They seem to do a good job but it takes about 45 minutes for an oil change if they're not busy. The price is not bad.

Went to take my 96 year old father's car in for an oil change like I have done many times with his military discount . Had his card and the registration of his car . My father doesn't drive but the car is used to drive him to appointments. Today they refused to do a military discount and said I needed my own card as a dependent. I'm not a dependent I'm a caregiver , daughter, wife of man who served and mother of someone serving today . Won't be back ! read more

the manager working on 4-10-26 was very rude and un professional Would NOT recommend this car wash at all. The service was mediocre, and the manager had one of the worst attitudes I've ever dealt with. Rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. If you're going to be in customer service, at least pretend to care. I've been taking my cars to the County Line Rd location in Spring Hill, FL for a few years and never really had any complaints until now. I decided to do my own oil change today and noticed a small leak. When I was taking the oil filter out it seemed overtightened and after removal, I noticed there was no O-ring on it. Take 5 was the last place that changed the oil and never put an O-ring on the filter. It make me wonder how many times this has happened and how many customers wouldn't realize this. I will be doing my own oil changes from now on! read more

They put 3qts of oil in my Silverado. They charged me for 8. They have not done anything to make this right. I drove 6,000 miles before I knew something was wrong. They looked and found no leaks in my vehicle. They know this is their mistake and have not contacted me about trying to make this right. Do not go to this, or any, Take 5. read more

Called ahead of time and customer service (national) texted me a $25 off coupon which made it worth it. I got new windshield wipers for $16 each but when I drove away realized they had laid in on but didn't connect them . I stopped a block later and did it myself, no worries. Friendly staff though. Went there yesterday to get my oil changed normally do it myself but I'm getting older and it become a pain in the butt. So I figured I give this place a try thing went fine paid my 100 dollars and left. Got home and noticed oil dripping a small amount of oil under my truck.opened the hood looked down at the skid plate it was covered in oil. I couldn't find anything leaking so my guess is when they took the oil filter off they didn't let it drain. Figured I better check the oil level And I was right way over full good way to destroy a engine. Pulled a quart a a half out to to get the right level.won't be going back so go at your own risk.so that old saying if you want something done right do it yourself. read more

Excellent and friendly service. However, one employee was smoking just outside the bay, near my car which had the windows open. The smoke and smell were blowing directly toward us. WOMEN BEWARE. Stay away from Take 5 Oil. I suggested to my wife to try take 5 this time and what a nightmare. The so called tech broke the oil filer and sent her on her way. 2 miles up the road the car is smoking and the cab is full of smoke. Luckly she made it back and they fixed the oil filter they broke and told her to go to the car wash to clean it up. When she asked if they could reset the oil change light she was told they did not know how to. She was told that when she gets home disconnect the battery to reset the oil. Super fast and easy oil change with knowledgeable and friendly staff. A little pricier than some oil change places, but they do a thorough check on your vehicle and are honest with what they recommend, as well as the convenience of never having to get out of your car. They brought a bottle of water to my car while I waited and installed my new windshield wipers for me free of charge. James was particularly friendly and personable, and Matt was great as well! I like that I can get any fluids topped off and tires filled for free until my next oil change as well. Very impressed, I will definitely be back. read more

Horrible service. The staff didn't wear masks and were extremely rude throughout the whole process. I had to keep my window up the entire time and it was ridiculous. The staff would pretend not to hear me and mocked me the entire time until I finally asked him to put on a mask. They claim they have a safe process but this was not the case. This is unfortunate because I went here because I had a very good experience at another location. This location is an absolute fail, untrustworthy and a ridiculous experience. Went to location in Spring Hill Fl with great anxiety as I owned a repair shop back in NJ for 50 years and always had my service work done by my guys or myself. So this was going to be a new adventure for me. Was greeted promptly when I rolled up by Katie the manager who handed me a bottle of water and took me right in. I went with my wife and son 2 weeks ago and had the worst customer service experience. I cannot believe I paid almost $50 to be harassed for wearing a mask while Jared and Aris did not. Their pit co-worker in the bay next to us conducted his business with his customer with a mask on the whole time. Their behavior was completely unnecessary and obviously are being led by an unobservant management team or they don't care how they conduct their business with the paying public. My 9 year old son also had to witness this spectacle as well. Their corporate office doesn't even have a live customer service representative, you have to leave a message on their answering machine. It's been two weeks with four voicemails and two emails into their "customer service department" and TAKE 5 HASN'T RESPONDED AT ALL. Ironically, this was my second visit to Take 5. Been here many times. Super quick and convenient. Sad to see people rating this business based on if a guy wore a mask and they had to "keep there window up", honey that's your choice to hotbox yourself. I doubt they're anywhere near you while CHANGING YOUR OIL. It's laughable, these guys are out here in 90+ degrees working on cars and your butthurt about a mask.. but I bet if you politely asked them to wear one just to check you out, run your card (really the only close contact you have w them), they would've done it. But instead act entitled like they should just know what you want when you want it. Smh. Your response to that review was very respectful and I've gotta give it to you for that! You'll pay a small convenience fee, but it's so worth it. They'll give you water and make sure you're comfortable while you sit back inside your car and wait for the oil change to be done. Great place will definitely be back. read more

Went last week and young man pulls me in and walks away.Waited in heat for 10 minutes while all were in office doing nothing and 1 guy outside smoking.I got out shut my hood and no one said a word so I drove off and NEVER coming back! read more
