I had been 4 other places for emissions testing and been turned away because they only have limited hours, don't offer testing on weekends, etc. and was getting pretty close to the deadline. I checked the auto analyzers website and saw no appt needed 8-4:30 on weekdays. I got there at 4:10 and... guess what? I was told they were done for the day. I'm not a terribly confrontational person, but this being my FIFTH try I mentioned the hours I had seen on the website. I was still met with a little resistance, but pulled it up on my phone and physically showed it to them, and mentioned my (entirely true, by the way) sob story that I had been turned away at 4 other locations and it was due by Saturday and what do you know- they helped a girl out. 4 stars mainly because these false versions of their website (? again don't completely understand what exactly that's about) are very frustrating as a customer but very grateful they helped me out and will definitely be back when I need automotive services! read more

Watch what they're charging you for. They gave me a written quote for a simple repair and were going to charge me three times the amount for the exact same part I could have gotten elsewhere. Tried to charge me for "shop supplies and "hazardous materials" for a repair that would have used neither one. Quoted labor rates for my simple repair would have been extremely ridiculous for the amount of work that would have been involved. UNSCRUPULOUS SHOP! read more

auto analyzers cost me EXACTLY $803 for no reason, they tested my car and told me i needed a cat-converter, after i paid a shop $803 to install a converter i took it back to auto analyzers and still failed, i took my car to Sams in racine (another shop certified by the state) they tested my car and said the thermostat was bad, said the car didnt get hot enough to even have the sensors test in the car. i asked sams why auto analyzers didnt see the thermostat was bad,,, i was told that auto analyzers runns cars on a DYNO and that they dont take them for actually test runs on ths street. if auto analyzers would of drove it on the street instead of their dyno mach, they would of seen it was my thermostat. and that inever needed a cat-converter long story short , im out $803 from auto analyzers bad diagnostics, if auto analyzers wants to contact me and be a decent shop and pay $803 for their mistake, ill re-write my review ad say that they did the right thing. until then i believe they simply screw the customer. stay away,,, ill write a bad revies on them on every site i can, after all its up to the customers (me) to keep these crooks honest read more

In and out in what felt like 2 minutes! I needed emissions tested and a sticker. Front desk was polite and quick. I paid and left. Done!

Daren is awesome, very nice guy, honest and good customer service. I went in for an engine swap and did a lot of work myself, saving them a lot of time. As I expected their were some technical difficulties and was quoted and charged more than I would have liked to but that's life and I needed it fixed. The issue was talking with their secretary, Cindy. I work in customer service and just discussing the rates with her was possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had and I'm not just saying that. She was rude, not understanding, short with me, sarcastic, condescending and basically called me stupid to my face. Now, like I said, I work in customer service and sales. I've done it all, door to door, cold calls so on and so forth. I've been trained by well established corporations. None of the rejection or rude customers have ever made me feel the way Cindy did over the phone. That phone call alone was reason enough for me not to give them my business but I was desperate, needed the job done and no where else would do the job at a reasonable time frame. I don't care what is going on in your personal life, this was no way a customer should feel or be talked to. If something traumatic has happened your managers should be understanding and give you time off to get it figured out so that it doesn't ruin your performance at work. read more

March 16, 2016 I received a response from Darren today on BBB email saying the work was done. Nothing about it not trying to sell me other services when the truck was already done and the work was complete and it passed emissions hours before trying to keep resell issues. Also he did not give a complementary exam, The State/DMV gives him 99$ to run the tests. He did not do it to be nice. He did call me yesterday March 15 2016 at 1200pm to request back "personal information" he left in my truck at some point. I told I would drop it off that evening, which I did in the mail slot at his shop. I asked him why that information was in my truck at all. He said he accidently left it in there when he was test driving it?? Strange. Then I asked him why he called to sell me additional tests for my truck after they were done running it... He said he didn't know the shop was running the test. So after my truck passed at 741is Monday morning, He didn't talk to his shop guys before calling the owner of the vehicle to let me know it was done? How did he know the other tests where complete? He said "old age". Than I thought if he wasn't working on my truck why was his "personal stuff" in my truck???????? I have paperwork from the DMV with passing times, Amount I paid them. I had them work on my car twice. The first time was for a clutch for my manual transmission. When I came to get the car, the check engine light was on, which it wasn't before they started the work? They cleared the light and sent me on my way. About 3 months later, conveniently after the warranty on the parts expired, the clutch was loose again and I'm sure now that I'm going to have to replace it again, as it keeps getting looser and looser. Then I had them put some belts on my car. Had to be done due to emergency and they were close. They quoted me the work, had them do it and then they sent me a "final" quote that I offered to pay over the phone with credit card. "Oh we only take credit cards in person" I couldn't get there while they were open so I sent my wife's son. When he got there the bill was $8 higher. He didn't know what was quoted so he paid it. When I emailed them later they said, "yeah we had to charge the battery for 2 hours so we added $8 to your bill!" I know it's only $8 but to add something like that onto a bill when you know it's another person paying it is very shifty to say the least. Basically, their quality of work sucks, customer service sucks and billing is very shady. Go anyplace else but here. read more

Excellent Electrical diagnosis and repair. I was having intermittent P0720 vehicle speed senor VSS error code.I replaced the VSS myself 3 times in 6 months.They checked the sensor, wiring harness, connections. Using Advanced Code readers and then an Oscilloscope They found out the electrical alternator had a bad diode leaking AC currant in to the cars DC system drowning out the VSS sensor. They would have changed the ALT but I did myself and it solved my VSS problem Great job!!! read more
