He looked at my car as I got out of it and said that he could see why I had pulled into there. He pointed to a tire that I had no idea about. I told him that I came in for another tire. So I had two damaged tires. He got to work on my tire(s) immediately. I was there about two hours. But that was really kind of fast due to I thought that I only had one bad tire. read more

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube Store #2877 since I moved here (so 3yrs now) and I have never encountered any issues with them. The team here does excellent and efficient work, and the price in my opinion is great. Big shoutout to Roshawn, Ian, Kristina and Quentin. I came in today for oil change, tire rotation and new engine air filter. I also got my transmission fluid changed. The crew of guys were really polite. Didn't try to oversell me on anything just more informative. It's been a while since I used Jiffy Lube and the pricing seems to be just as high as regular mechanic shops (used to be a much better value). I won't be making this mistake next time. Luckily they were running $20 off special so it brought "down" the price. My biggest issue was how I was talked to by the "crew chief". He was barking orders at the guys (not too over top). The problem came when they were confirming my oil. It's a new car so I told them just whatever is cheapest my car will take (had no idea if my car takes synthetic or conventional). Explained it's a lease so not worried about getting most mileage. Lol Well the "chief" think name I heard was Gordon. Came over to my window and basically scolded and chastised me for selecting conventional oil. Shoved the cap at me to show me I needed a blend and kept repeating the name I'm supposed to use (lot of good that did cause already forgotten it). That otherwise was no good for my car etc. He is lucky I maintained my composure and just voicing what I think of my treatment this way. I don't work for him and shouldn't talk to me (or any other customer) like I do (I don't talk to my employees that way but I don't work in a hot sweaty loud environment though - so don't want to be too judge mental) He then went and scolded the guys about the type of oil (which if they were going to use wrong then go get em). Needless to say after this experience I will just take car to dealer (or across the street to one of two other places). started out ok. wanted synthetic oil change. he said 99.00. i said we have a coupon so it will be 74.00. no he says shop cost & tax make it 126.00. coupon brings to about 100.00. we are already in the lane.. ok then the fun begins. sitting and waiting. then the guy assigned to the car goes away. now another guy comes. longer wait.. then a car drives up to the shop with several containers of fluids in a red pourer. they take one of them and pour it in the vehicle. All along the Manager is moving everyone around to different cars. Confusion! 30 minutes later done... never checked tires of wipers. only oil change and windshield fluid was added. I had to be somewhere, so i paid and left. I don't recommend Jiffy Lube in Spring Hill.. Very disorganized! Very high price. read more

I'm so angry. i drove out my way to go to jiffy lune for old fashion service like I used to get from jiffy on central in st Pete. I specifically told the asst manager I came out of my way cause I was going on trip n wanted the car swept out which is servic only jiffy does; hence, gets away with charging so much more than other stop quick oil changes. I had a groupon for a $20 oil change, and got a variety of other services performed after waiting over an hour and a half for my car: tire rotation, engine treatment, engine filter and cabin filter replaced. The oil charge for synthetic was $79.99. They used the groupon to get me in the door, but in the end only discounted my services by $30 after all was said and done. They used their heavily marked up services to compensate the minimal discount: They tried to sell me a $150 battery when mine is fine, then they charged me $50 to swap out my $10 AC cabin filter. The $6 engine treatment I got was over $30. Then, they neglected to reset my service light or tire pressure monitoring system after tire rotation. So my car was immediately alerting me of issues driving off the lot. While I appreciate many businesses attempt to up-sell services, THIS store will try to rob you. I spoke with the assistant manager and store manager who "understood" my concern over the high price of a replacement air filter. They offered to send me a gift card in the mail but refused to reimburse me for overcharging on the $50 air filter. (Was quoted $28 for the filters). I'll happily pay you extra to put a $10 filter in my car- but I won't pay you $40 for that 30 second endeavor. You would think my return business is worth more than the extra cash they made off of my visit, but I guess not. I may consider adjusting this review if they follow up with me. I had my transmission flush done here as I was employed here (coworker did it as I was busy helping other guests). The wrong fluid was put in and caused improper lubrication which ruined my transmission. It's stuck in first gear and won't move past it. I had quit due to unfair treatment, lying about my pay and inappropriate jokes being made about me. So now they will not reimburse me for my damages not even the cost for the flush. The universal fluid they put in it did not meet Hyundai spec and burnt up within 400 miles, and thinned put so bad due to not meeting the heat specifications. Therefor ruined the transmission due to no lubrication. I dropped the pan to put in a new filter myself and found plenty of metal chunk which I had not had prior to service. I've seen them put the incorrect fluids in many vehicles, don't know what made me think they wouldn't do the same to me. Even after I stated that they couldn't put the universal fluid into my transmission, clearly they disregarded me entirely. As someone who worked here and has seen the many many mistakes made, including them starting vehicles with NO oil in them. They're also scammers, have seen them "redo" this poor girls valve cover multiple times, never actually replaced the gasket. And the district manager was even aware of this happening. Do not go here, not even to get your tire pressure done. Believe me I've seen them even screw that one up. read more

