The inspection sticker process is the easiest and fastest I've been to (because what place is actually going to have an ideal wait time for this). The line can get long, but if you catch it at the right time, you'll have 1-2 cars in front of you max and wait maybe 10-15 minutes. If there are more than 4-5 cars in line, just come back later - it fluctuates! The actual inspection sticker process is quick and easy. You can pay cash or card and wait inside where there is a bathroom, or outside on the benches if it's a nice day - the attendant will come get you when the inspection is done (about 10 minutes). Easy and over! As for the car wash, I usually just go for the basic and use the complimentary self vacuum stations in the back. There is always a spot open, I've never had to wait for those! The vacuums are strong and can get out dog hair from your car, which is big for me. Definitely go to this Benny's if it's close!

Someone tried to get an oil change 10 min before close and the an employee fumed and said absolutely refused saying that they planned to leave at 5 pm Sunday not work past it, especially with it being as hot as it is in the summer. There was attitude and passive aggression definitely thrown around with that interaction which made me so grateful that they took me. I'm grateful to the honesty of the employees though. I thought I had to go with the advanced full synthetic but they told me premium would do me just fine so I'm thankful they didn't try to up charge me. Take 5 isn't cheap but it's certainly the convenient option! I appreciated them showing me the color oil from the stick to prove that they did indeed change my oil.

We took it to another repair shop where we were told it was 2 blown heater hoses and that this issue happens when there's either water or air left in the hose after the flush is done improperly. The manager claims they can't prove it was them, but no one else has ever worked on this part of my car so clearly it's not just coincidence. The whole problem cost me an extra $1000 out of my own pocket and the store manager Mel won't call me or my husband back to fix it. We had a LOT of trouble with AAA, one error in the comedy being that they offered to tow the car to a place they recommended, Simpson's Service Center (it's now called 360 Automotive Solutions). You clowns want us three to sleep in the car? We limped to the motel in Port Allen, and the following morning, I drove the car to 360 to get it fixed. Most of the Yelp reviews said that this shop just outside downtown Baton Rouge is a good place for car repairs at a fair price. I experienced that too. The neighborhood on old US 190 is a little iffy, but the place itself is well taken care of, both inside and out. Many bays to work on cars. Waiting room with TVs and free wi-fi, the chairs are a little hard after a while. They did not try to sell me more than the car needed, they found the problem and fixed it. It took at least an hour longer to do the job, and we were a little late leaving the motel, but the part went to the wrong wholesaler, not 360's fault. I had a good experience at 360 Automotive Solutions, aka Simpson's Service Center. And I recommend it if you find yourself with car trouble.
