I noticed the Prada logo on one of the columns facing the freeway when I drove by during a recent road trip to Florida. Curious, my family decided to stop by after a long day of running errands and sightseeing. It's located in the Vineland outlets - there is another outlet mall on International Drive. It's near AllSaints and Gucci in the mall. There was no line to get in and staff were friendly. They did have to run to check in the back or ask other employees for pricing on some apparel items, but usually they tried to get you an answer in a timely manner. In addition to Prada, they sell Miu Miu apparel and accessories. Pricing is a little less than retail. Some items may be discounted further due to promotions, but I will say some of the apparel was still a little high. I believe most of the items are seasonal or trendy - don't go in here expecting to find Monolith boots or the Cleo bag for example. Parking can be a challenge depending on when you go. I went in the evening and managed to find a spot. They do offer an option to purchase preferred parking in advance if you want to avoid the hassle. read more

Nice selection and we had success. Be careful tho' if you think you are buying bags from the boutique. Many of the items are made for the outlet and that is always something to be aware of. The quality of some of the interiors of bags and travel goods was not great. They lacked the signature linings as well. read more

I tried for days to get someone on the phone to help me with a purchase and couldn't get a return call. Ended up calling another outlet and they were much more helpful. Monika was downright rude for very expensive shoes. You would think they'd be a better customer experience. read more

After walking in Jose greeted me very professionally and wasn't too close or pushy. I browsed freely without feeling the pressure. Even when there are multiple customers asking him about different sizes of shoes to try, he kept his cool and tried to cater to all the customers. After our items were brought to the front, there was only one cashier checking people out. Had to wait a bit, but sales clerk was cool about everything. After standing in my T-shirt Jean and sneakers, a guy asked if I worked here...I said no, but I'm thinking in my head... dude..this is Prada, the staff wear suits and professional dress..this guy definitely didn't know the value this brand brings. read more

My family and I had a great experience at this store. It was so great that we went again for a second time to shop incase we missed a few things which we did. Rebecca in the women's shoe department was awesome! She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond. The other associates were also very nice, even the security guard (I believe he was Indian) was very helpful. We really enjoyed shopping at this store. Thank you for providing unsurpassed customer service. We will certainly be visiting their store again when we come back Orlando. read more

Blah. All three times I have visited this outlet, Prada was the only store that never had anyone waiting in line. Even on the weekend. Now I know why. All 3 times the store had one or two customers inside and 5-7 sales people. Neither time we were approached by anyone. Twice the sales people were clustered together on the side giggling. The customer has to physically go and extract a sales person from that chicken coop. That earns the customer the attitude of an extremely inconvenienced executive, who was just pulled out from a board meeting. Then there is the weird issue of all 7 items I looked at costing the exact same price. $275, the magic number. One of the times, there were 7 minutes to close and they literally had to discuss if we can go in to just look at sunglasses. No help again. Avoid this one and if you insist on having a Prada item, go to the boutiques. read more

When my girlfriend and I walked in. There was a guy in front of the door that gave us a weird looked. I think he is from India. He was never greeting us or even said hello. When we walked around the store, I saw him keep following us. It seems like he thought we were gonna steal something. I never have this bad experiences before, and I've shopped at many luxury store. I'm an avid Prada lover and unfortunately I had an unexpectedly sour experience at this store. Myself and my husband along with our kids walked into store. I went towards women's and he men's. As I was looking at a $125 shirt, a woman with glasses dashed over and sternly said not to touch! Are you kidding me? I'm there wearing Gucci from head to toe and my husband was too. Even my kids had Gucci and Prada on. This turned me immediately off. I checked on my husband and the guy who waited on him was friendlier and helping him. My husband ending up spending $6k that day. Too bad that nasty woman didn't get credit for any sales. If she doesn't like her job in customer services then she should go work somewhere else. Prada needs to know who is representing their company. I buy A LOT of high end fashion. I do not need to be treated like I'm homeless or something. read more

