Even with vehicles constantly coming in and out, it spoke volumes about the excellent service at this location. The wait time was very short and efficient. Mr. Jake was also very polite and professional. He greeted me with a smile and suggested the oil and fuel cleaner service. He patiently answered every question I had and made sure I understood the benefits before I agreed to the service. Mr. Cade and Mr. Junior,changed my oil and oil, A.C.,Fuel filters, and they both worked with professionalism and care. Although each employee had different responsibilities, together they made me feel confident in their abilities and comfortable with the service my vehicle received.. It's refreshing to see four young men working together with such respect, professionalism, and positive attitudes. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. The inspection sticker process is the easiest and fastest I've been to (because what place is actually going to have an ideal wait time for this). The line can get long, but if you catch it at the right time, you'll have 1-2 cars in front of you max and wait maybe 10-15 minutes. If there are more than 4-5 cars in line, just come back later - it fluctuates! The actual inspection sticker process is quick and easy. You can pay cash or card and wait inside where there is a bathroom, or outside on the benches if it's a nice day - the attendant will come get you when the inspection is done (about 10 minutes). Easy and over! As for the car wash, I usually just go for the basic and use the complimentary self vacuum stations in the back. There is always a spot open, I've never had to wait for those! The vacuums are strong and can get out dog hair from your car, which is big for me. Definitely go to this Benny's if it's close!

I thought I had to go with the advanced full synthetic but they told me premium would do me just fine so I'm thankful they didn't try to up charge me. Take 5 isn't cheap but it's certainly the convenient option! I appreciated them showing me the color oil from the stick to prove that they did indeed change my oil.

He went to the Auto Store, picked up the battery and was in contact with me and my daughter and meet her at the apartment complex, drove up the the 7th floor of the parking garage and changed out the battery within the hour. He was in contact with me throughout the process and was very nice and professional with my daughter. When I arrived it was 5:45pm and the care center doesn't close until 7pm and I called ahead of time and was told they stop taking cars at 6pm so I was there in plenty of time. I was told to go talk to the girl outside and see if I could catch her in time. When I reached her, she asked me why I waited so long to get my tires changed and how I should've been there earlier and just plain being rude. When we walked back into the shop, she told the mechanic she didn't know who was taking care of us because she certainly was not since we came in so close to "closing time". I told her I had a tire blow out and just needed two new ones. I explained to her that I wanted the new tire on the front and the old ones moved to the back and when she was reading everything back to me she read "you want the new tires installed on the back" and I told her no, I wanted the new ones on the front and she had a terrible attitude and told me thats what she said when she clearly didn't say that. She also told me the wrong prices on everything and told me I would be paying $180 for everything and it ended up being $250. If you apply for a customer service job you have to know how to talk to humans. Even if someone comes in close to the time you stop taking cars, not even the time you close, you have to learn how to suck it up and put a smile on your face. Went and told a manager about the situation and he said he would take of it and I hope he does because that is not how a business should treat their customers.

Upon arrival we were informed they did not have the oil that I selected online. Okay... so we settled for just full synthetic. Not even 30 minutes later, I get a notification that there's a problem and we need to return to the Auto Care center. This is when they inform us that they cannot do the oil change because the hood of the car is "broken". We know the hood is not broken. We explain that the 2015 Camrys have a hood latch that is manufactured differently than most and that we can open it or show them how to and they refuse. They say that it's broken so they can't perform any work on it. We exit the building because the car has already been pulled around and re-parked. It takes us 15 seconds to open the hood. Additionally, we couldn't ignore the strong smell of marijuana in the car. Overall, not a great experience. PLEASE do better!

Most of the Yelp reviews said that this shop just outside downtown Baton Rouge is a good place for car repairs at a fair price. I experienced that too. The neighborhood on old US 190 is a little iffy, but the place itself is well taken care of, both inside and out. Many bays to work on cars. Waiting room with TVs and free wi-fi, the chairs are a little hard after a while. They did not try to sell me more than the car needed, they found the problem and fixed it. It took at least an hour longer to do the job, and we were a little late leaving the motel, but the part went to the wrong wholesaler, not 360's fault. I had a good experience at 360 Automotive Solutions, aka Simpson's Service Center. And I recommend it if you find yourself with car trouble.

The regulator had been on order and it finally came in. Yippee! My window was fixed, and I was in and out in around an hour. The entire Meineke team is knowledgeable and professional. I was able to apply a coupon for brake services. The job was a little pricey, but so is everything else. I feel very comfortable with the service I have received at this Auto Care Center.
