When they find a store that has stuff that they can wear they will shop there more often. This is one of those stores. Eek, holy messy location! I love me some Old Navy. I worked at a mall location years back and still love shopping this chain. Clothes are comfy, prices are good and they have lots of options. This location would have been all well and good but for the messiness! I'm going to guess it was a shorted staff problem and customers being customers but it was pretty frustrating shopping. Items were mix on shelves, hanging clothes weren't size ordered, and the clearance section, I'm pretty sure took a hurricane hit. I sadly left with nothing but that's probably better for my pocketbook! Right?? Overall: C If it was more organized and easier to skip this location could easily rise in stars! read more

I've been to this old Navy before, and as with most old Navy locations it has a familiar layout and style. Unlike other times, I was here because I needed to make a clothing purchase semi urgently (something got spilled on my shirt, and we didn't have time to go home and change before we had to be at an event). I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at a really good price, which is something I've come to expect from old Navy. As I mentioned above, this Old Navy has a familiar style and offering. It has the usual men's, women's, and children's departments. If you've been to other old Navy's, you'll know what to expect here. As someone who has previously worked for this company this location is by far the worst. I've came into this exact store 3 times in the last week and the cleanliness and customer service is the exact same. There is NEVER a fitting room attendant. The go backs are piling up at its only 2pm on a Friday. Fitting rooms are covered in clothes. It's ridiculous. Unless old navy has lowered in standards this store is a joke. The morning crew does a great job at setting up displays. That crew should work all day. This is ridiculous. Registers.... the whole rack is covered in people's unwanted junk; never organized, and my god those darn sensors. They seriously tune that ear piercing noise out. We have been standing in line for over 15 minutes and the loud buzzing noise has been going nonstop. It's literally uncomfortable; to the point that I wanted to leave my stuff and go elsewhere. The line is wrapping around the queue line and more and still only 2 cashiers. In the past, Old Navy wouldn't allow more than 5 customers in a line; now I see they allow anywhere up to about 15-20 and still nothing happens. When the St. Cloud location opens, I won't be returning to this location. Horrible. read more

Let's keep in mind why you would come to Old Navy - that's the prices, right? With that in mind, know that your price expectations are going to be met and that you're going to find the sales that you're looking for. When it comes to everything else in the store it's just okay. This Old Navy has a pretty good selection of merchandise and you're likely to find what you came in to find. However, if you happen to not find what you're looking for chances are you're going to have to ask one of the not-so-friendly sales associates. They're not necessarily rude but they're just not friendly. The service here is a hit or a miss on most days. The store is kept up with for the most part. There are times when you walk in and it's a complete disaster and other times every thing is exactly where it belongs. I don't blame them though because that's just the beauty of retail. When I came here it was a smooth, quick in and out process for me. Which was amazing because I hate having to search and search for items I like or want to try on. The jeans were a bit of a pain to wade through to find my size though and I don't recall seeing any associates on the floor helping or greeting customers, which could've been really nice. I always like the quality and fit of old Navy clothes though so that's a plus, though not directly related to this particular store at all. If you can, try to go during slow periods as it's more likely the store will look less crazy and you can easily find stuff to try on. read more

Love this store for the great prices has big selection of clothing and accessories for the whole family. You can always find a sale and a cute something or another to buy. I happen to go there Easter weekend and was thrilled to find the whole store was 50% off. This is especially awesome because I had relatives in town that I had to buy gifts for. I was able to buy the cutest outfits for a real bargain and was so happy to save the money. On top of that we got a coupon for $40 off of $100 for next time we go in. My husband needs some new work clothes and I told him you can $100 worth for $60 now! This is our go-to spot for sure when we have to buy a bunch of clothes. Love Old Navy! read more

This is a large Old Navy in the Loop shopping plaza. This store appears to be newer or at least a more renovated store. They typically have a pretty great selection, although they try to make a lot into a relatively small clearance area. It makes a little challenging to navigate! I was a little disappointed by service at the checkout counter on my most recent trip. When I stepped up the register I said hello right away but felt like the employee ignored me! 33/100 in 2016 challenge Let me start off with saying I love old navy! and I used to love this store in particular. Not so much anymore. The store has seen better times. This is a large location at the loop and has been there since the loop opened several years ago. The best time to go to this store now, would be when they first open in the morning. Otherwise, the store is in disarray. It is always a mess now, things not folded, falling off hangers, just not organized well at all. I understand about how customers treat items and how staff usually has to clean up after them but this is crazy. The store never has enough help in cleaning up or running the registers. I have only been to this location once where I was able to walk up and not have to wait. I don't mind waiting at all but it is normally 5 or 6 deep on a good day. And trust me I have been here several times. The fitting section is directly in the middle of the store and you usually have to find someone to let you in the dressing room because they are not there. The rooms are usually also filled with clothes needing to go back. The bathrooms are not well stocked and not clean. The have a great clearance section if you can deal with the disarray of it. I think a good long meeting with the staff getting them all on one page would do this store a world of good. read more

