I went in for an oil change and they offered good prices. I've been to this location a few times and each time my family and me are met with amazing service. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend coming here. read more

Came in for inspection and the form they had me fill out says the inspection is free with oil change, so I say sure! I have my own oil. Turns out it's not free after all. Of course the form doesn't say that and I pointed that out. Manager says yeh, company policy is no discounts if customer has own oil. It's convenient and they fast but I will do my best to not go back. This was the shop manager who declined to honor the advertised free inspection with added oil change, even after I pointed out that the info sheet doesn't specify this restriction. read more

My wife and I both needed an oil change, we decided to gamble on this place and let me tell you we hit the jackpot, the service was extremely fast and not only was it fast the people were so nice, they offered us water and were very friendly, I definitely recommend this location and will be coming here for now on. Charles and jemarquis were super kind and helpful, they made the experience the best! read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Pasadena, Texas

Besides the fact they are always so quick, convenient, and explain things very well, it's nice to go to a place where the employees actually enjoy their jobs and have fun while doing so! And that's how they are here. Their energy alone is enough to make you come back! They are very kind, helpful, and quick! No need to get out of your car either! Thank y'all! read more

Hubby and I stopped by today for a car inspection while running errands. We were told by the very kind manager, Omar, that it would be about a 15 minute wait. Seeing as how it's a Saturday at lunch time, that sounded reasonable. We pulled into the bay and played games on our phones while waiting. We ended up waiting longer than 15 minutes, but we could tell that they were working hard on the vehicles that were already there, so we didn't mind the wait. Once the inspector, Chris, was finished with his other customers, he came right over. He had a great attitude and was very kind and funny. We had a nice conversation while he worked and we all had a few laughs. My hubby and I loved the convenience of not having to get out of the vehicle and even though we had to wait a bit, the overall experience was great. We left with a smile on our faces and we will definitely be back for our future car needs. read more

Came in for an oil change. They talked me into paying $120 for a radiator flush and now my car is over heated on the side of the road and they won't answer the phone!!! DONT GO THERE! Go here for my oil changes and they are always quick fast and cool! It's nice being able to stay in the car.

Came in to get an inspection and was the worst experience EVER.. The guy who did the inspection name is Corey, he made a big deal about my wipers leaving 1 water streak. Also he said he was gonna call the cops on me if I went somewhere else to get my inspection done. Don't waste your time going to this place All they want is for you to waste your money to get parts you don't even need.. read more

In and out in less than 10 minutes with a free fill guarantee. They found an issue with one of my tires... A screw... So I thought I was screwed. But there guys sent me to a place less than a mile away for a free tire repair. Kind, helpful, positive, and respectful service. Thank you for the amazing experience Look for their email coupons to dave a little on your service. read more

Fast and easy very professional. I've been coming here for several oil changes now and always good attitude.

Frank is the nicest guy ever! Pretty fast service and it's nice that they do the oil change while you're sitting in your car. He told me everything he was doing while doing it, that was super nice too. My only thing was he said he would fill up the windshield wiper fluid and later that night when I went to clean my windshield, there was no liquid in there. :( He did tell me I could swing by whenever I needed and they would top off my fluids for free, but I don't think I'll have the time. Other than that, great and friendly service. read more

Pure professionals. These guys took care of me quickly and efficiently and didn't try to oversell me on anything I didn't need. They were informative and polite. Very happy with the service. read more

My favorite place to come for a oil change. I never have to ask to top any of my fluids off I'm always greeted with a cold beverage. You're literally in and out in less than 5 minutes read more

It's 90 degrees this morning and I stopped in for an oil change before work. No big deal. Drove up, parked in the garage and walked into the waiting room. I was told I couldn't be in there because it was a drive through service. While I can appreciate the convenience, it's HOT. I didn't feel like sitting in my car, no AC, sweating my butt off. The lady said it's store policy. That needs to change. Also, they only filled up half my tires so now my drivers side is over filled and my passengers side is normal. I'm definitely not coming back. read more

No getting out of your car and waiting in a small, stinky, boring waiting room! You get to stay in your car while these super friendly guys take care of speedy oil change! This place was AWESOME read more

Showed up at 7:20 and waited in my car for about 5 minutes with no one in sight. I got down to check the office and it was empty I finally honked and someone came out of the employee restroom to tell me he wasn't ready to do oil changes cause he had just gotten there. Ridiculous! read more

This place is a super quick drive through service! The guys who work there are very professional and respectful and don't try to upsell you like other places tend to do, which I really appreciate. read more

3-21-18 First time here. Found on yelp. Went during lunch break and they immediately took me. Never been through oil change drive through. They gave me water. Showed me everything and kept me informed. High mileage oil change so they let me get a coupon. Courteous. Only took about 10 min. I'll come back. Thanks! read more

Best oil change ever! Drive thru service, put air in my tires, wash my windshield, changed my oil, did all the usual checks. Gave me coupons, air freshener, and a cold bottle of water. Why go anywhere else? Also out in 20 minutes read more

First location I got to at 3:29 but they said they had to turn me away because they had to start inventory, the guy told me to head to this location to be taken care of. This location also turned me away. They should revise their hours online so people don't waste their time. read more

So I tried this place for the first time since I kept seeing ads and got a coupon for them. I don't know what drinks they are talking about. I wasn't offered anything. They did the oil change fine. Glad I didn't have to leave my car since I'm pregnant. They did top off the windshield wiper fluid and my coolant which was nice. They checked the air pressure on only the right side of my car. They didn't make it to the left side because the guy doing it got called away. They were nice but they also didn't reset the maintenance needed light off and they didn't instruct me how to reset it. I did call about this dilemma but I have yet to hear back from them. They are a little pricey. I did spend $12 more here than i usually do getting my oil changed at NTB. That was with the coupon. Without the coupon it was going to be $19 more. Of course they do the same check your air filters and recommend if they need to be replaced or not. read more

Do not go here. They screwed up both of my cars. Didn't tighten oil cap. Over charged on both vehicles. The 5 minute oil change took 30 minutes. read more
