Waited for 30 mins and no hello, welcome in, anything. Three or four guys were standing around working on one car at a time. Took forever. I usually love take 5s but I will not be returning to this one. Got an oil change, overpriced for bad customer service. read more

Thank you Victoria for reaching out. I have tried on multiple times to reach the shop manager at Take 5 and I have been unsuccessful. Their voice-mail box is full. Please pass my suggestions along: 1. Communication is key. If your customer will be waiting longer than your advertised times, alert them. Communication goes along way. Waiting over an hour for a 10 minute oil change??? (Have you seen your commercials) 2. Motivate/encourage your employees. Watching your employees walking around like the walking dead was very sad, it seems to add to the overall wait time, they moved so slow that I thought time was moving backwards. 3. Have them greet your customers. when i was finally lead into the bay, the mechanic didn't greet me, say hello or anything. I sat there for 30 to 40 minutes wondering what was going on. ( see point number 1) 4. Treat property with respect. One of the helpers took out my air filter and threw it on my engine. Although it's just a filter, it's my property. Treat it as such. 5. Lastly, this might seem small but the take 5 I normally go to on North Avenue in Milwaukee does this every time I go there, after they are done with the oil change, they bring the dipstick to me so that I can see the fresh oil and that it is to the correct level before they have me start the car. For me, these things matter. I said everything else in my first post. Sorry it's long. D. read more

Had a full oil change on Monday when I pulled out of the garage on Wednesday there was about a quart of oil on my garage floor, went back to the shop and they inspected it only to tell me that the drain plug was not tightened, Good thing I did not drive it far and blow my engine, now I have a mess to clean up in my garage do to their incompetence. Also extremely over priced. read more

Great service, quick, and efficient! The young man that helped me was very professional, his name starts with an L, I'm sorry I forgot. He offered me water and handled everything with ease. read more

i arrived with four total cars in front of me, 2 in the bays being worked on and 2 waiting to pull in. it took more than an hour before I was pulled in and helped by the three visible employees. I would not recommend if you care about speed read more

Heads up! No emissions testing here. I also called the main number and they said no emissions testing at any Take 5 location in Wisconsin. The attendant came right up to see what I needed. He was very friendly and gave me a water for not being able to offer me the services I was looking for. read more

It took over 40 minutes for my oil change. They never checked my tire pressure and dumped oil all over my engine. I drove over four hours today and my car still smells like burning oil when I start it. It took them ten minutes to figure out how to open the hood once I popped it, because they kept walking away with three cars waiting and only one bay open. There were four cars at one point but one left. I got there at 8:30 this morning and left at 9:50! read more

My engine failed due to lack of oil in engine 5 minutes after leaving their shop.need I say more.

I called this location and was told there was 25% off all oil changes today. I get there, they tell me I must've called the wrong location. I verified the location when I was on the phone with the guy, then I called the number back while I was there in front of the people who told me I called the wrong number, and The phone rang in the store! They just kept saying I called the wrong store and I just told them To close my hood and open the damn bay so I could leave. UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never come here again.. this was my first time. And I drive Lyft part time. I wasted my time. read more

It's a good place to stop for a quick oil change. They were pretty quick and you don't have to get out of your car. Customer service's great. make sure you know which oil your car takes because they have packages from low range to high prices. The did the complimentary check on the car after the oil change. read more

This Fast Track was nice. Staff are friendly and fast. They have comfy chairs in the waiting room and a huge TV. I like Fast Track because the staff always treats me well and they offer coupons pretty much every time I go. I usually go to the one on Port Washington Rd. for oil changes but needed my tires rotated this time. Their machine has been broken for almost a year so I headed down to the south side location and they handled it. read more

Out of the oil needed. They do not check lights, unprofessional, expensive, hanging ad states $24.99 for new customers, after waiting a while we were told the promotion is only for conventional oil change and he thinks our vehicle can't have that one, filter was way too expensive. So a $24.99 oil change ended up being $100. Rediculous. Waited 10 minutes in the stall before anybody approached us. Lots of talking among employees. Not a pleasant experience. read more

Don't come here, messed up my oil pan and my oil leaked everywhere. Fire your entire staff thanks

