When I went inside to address the situation, I was told that the vehicle two cars ahead of me was a "fleet car" and required additional attention. I understand that fleet vehicles may require more time, but I do not understand why customers in the other line were allowed to move through while I was left waiting without any communication or acknowledgment. At the very least, I should have been given the option to move to the other line rather than watching multiple customers who arrived after me get serviced and leave. I expressed how upset and frustrated I was because this was extremely poor customer service. The lack of communication, acknowledgment, and consideration for my time made for a very disappointing experience.

All new rear bushings. Any rubber not replaced was cleaned and lubed. All in all, it rides just as it did on day one. No idea what was going on here but none of the four folks on the clock had their act together today. Which, as I said before, is par for the course.
