We stopped into the Tire Barn without an appointment. I didn't even know what town I was in! They gave us a coupon to eat next door; told us it would be 40 minutes before they could look at it. We returned in that timeframe. Elisa told us the car was done, their mechanic did a temporary fix and hooked it in place using zip ties. She suggested we have it looked at when we get home, so that they could secure it properly. We made an appointment to get in this morning at our local Honda dealer. They found NO abnormalities with the skid plate. The tire Barn used BOLTS to secure the part in place; then sent us on our way - with NO CHARGE! I was like, "Are you kidding me??!" Elisa said "Ya, we are happy to help. Take care." Companies like this should be recognized for kind, expedient service. I want to thank EVERYONE for their time in helping us out. This would be a PERFECT opportunity to take advantage of someone who is literally passing through town and will not likely be back again. We got STUCK in SNOW in 12 inches of snow in Indianapolis.
