Fortunately i made the right choice, Josh was amazing. He was honest,, thorough and reliable. He even showed up on time plus He save me over $1000 in auto repairs.! His quote,including his mobile fee, was less than all the other quotes for my repairs . I was told I needed a new alternator, tuneup and Possibly a cracked engine block. when he checked the charging system It was fine. The only problem was a loose battery terminal. No alternator was needed, nor a tuneup his only charge was $50 for his visit. He didn't even want to charge me for an oil change. He said everything was fine.come back at 85,000 for the oil change. Been going there for many years…read more I was told my battery was going to need replacing so I took their advice and had them replace it. On my way home my friend followed me and told me I had leaked fluid all the way including my driveway/ garage. Called TopLine and told them what happened. They assured me they didn't know what it could be but it wasn't anything they did. The next day I drove it to their shop as all my engine lights came on immediately. TopLine said I had a broken anti-freeze reservoir and after checking the internet they found one (the only one in the world, mind you) it would cost me $700. He ordered it and for some reason I felt I was being scammed. I checked ebay and found 2. I ordered one for $319.99 plus $30 shipping from Melbourne, FL. Topline lowered their price from $700 to $375 as well as advising me they did not break the reservoir tank. I arrived home and as I was walking past my car in the garage the trim fell off my hood. All the clips were broken and they had put gobs of black gooey 3M on the hood to hold it on until it left their shop. I ended up taking my car to Joe's Collision down the road and he charged me for the part only and no labor after I told him what TopLine did to my car. Not only do they damage parts on your car they won't "own" up to it when they do...but they scam you with increased prices for the damage they caused and God help you if you dare to complain because they'll damage something else on your car.

They did note on the paperwork and did tell me that I would soon be needing a brake job because the brake pads were wearing very thin. And, that I would soon need strut replacements as well. When I got home, I talked this over with my spouse and we decided to go ahead and call them and ask them if they could do it now. They said yes, we have the parts we can do everything for you. We returned and dropped off my vehicle and they are just about finished with it and it was a couple hours because it was a lot of work. I'm extremely happy with the service and the quality and the good price that they gave us. I highly recommend Mavis tires and brakes on mariner Boulevard. Second time I wanted to get an oil change and a price on tires, I ended up buying the tires and he told me my battery was going low, So, he talked me into replacing the battery. The 3 rd time I came in for an oil change, he rotated the tires bc I had just replaced them 2.5 months ago and he told me I will need to replace my rear brakes right away bc they could freeze up on me. I go the oil change and wanted to double check with Tires Plus bc I have been using them on my cars fit the past 10 years. I brought my car into Tires Plus and they told me I have another 20,000 miles on my brakes and told me I was safe. Now today my left rear tire was flat so I always believe in having everything I need, I had bought fix a flat when my car was less then a year old. I own a 2020 Lexus 300 NX. When I realized I had a flat, I put the fix a flat in my tire to make it back to mavis. My tire is was under warranty they told me for 60,000 miles. Anyway, now they tell me bc I put the fix a flat in the tire it cancelled the warranty. It's funny, they never said don't use fix a flat or it voids the warranty. I don't trust these people, I don't believe I needed a battery that cost me $250.00, then they tell me I immediately need to have my rear brakes done and that was NOT true. Now they are charging me $145 for a tire that was under warranty. If you go there, I wish you the best, it seems to be that was trying to sell you something.

At the appointment I asked if we could get her an oil change as well and Angelo assured me it would be no problem to add that service on. Right away we found out it wasn't just low brake fluid, her rear drums were leaking brake fluid, and thus the reason it was low. Angelo walked me through everything they needed to do, and once I gave approval, I thought "oh boy this is going to run into tomorrow". Negative! Angelo assured me he'd get his guys on it and have it taken care of by closing. At 5pm we picked up the car, all completed, and Angelo even walked me through the photos of the drums (i find this highly helpful, and such a nice addition in trusting the shop!). The whole front office staff were polite and very knowledgeable. Angelo even recommended things to watch out for on my daughter's car. This place takes care of the customer and it has a family feel. I wanted to know my daughter is driving a safe vehicle and Angelo and Joe understood that and went the extra mile! I will not go anywhere else now, they have a customer for life! Thanks to all the staff, from front desk to the mechanics and management! I very much appreciate it!
