Due to the large crowd in the store, it was initially challenging to locate clothing for our child. However, after searching for a while, we were able to find suitable clothes for our toddler. The checkout line was very long, so we waited about 10-15 minutes for checkout.

The prices are comparable to my local store with my local store edging them out on certain items. Their inventory is pretty good and they are always well stocked. You can find sales racks in the back of the store but I've never found incredible sales on them. It always seems to be a season behind or not in a size that I am shopping for. The sales staff is very friendly. Although...If you ask if they have a certain anything in a certain size the standard answer is...."all of our stock is out on the floor."

The weather was rather lovely, and Disney Springs was PACKED. Unfortunately I didn't note any Cast Member names, although both CMs we encountered were delightful & helpful. We parked in the Lime Garage; serendipitously, this turned out to be the closest garage to the World of Disney store. After we passed through security & exited the garage, we asked the first CM we spotted about where we could find Magic Bands. She told us that the World of Disney store had the largest selection, but the Pin Traders shop would have a different, albeit smaller, variety of bands. After seeing the designs available at Pin Traders & finding none that Hubs loved, we went to the World of Disney. We entered from the *back* entrance since we were coming from Pin Traders; also serendipitously, we spotted the magic band displays in the other back corner, so we didn't have to wander far through this ginormous store. And there, Hubs was able to find the Haunted Mansion wallpaper band that he'd wanted when we were browsing online. For more context that you may not need, I bought our Annual Passes through the app on my phone, and I was going to WDW for the first time a day earlier than Hubs. He was going to meet up with us while we were at Magic Kingdom. At that point, he didn't have the app on his phone, but I also didn't want to take the chance that his phone might be dead by the time he needed it. And I didn't want to risk his Magic Band not arriving in time if we'd ordered online. When we made our way to the cashier, I was delighted to learn we got an Annual Pass discount on this purchase! Then I explained to our cashier what we were wanting to do & she confirmed that Hubs would be able to use his new Magic Band for parking & to enter Magic Kingdom, without needing the app for his first AP visit. And after our transaction was completed, she helped us set it up right there! Five days later, Hubs was able to park & enter Magic Kingdom with his Magic Band, exactly as expected.

This is my favorite Disney store in the world because there's such a huge selection of gifts and memorabilia. Every time I come here, I fall in love with something new, and this season it's these pink pumpkins! The staff I encounter is always friendly, and I feel like if you haven't been here before, it should definitely be a must-do at Disney Springs. It's also wonderful to get out of the Florida heat, enjoy some AC, cool off, and shop for a while. Highly recommended!

I grew up going here at least once a year, when I travelled for sports competitions & ALWAYS made sure to stop by for their Nike + Lululemon outlet stores. They have way better discounts here, compared to the outlets near me... still to this day. Lots of parking available and somewhat easy to navigate.

This store needed crowd control because it was a lot of people inside. People trying to push baby strollers around an already crowded store.
