David got there about seven although they don't open until 8, I went in and told him my problem he said as soon as they opened they would look at my car and I was welcome to wait in the waiting room. At 8 they had several other vehicles there but took my car right in and told me what was wrong with it, gave me a very accurate estimate and began to fix my car. It only took them a couple hours to fix and I was on my way. While I was waiting, there were many people who came in to drop off their cars, I noticed that many of these people seemed to be repeat customers, for an oil change, tire rotation, just general maintenance not one person had any thing negative to say about this business, and I was able to talk to many of them while I was waiting. I found the men who worked there very knowledgeable and friendly. II found this business very upfront and honest. Given my situation that morning a less reputable company could have taken advantage of me. If I lived in the area I would use them for all my mechanical needs.

I later discovered that they couldn't complete the job due to a lack of manpower. They didn't even offer a loaner vehicle during this time. My stance is that they should have informed their customer so I can make a decision to stay or go elsewhere. To make matters worse, the representative dared to say that when I brought the car back, they would give me a $50 credit. Really? If they were sincere about their excuses and the long duration they kept my car, that credit should have been applied when I picked it up after three weeks. Eventually, someone was honest enough to tell me the truth. I finally picked up my Maserati and parked it in my garage until returning from a trip, only to discover that my left center wheel cap was missing. When I called them, the representative said it probably fell off and that he had video evidence showing the cap was there when I brought it into their shop. However, that wasn't the issue; yes, it might have been there initially, but what happened to it afterward? Overall, their customer service was poor, and I will never return.
