When I told him I was not prepared for engine replacement, he charged me exorbitant fee to return my vehicle in exactly the same form it came in (I drove it there by the way). If I chose not to pay, I would have to tow it off their lot. I paid him and told him he would never get my business again. If you do find yourself there, make sure he gives you an estimate before commencing work on your vehicle. If possible, the estimates should be itemized and printed out.

The problem is that the bumper clip keeps popping off. Brought it back after 4 or 5 months and they did something to where it didn't come loose for about 4 or 5 months. Now it keeps popping off. They took the car in transfer from the dealership, evaluated it, offered a reasonable estimate, and performed the service in a reasonable amount of time.  They communicated well with me through their electronic messaging system.   I didn't have an opportunity to get into personalities, but they were professional with me. They also offered me recommendations for referrals to other auto vendors for other services that I needed.  Facility looks clean and up to date. I will go back; car runs well.
