Came in for inspection and the form they had me fill out says the inspection is free with oil change, so I say sure! I have my own oil. Turns out it's not free after all. Of course the form doesn't say that and I pointed that out. Manager says yeh, company policy is no discounts if customer has own oil. It's convenient and they fast but I will do my best to not go back. Hubby and I stopped by today for a car inspection while running errands. We were told by the very kind manager, Omar, that it would be about a 15 minute wait. Seeing as how it's a Saturday at lunch time, that sounded reasonable. We pulled into the bay and played games on our phones while waiting. We ended up waiting longer than 15 minutes, but we could tell that they were working hard on the vehicles that were already there, so we didn't mind the wait. Once the inspector, Chris, was finished with his other customers, he came right over. He had a great attitude and was very kind and funny. We had a nice conversation while he worked and we all had a few laughs. My hubby and I loved the convenience of not having to get out of the vehicle and even though we had to wait a bit, the overall experience was great. Frank is the nicest guy ever! Pretty fast service and it's nice that they do the oil change while you're sitting in your car. He told me everything he was doing while doing it, that was super nice too. My only thing was he said he would fill up the windshield wiper fluid and later that night when I went to clean my windshield, there was no liquid in there. :( He did tell me I could swing by whenever I needed and they would top off my fluids for free, but I don't think I'll have the time. It's 90 degrees this morning and I stopped in for an oil change before work. No big deal. Drove up, parked in the garage and walked into the waiting room. I was told I couldn't be in there because it was a drive through service. While I can appreciate the convenience, it's HOT. I didn't feel like sitting in my car, no AC, sweating my butt off. The lady said it's store policy. That needs to change. Also, they only filled up half my tires so now my drivers side is over filled and my passengers side is normal. So I tried this place for the first time since I kept seeing ads and got a coupon for them. I don't know what drinks they are talking about. I wasn't offered anything. They did the oil change fine. Glad I didn't have to leave my car since I'm pregnant. They did top off the windshield wiper fluid and my coolant which was nice. They checked the air pressure on only the right side of my car. They didn't make it to the left side because the guy doing it got called away. They were nice but they also didn't reset the maintenance needed light off and they didn't instruct me how to reset it. I did call about this dilemma but I have yet to hear back from them. They are a little pricey. I did spend $12 more here than i usually do getting my oil changed at NTB. That was with the coupon. Without the coupon it was going to be $19 more. Of course they do the same check your air filters and recommend if they need to be replaced or not. read more
