Sensors on my car are hypersensitive. Dealership had quoted brakes at an incredibly high rate so I was pleasantly surprised by their quote. They ordered the pads, called me within an hour to come back and I out was out the door in about 30-45mins. They are friendly and genuinely helpful And respectful of your time! They get my business!

I've gotten work done here a few weeks prior, brakes and rotors were done and my door panel was suppose to be reinstalled. The service advisor put battery in car but didn't program battery to my vehicle . Anyone who owns an Audi or foreign car knows its special requirements when it comes to our cars. i repeatedly ask if they knew how to do it, I was told "we work on Audis all the time . " I have a guy who loves working on those type of cars and he is very good at what he do". After work was done lights were on the dash and I knew from then that they didn't program battery to my vehicle. I contact the shop right away, even sent proof that the work wasn't done. Nothing was done, was told a manager will contact me when he gets back in to work because he was under the weather. Here it is going on another week and yet no one has contact me or did anything about this matter. I had to make an appointment with Audi to get my car fixed! After carefully doing a diagnostic, I was told my door panel was still unplugged and not installed. My battery was never programmed to car , which I have proof of that as well. I had to pay an additional 420 for audi not only to program battery to car but to fix that door panel that they were paid for from the prior work that was done. i will never do business again with this shop! I don't respect that at all. So thanks for nothing! for now on I will go to the dealership , I have learned my lesson with these shady shops.

I bought a new car on June 26th and 3 weeks later someone came into my lane nearly side swiping me. Out of instinct I swerved right and hit a huge curb/drain. I did damage to the passenger side tires, the front passenger rim, completely destroyed my alignment and suspension and a few other things. I had Doug look at it and he was able to tell me what was wrong with it and had me bring it to Bryan at the Automotive center in Zachary. I was upset to say the least and to know how much money I was going to have to put out made me sick to my stomach This was also the only reliable vehicle I had to get my children and myself around.
