I always enjoy going to pick up essentials like wee-wee pads for my dogs, cat food, treats, plants, and more. The staff is consistently friendly and efficient, which makes the experience even better. On a recent visit, I was especially touched by a kind and empathetic young man who helped me. He asked how I was doing, and I ended up venting a bit -- I've been dealing with knee pain lately. The way he listened and showed genuine compassion and kindness really stood out. It's something we don't see often enough these days, especially from younger people. I, unfortunately, didn't catch his name -- it was short, started with a "J", and he was a tall, Spanish-speaking young man with curly hair. If you know who he is, please pass along my thanks. Great service from the cashier and they had everything I needed. A little slow getting service for the propane but I would still return.

I dont have a farm or a large garden but they have a variety of farm and garden supplies to include clothes and feed. They have some cool gift ideas too. I like going there as an alternative to Home Depot and Lowes. Not always cheaper, but I like to see the different items you may not find in the other stores. I'd give this place zero stars if an option. Came in to get a chainsaw. Asked if they had any out back. Guy said we just got a shipment in. But I can't look to see if we have one. Talk about lazy. Numerous horrible experiences so sad .... aside from 1 lady with short curly hair which I don't know her name all the associates and the store is horrible. the store isn't well kept very messy the associates aren't knowledgeable and it's just complete chaos. There's usually 1 cashier which makes the lines very long and slow no matter what time of the day it is. when you ask for help they don't know or aren't willing to help. I was recommended a game feed for my new chicks After doing research I realized I had the wrong starter. Again terrible customer service. The latest issue I had was when I purchased my chicks, the man helping me looked like a manger didn't know what he was doing kept looking online on what the chicks should look like because They keep more than one kind together.and after everything was said and done and after 6 days of having the chicks I realized he had given me a breed that I didn't ask for nor wanted. He gave me the wrong one.When I went back to the store to see if they could correct I was told sorry nope. Aurora wasn't helpful or didn't offer alternatives. I asked for other solutions was Flat out told no that they couldn't make their error right. I will limit spending my money there but unfortunately they are very close to home and not another feed store near me. I wish someone would fix these problem. Start at the top. We were getting ready to come home with two kid goats; I walked in with a list of things that I didn't even know where to begin looking since I'm new to the rural life. Associate Kirk walked by and asked if I needed any help, I guess he could see the confusion in my eye. I ran down my list of things and he walked me around the entire store and helped me shop. He got up and selves and showed me different options of everything I asked for. He was absolutely great! A time before this visit my husband and I randomly stopped in as we saw they had children ATV's. We were able to walk in and have an associate help us in less than 5 mins on Christmas Eve. I try to take my business to TS wherever I am in the country. This one in St. Cloud though is the pits when it comes to getting something in the outside yard done where you need assistance like with propane. 30 minute waits are common and once you experience it, the brand is tarnished going forward. This is the only place in town that carries the dog food that my breeder recommended. The last few times that I've Came in I buy things that are marked on clearance, but those items never ring up like they were on clearance so I have to tell the cashier that the item is on clearance and then they go and price check. Of course being busy and not paying attention I've missed us a few times resulting in me being charged more for the products that I want to buy. Today is going to be the last time that I shop at tractor supply company and St Cloud because I waited 20 minutes in line and wanted to buy a product that was on clearance but they wanted to charge me full price because they stock those items in the wrong area even though it was the same product that was marked down they would not give me a discount I just can't do it anymore read more

Couldn't get the information I needed from the website, so decided to drive to the store. I was pleasantly surprised, as I found some merchandise that was not being displayed on the website and actually found the perfect gift. Then I went to the cashier... "Krystal" obviously had better things to do, rather than give excellent service to the customer. Like, talking to the other cashier about how she was unfriended on Facebook and it wasn't her fault and the x-friend was now talking with her mother, Blah, Blah, Blah. After her disinterested ringing up of the blouse I purchased, she turned around to continue her story, which caused me to have to ask for a bag. "Oh sure," as she wadded it up and shoved it in the bag. WOW! It's been awhile since I've been treated so poorly in an establishment.