I was immediately wowed upon entering this Mecca of all things Old Navy. To the point where I didn't know where to turn. There was just so much to behold. This location definitely has a larger selection compared to other stores I have been to so I'm sure they are catering to the tourist/Disney crowd. The women's active apparel section is larger than I have seen and worth a look see. The clearance area was a bit of a jumbled mess so a lotta patience is needed but worth it always! You never know what you're gonna find. On Saturdays, expect the line to back up quite significantly. At least it did the day I was there. Thankfully they strategically positioned all the knickknack items for you to browse through . They're hoping you will succumb to the temptation and add to your purchase! Don't do it! Only super awkward moment was the minute my friend and I walked in and there was a table off to the side with two dressed up women (think works suits) asking if we wanted to try their lotion. They were hawking Mary Kay items!! I'm no sales genius but had they thought about their customer base? Their items might be more well suited in a women's only store. Just a little awkward by the offer of lotion right as we walked in the door. But other than that, I would come back! read more

In search for winter clothing I b-lined to one of my favorite spots...Old Navy! This location is located in Kissimmee in The Loop Shopping Plaza. Upon entering, as in every Old Navy location, I found several tables of with piles and piles of T-shirts of different styles that were all on sale. This was the trend throughout the entire store. They were extremely well stocked with EVERYTHING in all sizes and the sales were great as always I was able to purchase the items that I needed at a much lower price than expected which is always a plus. The store, although fairly neat and organized, was a bit overwhelming. There were several racks and tables of clothing which left little room for walking space in some areas. Most sales and promotions were clearly indicated except in the clearance section. Unfortunately the clearance section was extremely messy and there were items that were not clearly priced which left me wondering what was on sale and what was not. I can imagine it being difficult to keep that part of store manageable and orderly. There was also a lack of employees around to help answer questions. Throughout the entire time I was shopping, there was only one person available answer questions. She tried to be helpful; however even though she was working that section she was not very knowledgeable about what was going on, but definitely an A for her effort All in all, my shopping experience was fairly pleasant and I would definitely go back. read more

Every single time I shop here I feel like I am taking advantage of. The pricing is never What It Seems. Things that are on sale you take them up they don't ring up on Cell you have to scrutinize your receipt. Other items are marked 50% off in big bold letters but in fine fine print underneath buy one get the second item 50% off. I just feel like the place is a scam. Do it quick Google search and you will see thousands of others have had the same issue primarily with items not ringing up for the correct advertised price. Shoppers beware. read more

What would you expect? Inexpensive clothing packed into a somewhat sterile store setting, ready for the masses to paw through. I shop here for ball caps, beach shorts and lounging t-shirts and occasionally flip flops when they have their store sales. Not a happy camper! Wished my cashier would have been familiar with the super cash procedure. I was given $10 instead of the $20.00. Too bad I noticed by the time I left the store. I spoke to a manager and had to waste my time and gas in order to get the remaining super cash. To my surprise I went to make a purchase with my super cash and since my cashier messed up I was only able to use the one $10 voucher. I know Old Navy took a big hit in the stock market, but I just can't see why. This company has always been on top of the game since they started. This Old Navy is located in a one stop shop plaza. This plaza has everything you could ever ask for. This Old Navy always has the friendliest associates that are constantly reorganizing the clothes and racks that were left an absolute mess by the customers. This place is always busy and that's because they always have some crazy sale going on, or because they have those sweet coupons that give you $20 off of any $50+ purchase. What a deal! My wife and I came in and bought 3 pairs of baby pants, 6 onesies, and some other baby clothes for only $34! The baby clothes were already on sale (75% off) and we were able to use our coupon on top of that discount. We are definitely fans of Old Navy, but we are fans of this particular store because of their associates and specials. read more
