Work was done fast and had the truck back in the same day. What I didn't like was to be charged $66.87 to check the brake lines when that was what I took it in there for in the first place. A broken brake line. I feel it should have been included with the work being done. Parts were $174.09. Labor was 441.42. For almost $700 I think the inspection should have been included. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years. We won't be any longer. I just called to make an appointment for an oil change. Someone picked up and immediately hung up on me without saying anything or giving me a chance to say anything. I called back and the same thing happened. I called a third time and the person "21st century auto this is Sarah." I responded by saying I was wanted to make an appointment for an oil change and I'd called twice and been hung up on twice. She said, "oh, it said 'spam risk' so I just hung up, sorry about that, when would you like to come in?". She said this in a completely dismissive tone. I took a pause and said, "that was incredibly rude, you didn't even try to see if I was a real customer or not, you didn't give me a chance to show that I'm a real customer who's been a loyal customer for years." She blew right past everything I said, and asked "what's your name and when would you like to come in" as if she didn't have an upset customer on the line. I asked to speak to the owner, or her manager, or anyone else in the office. She blew past that and again asked for my name and when I wanted to come in. After going back and forth like that a couple of times I raised my voice and told her that she had just given a dismissive apology, wasn't taking responsibility, and was completely ignoring my concerns, I asked again to speak with someone else, anyone else in the building and she said she was alone in the office, that she was the manager, and that she wasn't going to put a technician on the phone. The last time I was there, Luis was service manager, so I don't know if she was lying about her position or not, but I do know that she had zero interest in being accountable, and zero interest in dealing with an upset customer's concern that she'd been rude to. I finally got out of her that the owner would be in the next day and I said that I'll call back then and speak to the owner. I'll call and make a complaint, but for now, I'm making an appointment elsewhere. Honestly, if you're afraid it's spam, let it go to voicemail. That takes less effort than picking up the phone and hanging up. read more

They're cool people but they know how to get way more money out of you than the budget you initially gave them. It's almost as if they ask you what your budget is just to max it out. And on top of that they kept my vehicle for 3 days and left me at an inconvenience over the weekend and that following Monday technically 4 days since I dropped it off Friday at about 11am. I am happy with the service but at what cost? I honestly should've used the money I've spent with them to go to auto mechanics schooling hahaha I'm dead serious tho. But I got their membership so hopefully that will save me some money but I doubt it will do me any justice on the final bill. read more

Nice family ran business. They have a newsletter that they send out that often has some good deals. Prices are not the cheapest, but they are competitive and trustworthy. There was a bit of a mix-up with my recent late-afternoon appointment, but once I explained myself, they were very accommodating. They had my car fixed quickly (2 small holes in one tire) and for very little cost ($27). I wish they at least had Saturday morning hours, but besides that I have little to complain about. If you are having car trouble, and you want an honest, hard-working garage to do the work, this would be a good place to call. read more

Just took my car in for A/C fix. I called to make the appointment to have my Mini Cooper looked at. While I was talking to Louis he was looking up my car to be sure they could help me. I had an excellent experience. They had to order a part and apologized for the repair taking longer than expected. They kept me informed. When I went to pick up my car the A/C was working really well. Fee charged was really reasonable and I am very happy. I was referred to Twenty First Century by my brothers and I am so happy they sent me. I recommend them to anyone needing car repairs. Very friendly also, they make you feel at ease. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. My dad is a senior citizen and needed a new starter for his 2007 Mitsubishi Galant. They charged him 530 dollars. Originally they told him 470. When I went there to pick it up with my mom the invoice said 530 dollars. I asked for the explanation and the guy told me it's because it's a Mitsubishi and parts are expensive. I looked up the cost of starters for galant's and you can purchase it for $100. Then he reduced the price by 20$, saying he is an honest guy. I called the next place over (Dave's garage ) and they would have charged $320. I also called some other places and they all have similar prices. Too bad it was too late. This place is a rip off and I feel like they took an advantage of an elderly person. So sad and disappointed. $500 to change a starter is way overpriced. Lesson learned.
