go to the Character Warehouse expecting to see a specific item but if you go you might just be surprised to see something that you wanted in the parks a few months ago. They seem to always have a pet section, some pins, some ear headbands, and some clothes. But what theming any of that has is up to chance. As well as what other items are available. The pricing is always less than retail, sometimes nearly 90% off! We stopped by the first week of January and saw a lot of Halloween and Food & Wine Festival items. During the last week of February there were Christmas items, Halloween was almost gone, and less Food & Wine Festival items. read more

This review is about my visit may 24 2024. I thought long and hard about leaving it or not as most of the review is about something outside the store's control but I'm hoping that it may help the store prevent future incidences The resellers at this location are bad. there was a particular reseller who got quite upset when I tried to keep my year old grandson out of the sun when we were queuing to get in the store. We got there an hour and a half before opening as the queues get quite long from previous experience. The resellers had their carts and wagons lined up holding spaces while they were chatting and I moved his stroller beside one slightly so the post of the building provided some shade and she tried to accuse me of jumping the line despite none of the other resellers having an issue with it. Once we got in the store I discussed this with a manager and apparently some of these resellers constantly harass other shoppers but they as local management can't do much without corporate permission although she was apologetic that I had been treated that way. While in the store, this reseller and her sister took up space in the middle of the store conducting business live and hoarding popular items like lounge fly bags and droids (of which they had 8 or 9 despite it being limited to 2 per person), they also gamed the system by one checking out and dropping off their stuff and walking back in the exit (despite a huge queue outside) because their sister was inside If it wasn't for the resellers I would give this a 5 star rating, the one star was knocked off because the resellers make things difficult. I come down to Disney usually once or twice a year and I always like to visit this store at least twice during my visit (usually on arrival day and leaving day and sometimes also on a down day); they have a variety of items from the Disney parks, many are previous season merchandise although occasionally I've seen overstock at a discount from what it's selling at the parks. It's an excellent place to get official merchandise for a fraction of the cost. I do recommend getting here before opening as the queue gets long quickly read more

This location is amazing, Jeremy and Riley were so helpful when we had concerns about if the merchandise did not work when we got home. Many of the other staff members were happy to check in the back for different sizes or to see if they had an additional item The location does have an issue with hoards of resellers and personal shoppers, some of which will conduct business on their phones live; in the middle of the store making it difficult for other customers to shop especially when they grab tons of popular items leaving none for others. It's about 10-15 minute drive from the Disney Springs area, so it's super convenient if you are renting a car, but also very easy to Uber. A few things to note before going - it is located in a strip mall, which will require walking, and parking may be a challenge. The surface lot is free. Otherwise, there is $10 covered parking in the adjacent ramp. It is ALWAYS very busy. GET THERE EARLY and be prepared to wait in line (it moves fast). Their products change frequently and are subject to whatever Disney sends them, but you WILL get amazing deals! First off, it will be busy. There's only one time I waited less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, it is typically a 30-minute wait - at least every time I have gone. With that being said, the staff are doing their best to keep things stocked and get people in quickly. I have gotten quite a few deals there, saving typically 50-70% on disney merch. I was able to get one of the Ahsoka belts for $1.99, which originally I think was priced around $70. If you look up videos on tiktok before you decide to go through the wait, you might be able to make a better call on whether there are items there that are worth the wait for you. However, I have always been able to walk out with something that made it worthwhile. Parking can be tricky, I typically advise getting there early in the morning to ensure parking. I usually go 15-30 minutes before open if I am going at all as it takes a good 5 minutes to walk to the store itself from parking. read more

Listen to me: This place is not worth the wait and I'm going to explain why. Everyone has a buzz over this place, that's why we waited online for 10 minutes. *No one* is a bigger Disney fan than me. I'm writing this review from my Disney timeshare while wearing Disney boxers and my favorite Disney tee shirt. None of these items were purchased at Disney's Character Warehouse. After waiting online outside for 10 minutes, we're shown into the space. It's not that big. There are some children clothes to the right, adult clothing to the back and left side of the store with some toys in the middle. The adult clothing wasn't anything good, it was more Disney Cruise Line clothing over park clothing. Dumb. The toys? I saw some Lion King dolls but not with the main Characters?? There was a Lion doll, Tibor. Who the heck was Tibor in the movie?? Dumb. When you're at the park, after each attraction you leave through the gift shop. If you want a cool Aerosmith Rock and Roll tee shirt, it's right there! This store had none of those offerings, I left all pissy because this was a time suck. If you're looking to shop for Disney apparel, The World of Disney in Disney Springs is your best bet. Don't get pissed off on your vacation, it's not worth your valuable vacation time to shop here. read more

Here you'll find all the phased out merch at discounted rates - think clothes, ears, souvenirs, mugs, frames, etc. I especially love finding frames and ears for cheap. I have over thirty years now and love getting more, but the prices add up quick! So getting them for less sis always a great find for me. We also take a ton of pics at the park - like everyone else!! Getting keepsake frames to match is a great way to remember the fun! It's pretty hit or miss in what you'll find. I highly recommend that if you see something you like you get it, it's not likely to be there next time. The stock changes constantly. Overall: A Great Disney stuff for cheap! This isn't the place to go if you just want to buy some cheap souvenirs or get a good deal. This is the place resellers go to buy everything like locusts. If its a day where new merch is coming in, you'll know because the resellers will be there in force (funny how they always know the merch is in). They will come in with shopping carts, pick everything clean, and will absolutely run you over if you are in their way. Now, someone may say that that is outside the store's control. The store pretty openly ignores limits per customer, allows the giant shopping carts in, and turns a blind eye to the resellers being pretty aggressive towards the other customers. read more

I love scoring great Disney merchandise for discount prices. This store carries items from across the parks and hotels, even the cruise lines. They carry Disney merchandise such as clothing, pins, lanyards, ears, toys, snacks, housewares, souvenirs, and accessories. They even carry those great Dooney and Bourke and loungefly purses and wallets. I have been to the Character Warehouse in Ft. Lauderdale at Sawgrass Mills Mall many times. After visiting the Magic Kingdom I dragged my daughter over here because I thought that since this outlet was closer to the park it might have better stuff. It can now report that it carried the exact same merchandise as Ft. Lauderdale. The only difference was the lines here were so long! I never have to wait to check out near home. I couldn't believe how many people were here. I guess they all got the memo that this is the place to buy cheap authentic Disney souvenirs. I was told by a cast member that about 60% of the merchandise sold at the outlet are the exact same items that are being sold currently in the parks except for much more money. I believe it too because they have the tight rope girl dress costume from the Haunted Mansion stretch painting for $50. I saw it last weekend at Cherry Tree lane for $168! If they have a lot of an item at the park they will send the surplus to the outlet. I saw the exact same shirts at Tren-D for sale here but for 12.99 instead of $24.99. If you have to have a specific item then you may be held hostage to Disney's high prices. If you are just looking for Disney merchandise and love a deal then buy all means come and check out what they have. Just be prepared to wait in line with all of the other people who have heard the good news. read more
