The options and layout of the products at the time of my visit were perfect! The product rotates often, get items when you see them.

Sadly, Disney needs to focus on their guest experience and stop the nonsense going on in this location. Visted the store after hearing all the hype online about deals etc and was appalled by what I witnessed. What should be a shopping experience aligned with Disney's typical guest experiences is in reality an auction and shopping hoard that is not discouraged at all by the store. The store had numerous whatnot sellers and live auctioneers conducting live auctions for store merchandise they had not yet purchased. To put this into context, these sellers DO NOT own the items they are auctioning, they are running live auctions that store customers were appearing in without knowing, selling items from the racks that they hadn't purchased yet and interfering with other shoppers as they shopped. It makes you not want to shop there and just go online and attend their auctions instead because at least then you don't have them shoving you out of the way and grabbing things back from you as you shop. They were literally live streaming shelves, starting auctions for items for sale on the shelves and blocking shoppers from buying those items they were trying to auction despite not owning the items. They had carts filled with merchandise for their auctions. When the doors opened Sunday morning the whatnot sellers were all waiting first in line and clearly knew the staff, calling some by their first name, joking with them etc. As soon as they get into the store they grab everything off the shelves and stock pile the items in their carts, cutting off shoppers, families etc. In the rear corner of the store, two men stood "guarding" multiple carts overflowing with toys they hoarded off the shelves as guests tried to shop. They refused to give the items to shoppers and claimed they were buying them. All the while standing in the back corner with piles of items that in store shoppers wanted to buy, however the whatnot sellers grabbed everything to try to auction them off from inside the store. It was crazy. You had the option to wait for them to run their auctions and see if someone online wanted to buy the item and have a shot at them then deciding to "put it back" What a joke. The staff seem very well aware that this was going on and didn't want to acknowledge it when it was called out to them. Some of them clearly have a relationship with these people. I attempted to notify a manager on the floor who I saw people auctioning within her line of sight. I asked if she saw this happening and she gave a blank stare. I then asked if she knew what whatnot was thinking maybe she doesn't understand what's happening, but she said she knew what it was and didn't understand what the issue was. I explained that there were a group of men guarding carts full of merchandise they haven't bought in the back corner of the store while their partners ran live auctions in the store. The manager just stared at me. Im not sure if she was getting a cut of the action or what. It was bizarre. A quick search on Google showed this practice is not permitted, yet the store workers and managers did nothing to stop it and engaged with sellers who were in auctioning. I took numerous pictures and videos of this happening. Amazingly, the auctioning customers were fine to record and conduct their auctions, but I was given dirty looks for taking pictures documenting what was going on. I watched as a woman visiting from another country repeatedly attempted to buy a toy from the shelf only to have a seller tell her they are auctioning the item and to put it back on the shelf. The woman's child was clearly upset and the mom was upset by the situation. This was the nonsense that staff allowed to go on. I will not shop here again because of this practice. I don't care what discount they are running on old merchandise no one wanted. The way you treat customers whether in the park or in your bargain hut should be the same as both carry the "Disney" brand name. I don't know why a company would allow their brand to be devalued by this nonsense. I LOVED that the Nike outlet had a sign visible to all strictly prohibiting this practice, not allowing auctions in their store nor will they permit the return of items from the auctioneers, preventing item hoarding. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Disney Character Warehouse (Orlando location #4501). During a visit on August 5th, I purchased four "Posin' with my Lederhosen" magnets clearly marked in a display bin for $5.99 each. It wasn't until after checkout that I noticed my receipt charged me $7.99 each--an overcharge of $8.00 plus tax. When I brought this to the attention of the coordinator on duty, Carolina, her behavior was shocking. She refused to honor the displayed price, claimed all sales were final, and insisted a stock person made a mistake. When I offered to show her the $5.99 bin sign, she walked over, ripped the price sticker off the display, and completely dismissed me. She was rude, unprofessional, and made me feel like my concerns as a paying guest didn't matter at all. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of resolution from Disney Guest Services. After emailing proof (photos of the receipt, display price, and staff badge), I have spent over a month getting given the runaround with template emails stating they are "researching" and "reviewing" the matter with leadership. Disney prides itself on exceptional customer experience, but hiding behind canned email responses for over a month over an obvious pricing mistake and terrible employee conduct is unacceptable. I expect far better integrity and basic courtesy. Save yourself the headache and check your receipts very carefully before walking out of this store. read more