Rude. They do not deserve even one star. Every year I stop here to buy a purse or wallet , but this year due to the rude incompetence of the staff I left 2 bags at the counter. It seemed the Prada staff would rather complete a sale to an Arizona Prada sales staff than address the three customers waiting in line. It would be acceptable except that Ms. Arizona was going back and forth on whether to buy items in her "pile" based on the discount they would allow her. After 15 minutes I left thoroughly disappointed by the treatment and lack of concern by the the sales staff. Save your money and buy your Pradas at retail stores. read more

Hahahahaha, after watching the New York report of racist products in the window of their Soho location, it's evident that this is a practice of its internal culture. My wife and I visited the outlet store in Orlando of which we always walk pass. After viewing a bag with a very helpful associate, we were headed to the door, when a woman from the rear of the store yells to the associate "where's the bag?" My wife and I just laughed and exited the store. This is a recurring issue in this store as well as other "high end" clothiers. Hence why we shop at designers who welcome our presence. YSL(Sawgrass), Canali(Sawgrass), Tourneau(Sawgrass, W57th st)Gucci(Aventura)Christian Louboutin(Aventura, Design District-Miami). Be very aware of where you spend your hard earned money and when you feel you are being treated otherwise, please voice it. I'm hopeful it would be the attitude of the associate and not the brand. read more

Walked into the store looking like a regular vacationer, shorts, tee and a small MJ backpack but was treated nicely ! Unlike Burberry that has a guard right at the door and they size you up by what you're wearing. The staff at Prada were very knowledgeable and friendly ;) walked out with a purse and wallet. Spent an age in the store, it was super quiet and no one was helpful or wanted to serve. It was a frustrating experience, not because I was picky, but there were not many shoes available in my size. Finally found a pair and we went over to the men's section. No one was serving here at all, indeed we heard a staff member tell another that there were customers wanting to try shoes on, we saw the lady he told shrug her shoulders. So we gave up and headed to the checkout to buy just the one pair of shoes. At the check out we were asked for proof of identity, when I told her I had none she asked to see my mobile phone. At this point the shop attendant had hold of my bank card and I had to ask for it back repeatedly. I did not feel comfortable and I had no idea how she would be able to identify me from my mobile phone. The most bizarre shopping experience I have ever had and I have shopped all over the world. I will not be coming back to this store ever. Needless to say we came out empty handed, despite having gone there to buy 2 pairs of shoes and some clothes. A total waste of time. read more

2 staffs were at the front of the store when my husband and i came in and they never said hello. Not even a nod. LOL. One lady SA just eyed us. There was barely anyone at the store at the time. I'd understand if they are busy. My husband actually offered to buy me a purse here today but the SAs are so stuck up I dont even want it because of bad service. Very rude and unprofessional. If you see a bag here I advise you to shop around to see if you can locate the item somewhere else or contact another Prada outlet store. The staff needs to take a training class on customer service. I have never experienced service this bad in my entire life. read more

Buyer Beware! I purchased a bag for my wife for Christmas, while she was very happy reality set in and she felt she would not use the bag as intended. The salesman warned me that the cut off for returns was January 5th and I advised my wife. On the 3rd of January my wife attempted to return the bag and was told she could have a store credit or select a different bag but no refund. Prada thanks for ruining my wife's Christmas! read more

I am disappointed but I refuse to spend a thousand dollars or so to be treated that way. Customer service is very good at this store - not snooty and they are very down to earth. The selection when we went wasn't the most amazing (as it was after Black Friday) - however I did pick up a nice leather Prada Bag that was beautiful and versatile. Absolutely check out this store while visiting the outlet. I was tossing around a Prada or Fendi purse and Prada won out at this mall. There is no Chanel outlet :-( at this mall probably the only thing missing. Check out Prada - it wasn't super busy - the staff are proficient on the products and helpful. read more
