I do get my oil changed every 3000 miles when warranty requires 5000 because I do take care of my truck, too expensive not too. Well they said they would "misread" my mileage so it would keep my warranty valid. I dropped by on Monday to make sure my truck would be services on Friday as it was when they could schedule me in, they did not tell me they would accommodate my request then or at our first conversation either. Picked it up on Friday and the counter guy said he could not change the milage because it was wrong to do so. But lying to me that he would is quite acceptable in his mind apparently. The owner came over and started telling me about its a battle repeatedly until I told him we are not in a battle we have a disagreement that's all. He raised his voice and kept telling in about its a battle in business and I don't understand and kept ranting on and on. I told him it was ultimately my fault because I missed the milage but I would have gone somewhere else that would done my request. If I wasn't able to find another company I would have just done it myself because it would be out of warranty anyway and save myself $660 which was my bill, pretty excessive actually.

I rolled in about a quarter to noon and was out by 12:30 with an oil change, flush of the automatic transmission and a new air filter. The price was very reasonable considering all the work done and tge speed it was done in. Austin and his co-workers are friendly, professional and courteous. There was a clear agreement regarding compensation for services rendered, and we upheld our end of that agreement. Payment methods and branding were discussed between both parties, and at no point were concerns formally raised or resolved before payment was withheld. If there were issues or misunderstandings, we were and still are open to addressing them professionally. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, our calls and emails went unanswered, and the agreed-upon payment was not made. We would prefer to resolve this directly and professionally rather than through public comments.

They quoted me $470 for the service, while the Subaru dealership charges $350 for the same job. I agreed to it because I expected faster service and better convenience. I had an 8 AM appointment and was told the service would take about an hour and a half. After hearing nothing for hours, I called around 1 PM and was told they were just starting on the car. I came back at 4:30 PM and it still wasn't finished. Finally, at 6 PM, right before closing, they called and said it was ready. Since they called at closing time, I wasn't able to pick the car up until the next day. To their credit, they did take $15 off the bill (military discount) and offered a free car wash, but that didn't make up for the lack of communication, the all-day delay, and the higher price compared to the dealership. What's disappointing is this shop used to be reasonably priced and known for fast service, but that clearly isn't the case anymore. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. Save yourself the time and money and go to the dealership or find another shop.

The leak at the time I brought it to them it was a slow leak where I could drive about 150 miles before I had to refill the power steering reservoir. They called later the same day and told me that the pinion section of the rack had a hairline crack that was causing the leak. I had told the lady at the counter when I checked in that if the repair cost was over $250 that they were to call me before work. I was told that it would cost $1300 to install a new one and I told them that was more than expected. I asked them to put it back together and I'd be there to pay the $70 and drive it home. This shop was mad because I didn't want to pay them $1300 where I can buy a new rack and pinion unit for $170 and install it myself !! Don't do any business with these people, their crooks!!!
