I was still met with a little resistance, but pulled it up on my phone and physically showed it to them, and mentioned my (entirely true, by the way) sob story that I had been turned away at 4 other locations and it was due by Saturday and what do you know- they helped a girl out. 4 stars mainly because these false versions of their website (? again don't completely understand what exactly that's about) are very frustrating as a customer but very grateful they helped me out and will definitely be back when I need automotive services!

The place stinks of cigarettes and the majority of the items in there have been in there for what seems to be decades without being moved or cleaned. The staff is very curt in their communication. I finally went, and thankfully, this location was close to work, which made it easier to stop by during my break. The wait was short, and the whole process was pretty quick and smooth. That part was a plus. Now the service. I don't expect friendly greetings or big smiles, but the person testing my car seemed completely over it and made me feel like I was a nuisance (like, trust me, I didn't want to be there either). He was mumbling the entire time, and I genuinely couldn't hear what he was saying. He wanted me to put my key on the dashboard, get back in the car, and roll down the window, but I had to ask multiple times just to understand his instructions. I get it. It was cold, and I'd be miserable working outside in that weather, too. Still, clearer communication would've made the experience much better.
