This is my go to place for an Oil Change. Its close to home and very convenient. I love that its fast and I can just hang out in my car. The workers are always nice and they check everything. They suggest when new filters or liquids are needed but never push. The price has gotten high but I still refuse to go to a cheaper spot like Wallyworld. they mess up too many cars. I like this place! The truck needed an oil change, so I headed to Take 5 near my office. Besides a thorough check, I was in and out in 17 minutes! I've been going to this place to get my oil changed for a little while and I've been noticing oil on my driveway so I thought I had an oil leak. I asked a couple times when getting it changed if the oil was low and they said yea a little. Well I took my truck to the shop to find out what was going on and to get the leak checked. Mechanic called me and said "Hey I don't know where you got your oil changed but the filter was barely on. Looks like it was about to fall off." So.... apparently all the oil on my driveway is from the filter not being installed correctly so I dont know how many times that has happened but when I told the mechanic who i went to he said "Don't ever use take5 go anywhere else besides there" so.... make sure u check your filter if you get your oil changed there read more

Needed an oil change it took about 20min. Sad they are not able to do tire rotations but Riley was super helpful and explained the different oil options I could choose and showed me how filthy my air filter was. In all cost about $125 For an advanced full synthetic and an air filter. read more

I live off Fairmont and Preston. I googled the oil change locations and called the 800#, I thought! I was asked the year and make, was told the synthetic blend is what I would get the 50% off on. She said the $25. coupon is about the same and it would be $26.99 plus tax. I get there they pull me in and I tell them what the lady said. They wanted the coupon she texted me. I explained she never texted me a coupon! She said it's a promotion going on. He said I can't honor it. Ok well let me call the number I called and ask. I was waiting about 5 minutes and he said I'll honor it. If you'll hang up now. Ok! They get half way through the oil change and he decides he's only going to give me a $13. discount. Ok it's too late to pull out. They are thinking we got her! Well you did. I'm 70 yo. I've been in retail and customer service for 50 yrs.. I have no doubt this is what they do regularly. The banner that's above their door says 25% off. So if a company needs business I've seen this in a sneaky ad or a cheesy advertisement. I normally go to the dealer but I couldn't get in. My dash had the message it was time. I can't do a lot of things by appointment still having to work. So I find out from the operator I called back it was the girls fault for not telling me she'd have to text the coupon. Why do we have to keep passing the blame Why can't you just take care of the customer? I would. It's no longer about customer service. These are kids running these type of places. Just went yesterday afternoon to get my oil changed, 3/24, and this morning, 3/25, found my engine protector on my undercarriage unhooked and dragging on the ground. I haven't had my car even a year yet, and the first time I got my oil changed (elsewhere - not the dealership) there was no problems or difficulty with my car, so I know that it can be properly re-hooked. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars and not lower is because the professionalism while I was at the store was amazing and thought I found my new oil change place. UPDATE: Took my vehicle back today (3/25) to show them what happened. Jesse immediately took care of it and apologized multiple times. He informed the manager, Steven, and agreed to give a discount on the next oil change. Glad they continued professionalism and owned their mistake. I have been a more than a few oil change business and this location is by far the best I have ever been at. The people there don't just shove products in your face expecting you to not know or not understand and just buy. They offer so many free services that I'm still finding out about, every time I go they have a deal where I feel like I'm saving money. They work with you and give you options if you can't afford the best of the best that moment and they don't push you to get things done to your car after you tell them your unable to purchase something that day. I have been having a hard time financially recently and this location made my entire day, cleared a code that other auto part locations could not clear or even identify AND took the time to explain what other actions I should take. I cannot brag on these people enough. I haven't seen the same person twice but they have ALL been respectful and informative. As a young woman low on funds with no car expertise this experience meant the world to me. I typically only go to Nissan to have my oil changed but had heard good things about Take 5's customer service and quick service. Robert did a great job assisting me and explaining the different types of oil they offer and the purposes they serve. He didn't try to push any additional services but did pull my air filters and showed me they were extremely dirty and offered me new filters for $20 a piece which I opted to purchase. After around 10 minutes he informed me that they were training a new employee and apologized for the wait time which was still extremely short. After changing my oil they topped off my washer fluid and coolant for no additional charge. I typically wait an hour at Nissan WITH an appointment where as this took no more than 20 minutes. Came up to may car and just stared at me until i uttered "i need an oil change" and then he reluctantly moved out of the way and just told me to pull in. after pulling in, he chastised me about my bumper sticker and then gave me a long lecture about what oil i need whenever i told them simply "i just need the cheapest one that will work with my car". i brought up the deal they're having and they laughed at that suggestion as if i knew anything about oil changes, which i obviously do not. after all of this condescending and rude treatment he exclaimed "WOOOO WE DONT EVEN HAVE HIS FILTER. sorry bud per policy we do not have your filter so we cannot touch your car." i wasted all my time for him to tell me they couldn't work on my car but, the most important part is that as i was pulling out he told his co worker "i'm not answering the phone at ALL today haha". don't waste your time like me. do not visit this establishment. read more
