Do not use this Company Hong the man that own the shop is a jack artist. My 2015 infinity q50 was under warrant motor and transmission. They took the warranty money out use parts in my car that broke weeks later and on top of that they broke many parts under my hood out plastic ties on wires and had unlicensed mechanics working on my car they kept my car for almost a year I lost my job and a lot of other things on top on him playing on my emotions to get another $2000 out me to replace my motor terrible place to have work don't do not go here they even broke my oil filter on a oil change and charged me to fix it .. I had a horrible experience with Precision Tune on Sherwood forest blvd. I took my car in for a brake job and the technician told me I didn't need to change the brake sensor because the break light would go out. after the light wouldn't go off he told me to take the car to BMW and they could tell me what was wrong. After taking my car to BMW I was told the sensor was bad. I drove back to Precision I was told they would put it on for me. After he put the sensor on my car it didn't take 10 minuets to do it. After paying 350.00 for the break job.....they charged me an additional 200.00 to put 2 wires on my breaks. This is the second time I have had a horrible experience with this place. They over charged my air-condition in my other car and it coast my 400.00 to fix what they broke!!!! I wouldn't advice anyone to take a BIKE there to be fixed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I've gotten my oil changed twice here and they've done it fairly fast both times. They do charge a little extra if you want your tires rotated. The guy was nice enough to let me know I didn't need to rotate them and saved me an extra ten bucks . They couldn't get my light to change back to telling me I was at 100% oil but I think it's because my light low oil light wasn't on yet. I usually wait until that notification turns on. They said I can come back when it turns on and they will fix it. The staff that I've dealt with were very friendly. The discounts yelp offers is nice too! read more

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP. THEY DO NOT RESPECT YOUR PROPERTY AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY AND THEN MAKE YOU RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!!!! This is the WORST place I have EVER done business with. I have a 1963 Pontiac Grand Prix the Manager, Hong, said he could do work on. They had my car for months and charged me over $6000. When I first went there, it was for brakes. Hong brought me under the rack where my car was and showed me everything that needed to be replaced/repaired and I agreed. When they said it was ready, they told me to bring it to an alignment shop as they can't do alignments. I drove it immediately to an alignment shop. The alignment shop told me that Precision Tune should have also replaced two bushings and because they did not, they were unable to do the alignment. So I bought the two bushings myself and brought them back to Precision Tune for them to install as they should have done it initially. They wanted to charge me again to take everything down to install those two bushings but eventually agreed to install them without charging me as it was their mistake. I also bought a clock to put in my car as the one in the car wasn't working. The radio wasn't working either but Hong told me it was an easy fix and connected the radio. When I picked my car up, I noticed the clock wasn't lighting up in the dash like the rest of the instruments in the dash or like my old clock did. So, I called the company who sold the clock to me and they said Precision Tune was supposed to snap the lights out of the old clock and just snap them into the new one. So I went back to Precision Tune and the old clock was sitting in Hong's desk with the lights cut out in the back of it. So I asked them why the clock was with him when it's my clock and they wanted to charge me again to put the lights in. So, after explaining that it was their fault, they agreed to put it in for free. Also, I noticed a small oil leak and they told me it was the oil sending unit and would charge me 1 hour's labor. So I agreed as it was already on the rack. After I picked the car up, I noticed the car was still leaking oil and they have a warranty. So, when I brought it back, they said I now needed to change the rear main seal gasket, the transmission pan gasket, the oil pan gasket, and the gear box. So, I purchased all of the parts myself and they agreed to install the parts. I also purchased a new transmission pan and a new oil pan and made sure they would fit by texting parts to Michelle, who works there as well and who gave me her number to text parts to. They told me it would take a few days after they got the parts and they actually kept it a few months. I would call regularly and would go there every few days to check on progress and Hong would always tell me everything was fine. I couldn't understand what was taking so long. So, I go there one day and Hong tells me I need to purchase some more seals and bolts and just said the ones I purchased wasn't sealing. So, I bought more bolts and seals and brought them up there. They then told me I needed a water pump. So, Hong tells me to come pick the car up and bring it back when the water pump comes in. When I go up there, the windshield wipers would not turn off so I went and got Hong and showed him. He then told me to leave it and they would fix the wiring for the windshield wipers. I also noticed the wiring was messy all under the dash as they were messing with the fuse box and the wiring for the windshield wiper motor switch and the radio and the antenna. He acted as if he wasn't aware and said he would have his electrical engineer fix it. So I left it there. A few weeks later Ryane, a Lady who also works there with Michelle, called and told me my car was ready for pickup. I told her I would pick it up the next morning. When I went there the next morning, Hong made me pay him for the repairs and told me my car was 100% ready. When I get to my car, the wires were still hanging all under the dash, the rubber seal on the driver door was hanging off the car as if someone intentionally ripped it off, and part of the center console was in the back seat. Hong then told me to go back to work and he would call me in a few hours when he had those issues taken care of and it was ready. In a few hours he called me and told me it was ready. I pick the car up and immediately notice as soon as I leave their parking lot that the turn signals were not working any longer. I saw that the relay that controls the turn signals were in the middle console so I immediately drive it back. A technician there popped in the relay and I confirmed it worked and drove off again. Once the car shifted from 1ST TO 2ND, it made this loud noise and vibrated violently. I immediately called the shop and Ryane answered the phone and I told her the issue. They are refusing to repair the transmission in my vehicle they damaged. HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT USE. read more