I went in for a simple oil change and was told a laundry list of items that needed to be done to my truck. I agreed to one service attire rotation and multiple services were performed without communication. I left a poor review on a survey that was sent to me and after that I received a text from the manager who after I explain the situation has yet to respond back to me. Overall it appears to be a very poorly run establishment and I will be taking my business elsewhere and will recommend the same to anyone. Just stay away. read more

Had the oil, oil filter and air filter changed today 03/14/22. About 3 blocks after leaving the shop, my truck stalled out. Truck will star but will not run. Called the shop and a person came to look at the truck, then told me there was nothing he could do to help me. Truck had been running and without any issues before the oil, oil filter and air filter change. If they checked my truck out as they said they did, I do not understand how they could have overlooked an issue that would cause the truck to stall out in 3 blocks from their shop. While I may not be able to prove they did something to my truck, I will always feel they did. I had my truck towed to a shop that I deal with to have it fixed and from now on the shop will also do oil changes. live and learn read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I came in for a routine ac service. After waiting my car was looked over by their 'best mechanic' Tommy. He came to speak with me told me the compressor was working fine and the ac system was fine as well he was certain it was low on Freon. After about a half hour of three technicians looking over my car a different technician came out and presented me with a $900,00 estimate to replace a blown compressor. Obviously their 'best mechanic' overfilled my system and blew out the compressor. Stay away from this business. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!!!! I came in to replace a tire and they did not have it in stock, so the guy told me he would order one and call when it came in the next day. He gave me a receipt with the price of the tire, installation, and all other fees for $180. (Expensive, but I was willing to pay it nonetheless). He had me sign a copy for them to keep, and gave me my copy. Next day comes around, I get NO call. I end up calling them right before they close, and a guy answers and after I ask if they ever received the tire shipment he says "yeah".... So I come in the next day. The guy at the front desk asks me "how much did they tell you it would cost?" I said $180 altogether. He leaves and comes back after the tire has been replaced to give me my estimate and says "so it's gonna be more than $180 because of installation + all other fees. It comes out to $240". I said the original price already included these fees!! THANKFULLY I had kept my receipt from days earlier and I show the guy. Then he changes the price to what I was originally estimated. He really tried to jip me out of $60!!!!! On top of that, they have a list of their tire prices on their website. So there's NO reason for him to have charged so much given that the prices are set. brought my car here the first time. they did the oil change. brought it home. noticed oil leaking under the car. brought it back the next day after putting cardboard under the car in garage. it was a slow leak. The team busted the oil pan screw. first they said they didn't, but eventually fixed it. 6 months later. Time for oil change again. tried to go to the 5 minute one across the street But came back to jiffy lube. Big mistake. so I guess I should have got out to see what the hell thru we're doing. was there for almost an hour. either way, wife drove it the next day. stalled on her at the intersection. 4 days later I find out my coolant is leaking onto the crankshaft sensor. Look, I'm not trying to bust chops. and I'll never prove the jiffy team did it, but 2 times now my car leaves worse than it came in. Coolant housing is cracked. 900 bux repair now for a stupid 50 oil change. Never goin there again. Horrible. read more

