Super fast & considerate service from awesome techs Nate & Brandon! thanks fellas, see you next oil change.

Efficient, knowledgeable, convenient. Not sure about value, seemed expensive. Offered cold water, nice touch.

Got an oil change here a couple months ago to which they ultimately damaged my oil filter resulting in me leaking oil. I returned to a different take 5 to follow up, to which they stated nobody would touch my car like this and I needed to go back to the original place that did it. I live 2.5 hrs away and could not. Ended up having to get it fixed for hundreds and hundreds of dollars. The REAL sus thing is the take 5 that I followed up with said there is no documentation I was ever there even though I have paperwork and pictures of them holding the damaged piece. Never in my life have I had an issue getting an oil change and I would certainly not recommend taking your car here!! read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Orlando, Florida

This service was surprisingly quick and so friendly! They explained everything thoroughly and weren't pushy about any upsells. It's a bit pricier but worth it for the speed and friendliness :) read more

This Take 5 location provides the best customer service! The ice cold water and capri sun for my daughter is very much appreciated in this Florida heat. They're very swift and thorough. I understand they go over a lot of things and I'm no car expert but they're never on the pushy side when it comes to upselling and telling you what you need or what they recommend. In fact, they will be upfront when recommending products but are transparent enough to say it's not needed at the moment. Kevin serviced my jeep today. He's so awesome! They air my tires, wipers, check the fluids and my air filter. I just recently learned that I can come in before hitting the 3,000 mile mark after my oil change and they'll top it off along with any other fluids. They offer Zip pay now! These guys rock! I always come here even when there are other locations near my home. read more

Chris and the crew went above and beyond! Managed to get us in last minute. Told us what was needed today, near future, and not pushy about it all being done at once. We will be back after our trip for follow up, and all future car care will go through this establishment. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Chris and the crew stepped up and got us in last minute. Fast service. Honest staff, and not pushy. 10 out of 10 recommend this site! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Orlando, Florida

4 stars for a professional oil change service and very friendly staff. It was definitely not quick on the day that I visited, but I caught them at a busy time and it was something I just had to get done that day. Waited in line for about 45 minutes but the oil change service itself only took about 15. They were kind enough to offer me a water and apologized for the wait. I also appreciated that they did not try to upsell me on a bunch of other services when it was finally my turn. They filled my tires up with air and made sure I was good to go. It still beats going to a dealership or a place where you have to drop your car off for half the day. In the future when I have more flexibility, I will avoid going during peak hours and waiting until the last minute when I'm about to embark on a road trip. read more

Was treated very poorly by a guy named Angelo at the orange blossom trail , Florida location. Will never go back. Very poor customer service. No reason to talk bad words to a customer read more

Crystal helped me today and she was so incredibly thorough, explaining everything and educating me on what she was doing. Never had such an educational experience here - she was wonderful! read more

Honestly, one of the best customer services I have ever had in my LIFE. The ice cold water upon arrival is such a nice touch in the florida heat. the team was communicative and friendly through out the service, they checked on multiple items beyond my oil change that I wasn't expecting. I felt very well taken care of and will 100% come back to this location for future oil changes. the team that helped me was Bryan, Joel's, Dustin, and Adrian! read more

first of all I sat ready to pull of the technicians was way too busy on his phone and made me wait. Five minutes so he was off of his phone call for me to pull. then the other technician was mad because I did not want to purchase their $40 air filter when I asked why are they cheaper online? He gave me attitude and said online so I said no so when he went to put my old air filter just threw it in there. They left it the lid completely open and drive away with my air filter just flopping underneath my hood when I got home because my Amazon air filters for the cabin and for the engine arrived in a day for $27 husband went to install it and we found out that the coolant cap is missing Nissan. They never filled it with fluid so now I have a capless tank with no cap and no fluid so my fluids were not topped off. I do not believe they checked my air pressure in my tires. It cost me $82 for nothing but a headache and attitude. I will never go to the Apopka 398 store for an oil change ever again. read more

I brought my car to a Take 5 Oil change shop at 1035 Cypress PKWY. Poinciana, FL. 34759. Service began immediately including draining the oil from my car. Afterwards, the service writer discovered they ran out of the 5w30 that my car requires. Leaving me in a position, he could only fill my car up with something closer which was 5w20. I made it known to the service writer I wasn't comfortable but he said it shouldn't be an issue but next time switch back to 5w30. I asked for the receipt to be reprinted to reflect the wrong oil used but instead he wrote on the receipt that the 5w20 was used instead. I left the shop and noticed a drop in oil pressure and after some quick research, I found out that the drop in oil pressure is a cause of using the wrong viscosity of oil. I immediately called the shop and asked when he would be able to get 5w30 and he answered saying he wasn't sure. So I asked if I ran to autozone and bought it, can you drain the oil and put the 5w30 in and do I get reimbursed? He told me yes, we can refund you. I went and bought the oil myself and returned to the shop within the hour since leaving the shop and they did swap the oil and then he refused to reimburse me. My question to him was why work on the car before making sure you have the right oil that was needed? Seems like common sense to me. Of course, he couldn't or just didn't want to answer my question because he realized he was negligent. read more

Only had two lanes open, but as they got busy they opened the 3rd. Everyone was nice, and had an urgency to help the customers quickly.

I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the service here. It was a sweltering "real feel" of 106 degrees. They do not have A/C in the bay and the employees were cheerful, nice, and super quick with the service. They offered us water while we waited and seemed to be happy to help. It was a very pleasant experience and cannot recommend them enough. read more

This business model is perfect. Gone are the days of waiting in a crowded room while they change the oil in your car. Here, you pull into the bay and stay in your car while they promptly change the oil, top the fluids, and any other minor detail that you want to take care of like replacing windshield wipers and filters. I used to change my own oil, but this service is quicker and arguably more cost-effective and I don't have to mess around with used oil. I've come here a handful of times already and the service has been good and reliable. So far ... so good. read more

Take 5 Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Taking the time for maintenance is always an afterthought. Our days are already so busy as it is. But taking care of things that take care of you only makes sense. Take 5 took my car with no appointment and no wait. They greeted me with a professional smile and asked what I needed. Anthony promptly grabbed a cold bottle of water and handed it to me while he assessed the vehicle. They automatically checked the quantity and type of oil, tire pressure, mileage and parts numbers. They topped off the windshield fluid and then offered 3 different oils with an explanation of each. At least 3 people worked on the car while I waited comfortably in the car. They completed the work with a rigorous leak check and pressure check on the oil. The worker under the car shouts "safety check in 5,,4,3,2,1!" Another tech with a light above the engine checks for leaks in the seals. Then they hand over the dip stick to show clean and filled. The experience is complete with a quick windshield clean and explanation of all the services rendered. Outstanding service, great pricing and value that is seldom seen anymore. read more

100 out of 10 !!! I was a new customer and didn't really know what I was doing here but my car needed an oil change. The manager Derek (if I remembered correctly) kindly told me how the facility works and handed my guest and I water bottles from the start. The process then was super easy, the workers here really do care about your car. They showed me everything they were working on and were very friendly and clear with it all. I am going to forever be coming here to get my oil change. It's definitely worth every penny that you spend here. Go see the big boss Derek, he'll give you a fantastic experience read more