this location was at the outlet. The line to get in the store was long but kept moving Glad we went there on a day that wasn't scorching with humidity. Like any warehouse w/limited quantities of items, There wasn't anything we felt was worth buying. Prices are low for sure. Selection was disappointing and quite limited. Most were items were past season's stock. Cast Members were helpful but sadly, they weren't all thrilled when I asked for help. Would I come back? Maybe. If my next visit to Disneyworld gives me some free time, I may go back to check things out. There is a 2nd Character Warehouse which is apparently smaller too. I almost hate to write this review, because the last thing this place needs is more foot traffic. If you're willing to fight traffic, fight for a parking space (seriously, finding a parking spot at this outlet takes a minimum of 10 minutes, often closer to 20-25 minutes), deal with the crowds, and deal with rude fellow customers and coughing/crying toddlers......*IF* you're willing to go through all that, than yes, you can find some great deals on Disney Parks Exclusives at this store. The place is a hidden gem. If you are a local you can score some great things for the next years events at a discount the year before. Currently they are selling merchandise from the most recent Halloween party. They also have toys at discounted prices and other trinkets. This Disney Character Warehouse is a little farther from the Disney World parks than the other one, but I found this location a lot more pleasant. We arrived on a Tuesday morning before they officially opened and there was already a short line to get in. The line consisted mostly of resellers, but they weren't trying to buy everything up and seemed pretty respectful of everyone else who was there to just buy a gift. Although this location is a bit smaller than the other location, it had different items, so we found more things to buy here than the other Disney Character Warehouse. We bought 3 sweatshirts and a Disney hat. Also, even though we were there for around 45 minutes, it never got too crowded and there was never a line to get in like the other location. Overall, it was a much more pleasant experience shopping here than the other Disney Character Warehouse, but I'm pretty sure both of these places are hit and miss on crowds and items sold depending on the day you go. read more

This warehouse is in an outlet mall and was fairly easy to find. I was surprised by how much was jammed into this small store. We were able to find some shirts/tanks for between $4 and $15. My son got a Grogu hat for around $8 and I got a cool candle for about $5. They carry all sizes too from little kids to plus size so just about anyone can find something. When we walked in I was a little overwhelmed as they were not controlling the amount of people in the store. It was a mad house and you could barely move. By the time we left, they had a line formed outside and were controlling the number of people in the store. They should do this at all times, because I wanted to leave quickly as I was getting very anxious and overwhelmed just by the shear number of people in the store. read more

Checked out the Disney warehouse store at the outlet mall. First off, it was tough to find free parking. Secondly, the store is tiny. They had some things we hadn't seen elsewhere but it was mostly clothing. We bought nothing. I don't recommend making the trip. This is a great place to get Disney merchandise for great discounts BUT this place is a madhouse lol. If you are not afraid to fight the crowds you can make some good finds. The thing is that if you find something that you like grab it, It may not be there the next day or the next hour. They have a pretty large amount of revolving stock so you never know what you can find. Store has moved to a smaller location within the mall but still a great place to get souvenirs at a better price than at the park. Granted the selection is more limited and includes older styles and or out of season clothing. The real deal here, according to my wife is the purses! It's a nicely themed outlet store in an outlet mall. Prices were reasonable, especially on smaller items. The store offers a shipping service, which helped us save room in our suitcases as well as acquiring a items we couldn't find online. Staff were helpful, and left you to browse at your own pace. No pushy sales people, which was great. The home goods items were a little thin, and some of the clothing prices were higher than what you would pay for the same thing at Target or Amazon. This location was smaller than expected. There was a line to get in, but it wasn't a long wait. The shoppers are very pushy and rude once inside, rushing past you to look at or touch something. The deals were good, and their items changed regularly specificallywith the seasons, but I didn't like having to deal with so many people. The selection at this time was the end of summer and halloween, so there were many short sleeved shirts to choose from. Getting a good deal always makes me giddy with delight or excitement. I love stocking up on Disney merchandise without paying full price and this is definitely the place to do this. I've found the place is extremely crowded during the day as opposed to the evening. There's always a variety of products and depending on which season has ended you'll be able to stock up on a lot of goodies at a discounted price. Disney ears usually retail for $35-45 (don't quote me) and you can get them as low as $4.99 when they're really on sale otherwise they're around $14.99. The size of the clothing really ranges so I have yet to find something that catches my eye and is my size. However, the biggest deal I've found are Nuimo dolls and lounge fly backpacks. Those tend to be really popular and go quickly. Anyway, the plaza where this store is located is very touristy and you may have to park a bit further out to get to this location. It's worth it if you're a Disney aficionado like I am. read more