Went in to get an oil change, ended up waiting 40 minutes and in the end they charged almost 300 dollars and did three other things we didn't ask them to do. The guy who did the oil change was talking in really fast mumbles the ent time which made it almost impossible to understand anything he was saying, then talked to us in a really condescending tone saying we asked for the other things when we didn't. read more

Awful. Arrived and pulled in, then sat in my car waiting for them to start for 25 minutes. Finally, had enough and got out of the car, pushed the hood to close/latch and left. There was only one other car in a bay at the time. Drove down the road to Valvoline and I'm almost done and it's only been like 8 minutes. read more

If you're a female, don't go here. They dupped me into getting a synthetic oil change, when regular is what I usually use. I showed them my ten dollars odd coupon and he told me then I needed synthetic oil. I fell for it hook line and sinker, so I'm leaving a review so other people don't! read more

I first came in for an emissions test months ago. It was kind of close to closing time and all the oil change bays were empty with a decent line for the emissions bay, so I was about to give up. An employee told me not to worry, they'd get to me. They kept the line moving pretty well and I was impressed that they were making sure everyone in line got through when they would have been justified to cut the line off. Their demeanor was casual to an extent that I am sure management would call unprofessional, but they were taking care of customers at the same time. I dug that vibe so I came back for an oil change. Everyone was more buttoned up this time around, but still super friendly. As a woman, I'm used to attempts at getting scammed. One time at a valvoline instant oil change, I even had someone try to tell me I really needed a new engine air filter when I had just changed it myself that week. That wasn't happening here. The tech was explaining everything he was doing, but not in a way that was talking down to me. He tried to make a couple upsells, but not in a scammy way and didn't pressure me when I declined. It was a bit pricier than what I am used to, but the experience was so much better that I will be back. read more

I went for a routine oil change, I was impressed in and out in like 10 minutes. I also received a $10 off coupon for next time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. P.S. they also do emission test. read more

They moved my car from the omissions bay to the oil change bay and damaged my front fender and back bumper cover on a car I just bought and then didn't have the decency to fess up to it....BEWARE read more

I normally use the Fast Track in West Allis but decided to stop here for a top off. I had a terrible experience with an employee before I even got into a bay. He was rude, condescending and sarcastic because I was waiting for someone to direct me to the service bay they wanted me at rather than just drive up to any bay. So I left. I later called to speak with a manager only to find out the rude employee WAS the manager. I would never go here again and I recommend you patronize one of the other, fine Fast Track locations unless you enjoy the abuse. read more

Went to the fast track in Hales corners they first forget to put the filter on and blew oil all over my engine and sent me home with out telling me. Then they forgot to put a gasket on the filter that they installed. I ended up down two qrts of oil which ended up on my garage floor and my friends driveway. When I called to get some type of resolution it has been 48 hours and still no response back. This is the worst customer service that I have ever had and the response to resolve it has even been worse!!!!!! read more

I had my last 4 oil changes at take 5 on my 2016 Dodge Caravan. First 3 ok, then suddenly oil all over my driveway. Take it back and they tell me its transmission fluid even though it's black. I take it to mechanic's shop near my job and they tell me the "plastic" oil housing that Dodge uses on many models is cracked from the oil filter being tightened too much. Not transmission fluid like Take 5 told me. Cost to fix as it's a 3 hour job plus part is $940.00 I make a claim with take 5. They take weeks to respond so in the meantime, I have a friend mechanic fix it for less cost because my driveway was wrecked from the oil. I saved about $200. When take5 finally goes through the claim with me, they tell me its a manufacture issue not theirs. Said when they "inspected" the old part they didn't see any cracks. My van has 130,000 miles on it and the oil NEVER leaked until this last oil change. They proceed to tell me that because I had a non-certified ASC mechanic fix it they wouldn't cover it anyway. Moot point they already earlier in their response said it's the manufacturer's issue. I think it's a BS response and they will never see any of my families 4 vehicles again. I have also told everyone I know about this. They need to train their employees not to torque t/f on an oil filter. I will either do it myself in the future or go elsewhere. read more

Was just turned away from Valvoline because they didn't want to do my emissions test- even though they had no other customers there. Came to fast track and Victor was so nice and quick. Got me back on road. Thank you! read more

Went to 27th street today to replace my drive belts, because my dealer told me they were cracked. I was told the were in good shaped and not cracked. Good to know there are honest mechanics in the auto repair industry. read more
