Updated review…read more... PHENOMENAL is an understatement regarding what this shop does! Limped a 2011 F350 DRW in and left with a ROARING MONSTER..... Brake Work completed sure tames all that power and is spectacular.... Finding and replacing a BAD front knuckle now has me able to use a finger to change lanes out on the interstate as I pass Priuses...... Finding/fixing the vacuum leaks made the Turbo come alive..... Truck spent a lot of time sitting awaiting PARTS.... Then got scheduled back into the mechanics in a very timely and expedient manner when all of them finally showed up.... Having, Zach, the owner tell me he would drive my truck anywhere was reassuring and good news.... Shortly after extensive repairs bringing my truck back to life it threw a check engine light that I called about and Zach was reading the codes on within HOURS..... Scheduling the new repair need was done to await parts and it took less than an hour to replace the sticking thermostat...... UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE, SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE IN THIS SHOP.... This is the ONLY place I will go to for PM and CM moving forward! Yeah, they are SUPER BUSY and you're not likely to get same day service.... BUT, That just shows you how good they really are to be that busy....

I drove my 1972 Cadillac Eldorado resto-mod from Los Angeles to Chicago for a Cadillac convention…read more After 2 weeks of delicious deep dish pizza, museums, and tours, I was ready to return. I went to start my car and discovered the battery was dead. AAA replaced the battery, and discovered the engine would crank but would not turn over. I needed to find a repair shop or make arrangements to ship it home. I began a Google search and quickly began calling "classic auto repair shops", asking for help. The replies ranged from "We can't take you for 2 weeks" to "We don't work on cars that old". I finally dialed Old School Classics in Monee IL. Bruce listened patiently to my predicament and said he would help. I had the car towed from downtown Chicago to his shop in Monee. Bruce greeted me and began working on it right away, with help from Mike and Ray. By the end of the day Bruce had isolated the problem to the EFI control module, one of the many modifications I had made to improve performance. Bruce continued working on my car first thing next morning. He reached technical support at Holley, who helped him verify that that the ECM module was fine. They directed Bruce to a hidden relay that tested bad. After replacing the relay, the engine fired up perfectly. I was very grateful to pay this bill, be on my way and avoid a $4,000 charge to ship the car back home. My car ran perfectly for the 2,000 mi trip back to Los Angeles. Bruce, Mike, and Ray are honest "Old School" people. You can trust their expertise. They deliver excellent service quickly and efficiently.

I call All Automotive this morning to have the drive belt replaced in my car before a road trip. I…read morewas told a few months ago that it needed to be replaced soon, but I noticed there weren't any chain auto shops in the area. I was given a quote over the phone and told it could be done immediately and would take about 30 minutes. After we finished breakfast, my husband and I drove over there. The employees were very friendly and fast. They began work on my car immediately and it was finished within 45 minutes of my arrival. They had coffee and magazines and the locals (obviously employees or regulars) going in and out were entertaining and funny. The price they quoted me was what I paid, AND, it was the same price I was quoted at Pep Boys a couple months earlier. I expected them to be more expensive because it was a smaller business but it wasn't! I would definitely recommend this business and I'd much rather give my money to a family business like this, than a big chain, any day. Five happy stars.
