My wife and I thought it would be a great idea to stop here to see what we could find! There were lots of stores to stop in and see if something interesting was worth buying!. Or maybe just browse through some of the merchandise that was available! From what I saw the prices were reasonable, lots of sales and discounts off their products too! Some of the stores had lines because so many people were out there, employees standing at the entrance and letting people come in as people left to avoid overcrowding! There are so many different stores with some of the popular name brand items. They have Starbucks out there if you want a pick me up while you shop, they even have alcoholic drink bars if you want to sit down and have some drinks! There are also independent vendors out there looking for your business as well. You can't go wrong with either option, pick one or choose both! I would definitely recommend this outlet!.

It's across the street. That's the newer side which also has an old navy, tommy bahama, and underarmour to name a few. It wasn't a big deal. After visiting across the street, I went to the main outlet mall area. It's a good place to get your steps in. There are a lot of stores, a food court and lots of tourists pushing luggage around, parking is parking. So just make sure to put your patient pants on. Still don't care for this mall and it's pretty aged at 26 years old. It looks older and I've been to older malls.

This store needed crowd control because it was a lot of people inside. People trying to push baby strollers around an already crowded store. We were looking for something for our grandkids but we couldn't find anything suitable for all 3 grandkids so we decided not to get anything if we couldn't get them all something. We shall return and definitely recommend you give this establishment consideration while shopping.

This was our very first stop during our premium outlet run. There was no line outside this store but it was lots of people inside. There was also a law enforcement officer inside standing right next to the door as you enter. Police presence should always deter anyone from stealing!. We browsed around, my wife and I both purchased merchandise here, I got a couple of outfits! I didn't find anything on sale but I did see some things I liked so ultimately I bought it!. The employee at the register was in great spirits and showed lots of enthusiasm, not just work related but a conversation about life!. I recommend this establishment and I will definitely return!.

This place is huge...Imagine Universal City Walk & Downtown Disney merging...that's Disney Springs! Parking is free but make sure to take note of which lot you parked in because it's easy to get lost. Thank goodness there are a lot of security guards and people around to guide you in the right direction. I met my cousins here for dinner and it took me about 15 mins from where I parked to find the restaurant where we were meeting:) Worth coming here - I loved this place! They have two separate Uber drop off and pick up areas and when you go in you have to go through security to go through and they scan and look at your bags which adds an extra layer of security. There is so many restaurants in different shops to check out. You could honestly spend all day here they even have all different types of cuisines from all different types of range of prices. I will see if you're looking to do any shopping I would go to the Orlando premium outlets instead since the prices are pretty high-end, but most of the food places offered great options and they also have a lot of nighttime entertainment available. There's also a movie theater and a bowling alley there. There is many places to choose from to get a drink or even to find a sweet treat. I will say the bathroom situation is overwhelming since the women's room tends to have a long line and the bathrooms also aren't clean. There is also a lot of people so be prepared to push your way through crowds, especially of screaming children.

While we waited in line, 3 employees were arguing with each other in full view of the customers, something about some coupon on an iPhone I could tell one girl was getting really upset. The girl wearing the cowboy hat asks us very fast "cash or card" like hurry the hell up. "Card" we reply. She then just angrily points at the counter for us to place our items to buy. She rings us up like a robot, clearly pissed at something. Then she takes the same iPhone from the argument earlier and shoves it in my wife's face. "Email!" she says. My wife asks why do you need my email? "You won't get a receipt without it" That's fine, we are 3K miles from home, we like what we bought and we certainly aren't returning it. Also we can read the 50 signs spread out throughout the store "ALL SALES FINAL - NO RETURNS" and we are totally fine with that, no problem. Wife says, no thanks I don't want to put my email in you guys probably already have it anyways", her: "you won't get 10% off, 15% off, you get no receipt!" Really? Since when? That attitude and pure disdain displayed to us clearly shows she hates her job. Today I arrived right as the store opened to return a pair of shoes that didn't fit my son. I…read moredidn't realize the tag was cut off but I had my receipt showing that I just bought them the day before. When the manager was called over due to no tag, she inspected the shoe to find something wrong with it to deny my refund. She said the inside of the shoe was dirty which clearly it was not since it was only tried on with white socks for size. I simply asked her what difference would it make if I came back and just went to the next person who would take them back. She rudely responded, "Who are you telling me what I can or can't do?" I took my shoes back home with me. While I was there, I purchased the additional pair for my son to try on at home. Later in the evening we returned and I did end up getting my refund from someone else. The shoes weren't even on sale, so I wouldn't really find them to be a true "outlet". I really wished I had gotten her name because she was the rudest retail manager I have everything encountered, especially during the holiday season.

He's purchased about half a dozen watches from this location, and he seems to get a new one here every couple of years. The prices are excellent, but make sure you know what you're shopping for. A quick Google Shopping search can work wonders! Some timepieces are priced better than others, so it's on you as a buyer to know the retail price and going rate for the watch you want. These are outlet watches, so I will admit that he's had some issues with at least two timepieces he's bought here - like they won't keep proper time or other minor things. He's had to send them in for repairs, but they tend to have the same issues over and over. However, if you can live with some minor imperfections, you can score some terrific deals here! I've always been impressed with the professional service here, too. The sales clerks are always so knowledgeable, and they never try to upsell you or pressure you. They never make you feel bad for saying that you need to think about it before making a major purchase. Now it may help that my hubby is always wearing one of his Tags, but they never act like you don't know what you want or you don't know what you're talking about, both of which are huge pet peeves of mine when it comes to shopping in luxury stores. I've also always been offered an ice cold bottle of Acqua Panna water while he's trying on watches, which is such a nice touch. It's always lovely to be made to feel like a valued customer. This store location has moved within the outlet mall several times, so check the map if you don't want to be lost (this mall is so confusing; seriously, you can just meander for an hour and still never find what you came for). Parking is still as difficult as ever, especially during the daytime. My advice is to come about an hour before the mall closes and you'll have a better experience. Fewer people parking and fewer people shopping makes all the difference.