When it comes to Disney, I often identify myself as a Disneyholic (addicted to all things Disney) or a Disneyphile (love for all things Disney). Despite this, there are things about Disney I wish to change. In this case, the price of almost all their official gear. It already costs an arm and a leg just for a single ticket to their parks so why does their gear have to cost fingers too? Thankfully, there is a way my fellow Disney addicts can get their gear without having to throw away their entire weekly paycheck: Disney's Character Warehouse. For starters, Disney's Character Warehouse is located in Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, an outdoor mall located on the outskirts of Disney property, right next to the food court. Because it is not on Disney property, the store has the ability to sell items that are being cycled out at a far cheaper price. Imagine buying Disney (or Disney associated gear from Marvel, LucasFilm, or Jim Hensen) at 30 percent, 40 percent, 50 percent, 60 percent, or even more off? That is what they have to offer. The selection may not be as diverse and expansive as if you were stepping into the World of Disney in Disney Springs, but it has enough to satisfy fans all around to an extent. Shirts, pants, jackets, and other clothing apparel, toys, cups, mugs, calendars, and pins. They have it all. Finally, to truly understand just how much of a bargain their wares are. They have a limited edition Star Wars walker toy set originally priced at $300 on sale for $79.99, pins originally priced at $20 for $2, and shirts originally priced at $35 at $15. As a matter of fact, I bought my lanyard, starter pin set, and my Penny Arcade shirt (Disneyland fans will know what I am talking about) from there. Spent less than $25. Trust me, that's a deal. So if you're a Disney fan either you be local or out of state, stop on by for great deals on your Disney gear. I must stress this more so for those who live out of Florida and on Disney Vacations. If you're looking for Disney product at a completely reasonable price, look no further! While yes, everything in here is older and may have dates from years past, you are getting a phenomenal deal, so it comes with hitches. We were lucky to hit them when the 60th anniversary for Disneyland was ending and the merch was going to discount stores, like this one. We got an ornament and some Starbucks / Disney crossover items that had the diamond anniversary theme - and we paid really low prices on them. If you want some clothes to wear to the parks, you can find it here too. It's a great way to theme your vacation and take some really cute pics with characters and in the parks. They have some of the race gear too, if you wanted workout wear. The store is usually crazy busy, which of course means, it can be messy and unorganized, since people aren't exactly known for putting things back where they found them. Staff is hard pressed to keep up with the foot traffic, and isn't really available to help you out if you need something. Cashiers are really the best to ask your questions to, since you'll have their attention. Overall: B- Great way to get Disney merch on the cheap. Be ready to look through crowd mess. read more

If you're looking for cheap/discounted Disney merchandise in Orlando, this is the place to go. I think it's great that Disney has a couple of these stores for the general public. When I was a cast member, I would visit Cast Connection regularly but of course I can't do that anymore. I know a few people were complaining about the merchandise being ugly and junk, but it honestly just depends on when you go. The store gets shipments everyday so the stock changes constantly. Some days are better than others, but it's really all luck of the draw. I've scored some really great stuff here (limited edition magic bands, Starbucks mugs, spirit jerseys). The staff here is friendly and always willing to look/grab items from the back if you need them to. I live locally and shop here frequently. If you're going to be on vacation in Orlando and visiting the Disney parks, this is a great place to take home some reasonably priced souvenirs! read more

We were in Orlando with friends for dinner and decided to go stop by this location to check it out. I wasn't a big fan as the store was extremely crowded and appeared to be somewhat ransacked. I bought a few shirts on sale for my kids, but I don't think I would necessarily return. The cashier at the register wasn't very friendly and appeared to have a bad attitude. My best finds have been Doonie & Burke-Disney Park exclusives, Lounge Fly for 50% off. Stuffed mickeys for $6, cups for $7 Just be willing to wait the lines can get long and moving around hard due to how many people are shopping, great place though! Coming to the character warehouse before I hit the parks is always a must and today's visit didn't disappoint! I was so shocked to see Shanghai Disneyland merchandise at this location. Even grand opening items that I have plenty of to this day. Items were as low as $0.49!!! So if you're in the area or coming to WDW, don't forget to make this your first stop! This store is located at the Orlando International Premium Outlets. The Disney's Character Warehouse is a great place to get authentic Disney merchandise at greatly reduced prices. It reminds me a lot like the Company D stores, except that this is open to the public. This store is always crowded, but the savings are worth it! You'll find prices reduced here as low as 50% to 90% off! The types of merchandise they will have are all very random; such as past graduation & holiday stuff, and other merchandise that are now discontinued. You may even find other stuff that used to be available at their other parks in California, Paris, Tokyo or Shanghai! FYI, there is another Disney Character Warehouse at the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. That location is a lot closer to Walt Disney World; so if you're staying at a Disney resort and planning on buying Disney merchandise for your family or friends, it will be worth an Uber to Lyft ride to that outlet instead. read more

Expect a long line once you head there, but depending how long people stay in the store it moves fairly quick. There's varying merchandise being sold that would be found in a Disney store. Please note that one store may not carry the same exact product as the other, there may be some but not all. Also, if new merchandise is brought out consistently so everyday is new. So if you find something and want it, get it. read more