She didnt fall for their bullshit and went home checked it out and clearly saw it wasnt leaking acid and went to batteries plus and had them test the battery and they said it was perfect. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience I've ever had at an establishment. I don't know the gentleman's name, but he claims to be one of the managers. I brought my car in looking for an oil change, unfortunately they didn't have my cars oil filter, no problem. When I made a comment on advice my father had given me growing up, this gentleman had the nerve to comment with "well your dads a fu***** re**rd. Whoever says that is an idiot". Regardless of how insane it may have sounded to a professional, that is NO way to speak to any human being. In no way is that ever okay to speak to someone with such insult and disrespect. Once explaining this situation on the phone with who I though was the manager, he claimed he was the one who I was talking about and "he said no such thing". Absolutely disgusting. Corporate has my number and a current case open about this situation. Save your money and go elsewhere. My daughter took her truck there last night to check her brakes lights being stuck on. They somehow replaced the pin and held it in place with a paper clip. This morning her brakes completely locked up, like she was driving with her emergency brake on, so we had to get it to a brake shop to get checked out. While it was at a different (much better) shop, I went to speak to the store manager at Jiffy Lube about what happened. He never apologized for the tech's shoddy work. He just said he'll need to get with the tech and ask them why they used a paper clip. And then proceeded to state twice that he wonders why my daughter didn't question the work his techs did! What?! She's 17, and you're supposedly the "professionals". I was so mad, I had to leave before I started making a scene. I did make it very clear he needed to stop mentioning anything about my daughter because she did nothing wrong, other than taking her truck to this shop in the first place. Stopped by to get my oil changed on Sunday morning. Also decided to get my tires rotated and new wiper blades. The oil change price was fine, because I had a coupon, but the wiper blades and tire rotation is a little pricey to me. The people were very nice and friendly. The main reason behind only the two stars, there was grease on a large area on my drivers door and on several places under the hood. I didn't realize it until later, as they opened the door for me. If you're going to touch my car with greasy hands, at least have the decency to wipe the grease off when you're finished. read more

I had my oil changed here on Oct 29th. They charged me extra for coolant. Told me I needed rotars when my brakes are fine. Told me I needed 3 bulbs, i said ok but I was in a hurry do to a doctor's appt. They kept me right up till I had to go but did nothing further to my car. Two days later my engine light came on with minimal driving less than 100 miles. Advanced auto said it was transmission codes so I took it to aamco on friday. They said it shifts fine, fluid and temperature are good but the dip stick was left out. Now I have a bad sensor and may have to replace my cars computer. Thanks a lot jiffy lube. I really love this place, the mechanics are always friendly and fast. The manager is really nice, everyone there is really nice. There's never any pressure. before going to get a break job on my jeep I looked at the front breaks and look like they needed to be replace the tie rode is in front of the breaks, so no sign of leaking, during the break job they point out that the tie rode brushing were leaking so I told they to replace both after 6 hrs they still didn't have it done the tech kept calling his dad to help on job , turn out they put the old parts back in and could not do the job, now after taking it to another place they said looks like someone broke the seal on the brushing causing it to leak, I will never go back there ever again read more

I went to the jiffy lube in Spring Hill, FL @ 120 Mariner Blvd. I was approached by a female associate and was given the option to choose which oil change I wanted to get. I informed the associate that I wanted to basic oil change and that I had a coupon with $20 off. She replied that if I was to go to the Synthetic the manager there would be able to apply a additional 10% off the cost. Giving it face value I told her if that is the case I would do it. After they pulled my car into the bay the manager brings me into the other room and goes over his pitch, and then I asked him about the 10% additional for the Synthetic oil and he said only if I buy another product and I said I wasn't interested. He then said he will put in the basic oil change and charge for the $24 which included the $20 coupon I had. He then comes back and said sorry they already put in the Synthetic oil and then refused to give the 10% for their error. I asked him since it was your error could still apply the additional discount and he replied "I can't, I am sorry we messed up but you still have to pay for the oil change." I said you acknowledge your mistake but not willing to fix it. He replied "Yes." They didn't even fill my tires with air, I had to come back to get them filled. If I could give no stars I would. In the beginning of March my senior citizen mother took my car that she was using to this place to get an oil change because she bought a Groupon for an oil change. When my mother pulled up the took her car into the shop and told her to have a seat. A while later they come to her with an estimate of $1,200 for work to be done on the car. All she wanted was an oil change. She came home and told me about her experience. Looking over the estimate I saw two things on it that I had done at my regular mechanic not even a year ago. Little does Jiffy Lube know but I just had my car in for a complete front to back look over 3 months ago and they found nothing. So I dismiss this as them being scam artist, then about a week ago the check engine light comes on. Take to my mechanic and everything that was on Jiffy Lube estimate was what was wrong with my car. Even my mechanic questions the motives of Jiffy Lube. To add even if all things on Jiffy Lubes estimate was wrong with my car it only cost me $761 at my mechanic's vs the $1,200 at Jiffy Lube. read more
