I was terrified and I know NOTHING about cars. LUCKILY, I pulled into D&D Auto. They could have told me a needed a new engine (I didn't) and I would have believed them and paid for one. The "HONEST" owner of the business said I only needed a small fix; fixed my car quickly; and only charged me about $70.00!!! The shop determined it was the new fuel injector they were pushing the caused gunk to clog the engine. Now, on 7/27, the brand new wiper blades flew off the car while driving around town. I hate to have to say this but not at all what was expected after spending over $1500 there. We've used the shop in the past and have always been happy with them. This is not the standard of service expected from the Mavis brand.
