My friend went to the fitting room to try some items on, so I eventually went to go view the fashion show. As I walked into the fitting room area, two employees were busy fiddling with some clothes-- I didn't know it takes two employees to hang a shirt up. As I was about to round the corner, one of them yelled at me, "Ma'am?!" So I turned back towards the counter and the employee scanned me up and down before asking if I was trying something on. I said I was not and then I was asked if I was looking for someone in the fitting room. When I said I was, the employee simply stared at me. After finally making my way to the fitting room area, the room was at least 80 degrees, perfect for trying on clothes...NOT. Given the potential public health implications, I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate corrective action be taken to ensure compliance with state law.
