They are located next to a closed down real estate and a Ross department store. The store once you enter has the register on the left several shelves along the walls in the front and the back. There are several walk-through aisles on both sides of the store with bench and walls of mirrors in the middle. The sales racks are in the back of the store and with the bathrooms. The store has one side with woman shoes the other side with men's and the back towards the sale racks with children's shoes. The have a very large clearance area with everything from high heels to crocs, and Nikes. The discounts are great here. The sizes and array of colors are good. At the front registers you can buy socks, jibbitz for your crocs, shoelaces and napsacs. There is usually a good sale on the jibbitz with buy one great one 50% off. Why no 5 stars? not a lot of sales employees around to help expect for when they are talking to each other. They are friendly when they notice you come into the store. Lines do tend to get taken care of quickly as long as the other employees are not in the back of the store.

The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better. On a recent visit, I was especially touched by a kind and empathetic young man who helped me. He asked how I was doing, and I ended up venting a bit -- I've been dealing with knee pain lately. The way he listened and showed genuine compassion and kindness really stood out. It's something we don't see often enough these days, especially from younger people. I, unfortunately, didn't catch his name -- it was short, started with a "J", and he was a tall, Spanish-speaking young man with curly hair. If you know who he is, please pass along my thanks. His kindness meant a lot.

But when it comes to price, this family owned spot is #1. On the serious tip though, I went in looking for a 10-12' sit on top expecting to get hit with REI and Bass Pro prices. Not even close! The customer service was on point. David was courteous he was kind he was informative and best of all he gave great tips on where to kayak to find spiny lobsters in the Keys. He promised me that he wouldn't tell anyone else after me. So don't ask. They have all the legit kayaks (I was tunnel visioning for what I needed, they have other watersports stuff) you can sit on them and swap out seats to see what fits. So go buy a kayak from a kayaker. Even my girlfriend had this feedback, and she NEVER GIVES FEEDBACK, "Felt like your neighbor is helping you buy a kayak...honest, genuine, the opposite of a sales person at a big box store" It's a 45 minute drive from MCO, but well worth it. I also knew I was most likely going in for a cannondale hybrid type road/smooth trail/gravel bike. He showed me some different brands and styles and I was able to take them for a spin in the parking lot. Marc has been there for a long time and he knows his stuff. He knows the history of each brand and he will tell you which one is the best among them. He is a bit on the quiet side, so you have to ask your questions. I also like that he took my mongoose in and gave it a tune up. I bought that bmx Mongoose from Fb marketplace for $30. It was in rough shape and he tuned it up and got her moving nicely. I settled on the cannondale and he put together the medium frame. I'm at the tall end of the small frame and just felt more comfortable on the medium frame. It was a great experience and I will go back to the shop again when I need bicycle supplies. I'm always in favor of supporting the local guy.
