I had…read morecalled ahead to explain that the truck isn't driven much and was way behind on maintenance and upkeep. I got a call about an hour after the truck had arrived to tell me everything the truck needed: the must-dos and the should-dos. There was no hard sell on any of the items and I was given a great explanation of why each was needed and whether the work was needed asap or could wait. I agreed to most of the work and got my truck back within 24 hours. I'll be taking my truck back for the remaining maintenance work later this year.

When I went to take it in, found a second tire completely flat and had to put the spare on before even taking it in. Almost didn't make my appointment time, but they called me to check in! Once I got there, they took my car back right away and did a full inspection- which they promptly sent me the results and photos! The only issue was my tires and they were able to patch both tires for me and do the full inspection in about an hour! Fantastic service, very kind and trustworthy people. I called Midas on 11th st and Talked with Alicia, Immediately, she said, No worries, I know how to deal with the warranty places, I know what they need to file a claim. Im really Good at this..(understatement). That really eased my mind. Left my car and within an hour or so, Alicia called, gave me a run down of the issues and not only that she had already contacted the warranty place and they agreed to fix the issues. I want to add that an inspector came out within a couple of days and found the same issues as Midas did. I was really glad to hear that.