To all potential customers, I have just had a nightmare of an experience with a Precision tune with no resolve. I took my 2004 Cadilac Limo in to have a tune-up because it was running ruff. it was diagnosed by a Tech. I was told it did not need a tune-up but instead needed the intake gasket changed and that would resolve my problems and get my car running correctly and get my engine light off. at a cost of 1200.00, I paid them they repaired the car. I picked it up the same day. on the way home less than 15 miles my engine light was on again I took it in the next morning. to them they had a different tech talk to me who said he did the work. he turned off the engine light and told me to drive it and see if it leveled out cause it had the same original problem i brought it in for. this has gone on for 4 return visits over 2 weeks until today, after keeping my car overnight they now say my manifold itself is warped and it would be 1700.00 to fix it. i complained to the original tech and owner and asked if maybe the original diagnostic was wrong since the car was not fixed and has the same problems but now worst. they will not stand behind the original diagnostic and will not refund my 1200.00. SO PLEASE BEWARE AND RECORD YOUR CAR RUNNING CONDITION BEFORE YOU TAKE IT INTO THEM!!!!! BECAUSE ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE WORK. HENRY TURNER JR. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! I brought my car in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon--had a groupon and thought I would try them out. Drove home after, stayed in until I had work a couple days later. Got on the interstate and maybe 10 minutes later I see a large black piece of metal or plastic fly out from under the back of my car. I had not run over it--it came OFF my car. They had reinstalled the skid plates wrong and the front one broke off and flew away. I called them that day--they said if I brought it in they would look at it. They told me they would not replace it, but that they would install one I bought for free. (Nice right?!!) They're like $300. I bitched and complained and that was all they offered me. I did not buy another one. The next skid plate had to be zip tied on because of the damage from the first one breaking loose. The zip ties broke several times and would drag and make a HORRIBLE noise. Eventually, I just had that skid plate removed also because it was also several hundred dollars to replace. Definitely would NOT recommend Precision Tune. read more

Keith was the most inconsiderate rude ass hole I've ever done business with. I went in to get my oiled change and had the feeling he already wasn't too keen with me being there but I just wrote it off as him not having a good day. I waited and waited to be serviced but he never touched base with me or seemed interested in my business at all. I finally got my oil changed and went up to pay. He threw my change at me from across the counter and at that point I was very vocal about how rude he had been. I will no longer be doing business with this company and will be calling corporate tomorrow. Customers of color I advise you take your business elsewhere if you want to avoid encounters like this. AWFUL BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE-- STAY AWAY! VEHICLE DAMAGE Cliff-notes: *All four wheels have grind marks around their entire circumference after having tires mounted *Damage proven on video to be result of installation equipment *After promising repair the owner has not returned phone calls or messages in over two months. *STAY AWAY! On Sept 25th I dropped my truck off to have a leveling kit and new tires installed. Upon picking it up several hours later I noticed there were deep perfectly circular gashes through the paint and into the steel on ALL FOUR of my wheels. I showed the manager (Mike) who asked that I return to speak to the owner the following day, which I did. Despite showing him before and after pictures (with time stamps and dates) the owner claimed his equipment was not responsible for this damage. We agreed to take a tire off and put it on his mounting equipment so he could "prove" this to me. I video taped this process. Immediately (on video) he admits that his equipment caused the damage (see pictures below), shook my hand and agreed to pay for my wheels to be refinished. He told me that he would call within a few days. I waited a week and never received a call. I've called over a dozen times in the last 9 weeks and the owner refuses to return my phone calls despite my leaving numerous messages with the manager. I was charged $556 for this "service." This review will be posted on every website, social media platform, message board and review avenue available to prevent others from being scammed and their vehicles damaged. If you believe in Karma pay it forward and take your hard earned dollars elsewhere. Will lay out all your options for you and not feel like an idiot if you want to take the cheaper option. Gave me a big ol discount as a first time customer. I went in cause I thought I needed brakes and he told me that my brakes were fine. The squickyness I was hearing was from my roters but my roters were fine too. Very grateful for his honest opinion. I went to this location on July 25,2016 to get an oil change, Keith helped me figure out which one I need. He was a very friendly man. I got my oil changed and it took like 45 minutes not long at all. Had to go back today because my oil light came on. Shop diagnosed my car which was stalling when coming to a stop after warming up and recommended replacing the oil pump. Did that and they said my car was fixed. It still had the same problem and was now making clicking and chirping noises under the hood, so I returned it to the shop immediately. They informed me now that my car had major engine problems and there was nothing else to do. Refused to refund my money. read more
