TWISTED PISTON (ENGINE REPAIR). Angelo is the owner and Master Technician. He knows his way around an engine like i know my way around a rock and roll dance floor. Angelo jumped on the job and found me another engine with less miles than i had on my car with a 6 month warranty. He showed me the prices the company was asking right on his phone. I was fearing it would be a major transmission problem because you couldn't put it into gear and it's an automatic. They worked on my Kia Forte and found the problem on Monday.If I hadn't had a doctor's appointment on Tuesday. I could've picked it up. Instead, I picked it up this morning Wednesday. They did a great job. It was not a major transmission problem.. It was a small problem, they know I don't have a ton of money so the part I needed was a shift knob. They checked with the Kia Dealer and Auto Parts Stores but it would've been a lot more expensive. Instead, they found a place locally where they could get a used one and install that and it has a 30 day warranty. I'm sure it will last longer than that. Great deal at $299. I also learned today they have a mobile unit and it's Big. I thought it had a race car in it. I took a picture and added it here. If you can't come in, for a little bit of a premium, they can come to you and do some repairs right at your home. I'm not sure which repairs but they will be able to help you. First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.
