Fortunately i made the right choice, Josh was amazing. He was honest,, thorough and reliable. He even showed up on time plus He save me over $1000 in auto repairs.! His quote,including his mobile fee, was less than all the other quotes for my repairs . I was told I needed a new alternator, tuneup and Possibly a cracked engine block. when he checked the charging system It was fine. The only problem was a loose battery terminal. No alternator was needed, nor a tuneup his only charge was $50 for his visit. He didn't even want to charge me for an oil change. He said everything was fine.come back at 85,000 for the oil change. First time I was 8.5 months pregnant and my car needed work done that meant I had to leave it. Knowing this Lance the manager arranged for my car to be delivered to my house when it was finished as I had no ride there to get it (fantastic customer service). Another time I ordered high end wipers, one of the clips went missing and so the wiper wasn't able to be attached. They (Bayside) ordered another new set on their dime just to get the piece needed to attach to my car. This past week I had to have my AC fixed and then one of my exhaust pipes wasn't opening properly. Not only did they fit me in first thing in the am but they were willing to work with my husband to troubleshoot the issue. During this they found a hole in one of my lines, repaired it free of charge. These guys are the ONLY shop I will bring my car to here in Spring Hill. They are honest, reliable, and treat me and my family with respect. This is not a take 5 shop, they are going to take the time to try and figure out what issue your car has and will call with price options just so you know you're not getting "taken for." I read the below review for 1 star and I completely disagree with their review, especially about Lance who has been nothing short of awesome every time we need his help.
