THIS IS THE MOST HONEST SUPERIOR REPAIR FACILITY I HAVE USED IN A VERY LONG TIME FOR MY 2015 JAGUAR XJL! I did my research when I started having some issues and found that almost all of their reviews both here and on Yelp were awesome. I took it in one day and that same day they submitted the estimate of repairs to my warranty company. Two days later I was called to bring the car in for the repairs to my suspension which were rather extensive. They were honest and truly cared about me as a customer and my vehicle. They did the work the next day and I drove away happy as a clam! This is the most honest facility with the utmost integrity and although my car is 10 years old, treated me BETTER than the dealership from which I originally purchased it! I would HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone! Rest assured you and your vehicle will be taken care of and respected. I first went to Bills European Autoworks in 2015/2016. One of its very first customers. I was satisfied then with the attention to customer service and the work on my BMW. I later moved to the East Coast and eventually purchased another car (Jaguar). I moved back to Pasco in 2019 and when faced with a squirrel dilemma in my engine in 2024 God placed Bill's place on my mind again. There I met Brian. It certainly was a pleasure to see their new location with him at the forefront and with the cross I gifted them on the wall from 2016. He was patient in explaining all the details and my car was repaired exceptionally as promised. Just this past week 2025 my brakes were out and again Brian took care of it. I brought my son's BMW 528i to Bill's European Autoworks back in mid December because the car had a major oil leak. Brian was great to work with, he explained what needed to be done and he also advised to have the timing chain serviced since the car had over 100k miles. It was very good advice since 528i's with a build date pre-2015 have known issues with catastrophic chain failures. After going to EuroTech in Spring Hill since getting my Rabbit in 2012, I have finally found another European specialist in the area, and I am very glad that I did. Bill is a super nice guy who has been extremely flexible with appointment times since I am a teacher and has been very honest with me in terms of what needs to be done to my car to keep it in tiptop shape. I asked Bill for his advice on what I should do with my back brakes since EuroTech had told me SIX MONTHS ago that my back brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. After Bill's inspection, he told me that I only needed pads and still had plenty of mileage left on my current set. I also scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was able to make it in the next day, bright and early. The price for full synthetic was definitely fair at $50, even cheap compared to many other places in the immediate area. He took my car right in and had me out of there in less than forty five minutes. Since I live very close by, I will definitely be going to him from now on and recommending him to others. read more

I had to have my BMW towed here, thinking I needed a new transmission (YAY ME) Bill took a look at it, and had it sent to a transmission repair place who took it apart and said nothing was wrong with it. (This is where Bill could have financially raped me and he didn't) He investigated further and I needed a new Torque converter. I choose to have it rebuilt due to money, but it was cheaper than a transmission. He also gave me 150$ off. The only thing that was slightly chaotic was how many people were there. It was packed when I walked in. He is honest, and my car is running like a champion now. The person who gave them one star because they were closed? Seriously - slap your mom for having such a rude kid. Service like Bills in the rip-off world of Mechanics is HARD to find. read more

Recently Bill's European Auto repaired my 2004 Z4 Roadster due to a electrical malfunction. I selected Bill's upon referral by another superior European auto mechanic located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Only after conducting a series of basic tests did he discover that I had inadvertently activated the Bluetooth and left it on for days. However just to be sure he asked to leave it overnight while he charged the battery. I returned the next day to the glorious sound of my Z once again purring and he waived all repair costs!! His wife who runs the office was also in agreement. Bill and his wife are fresh faces and both equally fair and courteous. He is a wake up call for honesty and reliability who will exceed the toughest standards from any critic. Both are unique, so in my opinion forget those murky dealerships with those high repair bills and phantom charges and corporate secrets and rely on Bill's for all your European Car repairs. I can't predict the future but I will be calling Bill if the need ever arises again. read more

After being TAKEN by Euro Tech who SUPPOSEDLY fixed an electrical problem with our Mercedes and charged two hours labor, we took it to Bill and he found the problem within an hour and only charged us for that hour.
